The atmosphere was nice and classic. I got a banana split. It was $7.50 which is expensive but so what. The issue I had was that basically the server didn’t know how to make one. Firstly, the banana was not split (cut it lengthwise and put one part in front and the other to the back of the container) but instead was just off to one side of the plastic container. Secondly, and most importantly, the scoops were very very small (three bites at most), they were basically just an incomplete small curl of ice cream with a hollow center. They were not solid scoops. Thirdly, the server didn’t put on whipped cream or cherries.... I guess, in addition to those key elements the container was about 4” too long, which made this undersized banana split seem even smaller.While Guernsey Crest Creamery isn’t as nice looking of a place and has no outside seating, I’d take their banana boat, and eat it in my car or on the stoop of the neighboring entrance, over this place 100% of the time.

Clean. Bright colors. Welcoming staff. Soft serve wasnt available yet {machine was being cleaned}. Disappointed. However, good variety of hard ice cream flavors, frozen yogurt & flavored ices { I got pistachio & coconut} & blood orange ice. Recommended 👍🏻

Ice cream was good and the staff was friendly. Clean location and they have many different types of ice cream. I did not like that it is a cash only place. They have an ATM but it charges you $2.50 per transaction. It’s 2019, I believe all businesses should take cards. My opinion.

This is a small ice cream parlor with maybe two tables inside (possibly 3) and a bench outside. The selection is not huge, but the ice cream is very good. They made us hot fudge sundaes and they were delicious.

Not worth the trip. Since the renovation, prices went up and size dropped way down. We bought a medium cup tonight for 4.95. It was a small size in a medium cup. Go instead to Vandykes on Ackerman Ave. They still have quality.

Great little ice cream shop on the corner. Currently under new management / ownership and great things seem to be planned for the future.

I went there today and the person behind the counter wasn’t friendly with me at all. She gave me ice cream that wasn’t ready. When I asked for my money back because I did not want the icy/milky I cream, she told me no. I then told her I would take an icee instead and she threw it on the counter at me. Completely rude. I will never come back again. Not only was the employee rude but the ice cream and ice wasn’t good.

Cash only is annoying these days. I got a medium Chocolate Peanut butter swirl, and it was pretty decent. Serving was nice a nice size too. Would recommend.

Macaron ice cream sandwiches are my newest obsession so I had to try this place. On a Tuesday afternoon it was not crowded at all. I ordered a Thai tea ice sandwich ($6) and it was huge. I think I got full after only eating half of it. The ice cream was so rich and smooth. I love Thai tea and it tasted exactly like it. The macaron was chewy and made the ice cream slide about every time you bit into it. The cookie also made the ice cream even sweeter. Probably will just get the Thai tea ice cream in a cake cone next time.

The employee was 15 min late opening the shop, and then barely apologized- only stating that she’d had to stop at the bank to get cash for the register (this honestly should have been done before the shift.) My daughter noticed a sign promoting gluten free cones, and since I have celiac disease, I was excited to try them. I asked which of the fairly standard ice cream flavors were gluten free. The employee said that she thought none of them were, but that a few were sugar free. These are not the same thing, at all, and it is a very serious health risk for someone in the food service industry to not have even a passing knowledge of common allergens, or show interest in finding out if the food being served has those allergens. I showed her how to *read the labels* of the ice cream containers so we could find a flavor that was not made with gluten to go in a gluten free cone. The ice cream was fine, though nothing special, and my children and I enjoyed that part of our trip, but I don’t think we will be visiting again.

Just went there today to purchase a small twist cone and a pistachio ice cream .the size of the cone I was given look like something for an infant and tasted like yogurt and not like ice cream . I dont know but I think they have reformulated their items. I will not return. Goodbye sprinkles!

Young sometimes snippy staff with very sporadic ice cream... Crafting... Er whatever. Efforts seem half-hearted at times or perhaps there is a lack or any type of procedure for making shakes and such. Ask other employees for the same thing and they will sometimes have no idea what youre talking about, complete with snippy teenaged attitude... But hey, its just ice cream... I guess
