I trusted my car with this shop after a pretty bad accident and I seriously regret that decision. They work directly with my insurance company so that’s why I chose them. They have not kept me updated with a single thing. I’ve had to call them and bother them to get any information at all. They also have my insurance company an estimate in which my car should have been done already but still isn’t. They failed to notify the insurance company or myself of any further damage and repairs needed after the initial estimate. He was supposed to have informed the insurance company of any other parts needed which he has not done. My rental car limit is 45 days, which is up tomorrow. If he had been letting them know of the further damage he found, they may have been able to extend my rental but he didn’t. I don’t even have my vehicle back and I am so incredibly unsastified with this experience. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

Jimmy is a great guy. Did a wonderful job in the car. Cant ask for more !
