Went to get a butterscotch dipped cone and a chocolate milk shake. No one was at the front. A girl came from the back, finally, took my order made it in two seconds. My dipped cone had such a thin layer I couldn’t even taste it. The milk shake had all the chocolate at the bottom and wasn’t the greatest. She set the order on the counter said have a good day turned around and ran back to the back to where her friends were. Didn’t even give me a chance to ask about the “ dipped” cone. Horrible customer service. More concerned about her friends than doing her job. Need to be trained better…?

Server got angry after I asked for a new ice cream cone. I was served a cone without the paper wrapped bottom. She roughly threw it in the waist and hastily pushed a new ice cream cone towards me. Havre needs to hire friendlier and more courteous workers. 🤔

I was exhausted one day from bike riding. You could visibly see that the heat was getting to me. I had money for an ice-cream but not enough for water. Water is free at other food chains, I thought it was just Dairy Queen itself, but later found out it is just this place in Havre that charges for water. Disappointed

The food tastes good, but the service could be better. I got a blizzard on my last visit, and they did not perform the thickness test. When I got home five minutes later the blizzard was halfway melted. Overall the food is pretty good, but it could be better.

Great DQ- gets a four star rating because of high prices (like every DQ) and the fact its a small space with no drive-thru or full menu options.

It was extremely well managed and the owner kept it in very well care. The Sundays are delicious and a great snack. I love going there because the ice cream is so good and I have never had any discoloration or mold on my food unlike McDonalds.

I really enjoy DQ. Probably my favorite major ice cream franchise and this is one of the best DQ stores Ive ever visited. Quick service, a seemingly always clean store, and constant support for the city of Havre. It is important to note for out of towers, this isnt a diner. It serves DQ snacks but dont expect seating in the building. I recommend this restraint to anyone and everyone looking for something sweet.
