I love this place so much! Ever since I was a little child I have loved this pizza above all others. Now I live about an hour north of Haverhill but tonight my daughter went down n brought me home a pizza. My bf had never had it and now its his favorite tonight. Even the drive all the way up here, it still was amazing! What an amazing way to end the day!
The Mediterranean restaurant has never failed. Ive moved from the area 20 years ago, frequent the area upon every return. The staff is friendly, reliable and fast (if you are in a hurry). Their Steak and Cheese is loaded, no need to add extra meat, it doesn’t make a huge difference in relation to the cost. The company should consider opening another restaurant in Virginia Beach!!! I’d be your number one customer.My only complaint, the salt and pepper shakers need to be washed.
We order from here on a somewhat regular basis. The delivery is always very fast, online ordering is super easy, and if theres any mistakes a phone call typically solves the problem. The only real issue I have is consistency. One day, a steak and cheese will be PERFECT, cheese, peppers cut small steak cooked well. Other times, it will be dry, over cooked and the peppers will be like half peppers stuffed on the sub. May come down to who is on the grill that night. We continue order, so its not deal breaker bad, but it would be nice to know exactly what Im getting when I order it.

The girls at counter were very nice, bought food out to my table,I over heard a giy who was preparing food getting one of the girls upset, I then asked if she was ok she then stated he yells and not even the owner.. not good when customer hears him across the eating area..

Been a customer since I was 7 years old, never been more content waiting for such a busy place to deliver because I know Im getting what I ordered, delivered by a friendly, familiar face, and my family has probably been ordering as long as theyve been open. The Best in Haverhill, The Best in the Merrimack Valley, & Ill say the Best in New England, period. 6 Stars out of 5. Thank you for everything, always!

Last night 4/24/20 we ordered from Mediterranean. One sub and three seafood dishes. Two which were combos. This included shrimp, scallops, haddock, and clam strips. It was absolutely garbage. The clams were over cooked; like elastics. Shrimp were overdone. All this seafood was previously frozen. Junk! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone; even people I didnt like! Maybe they should remove the seafood options and stick to subs and pizza. I wont be back. I gave it one star because it wouldnt let me post otherwise.
So I ordered a steak tip sub and fried cheesecake. The subs there only come in one size small, which is horrible I think because a steak tip sub cost 10$. Anyway the bread was suppose to be toasted and was so soggy you would think they dipped it in water first. Then there was 3 pieces on steak on the whole sub and what looks like an entire green pepper cut up to fill the sub. Then the fried cheesecake tasted like fish.so it was fried with fish or in the same oil which Im pretty sure isnt up to health code because fish is an allergen. I will never order from there again. Ive lived in Haverhill most my life Ive been going here since it was on winter street next to dunks..do not order from here..never get what you order.its the worst place in town if call Dominos before them again

Food is pretty good most of the time. I have been ordering from here for the past year and a half but Just yesterday one of the guys who work here (bald guy with beard) who might be the manager due to the fact that I never really get him at the cash register is super rude. On the phone and even in person when I walked in. Seems like he hates his job and is a pretty unhappy person. It’d be nice if he didn’t bring his personal feelings out in public. Other than that, pizza is great!
This used to be my favorite spot. Idk if they have new owners but the customer service sucks and they don’t season their meat for steak and cheese. Very disappointing. Salt and pepper goes a long way. The staff is great but management is rude and inconsiderate.
Very disappointed in this establishments customer service. On Friday I ordered 4 large cheese pizzas for my residents at work. They were suppose to deliver it at 530pm and I called at 7pm to find out where it is. They told me that the credit card I gave was wrong. Did not bother to call to correct the issue, instead they waited for me to call. No offer of a discount for my troubles, instead they said it was going to be an hour for it to be delivered. Unreal!! So, I had to leave my family and pick up pizzas to bring them to my work. The bald man with the beard said he was the owner and he gave me a super hard time. Customer service is terrible. Food is great. They are going to lose a lot of customers if this gentleman continues to treat his customers like this. He needs Jesus!!!

Waited an hour for a pizza! Called and they said he was finally on his way! I told them if the pizza was burnt or cold I was sending it back! The delivery guy open his bag! I went to look at it & he swiped my hands away & said I could not look at it! I told him to take it back then! I called & was passed on to someone else & they said send it back & we will return your money! Will never buy from them again!

The worse service Ive ever experienced! Paid for a large online. Got a small pizza that was made wrong. Was told they would make it right. When I showed them I had paid for a large the owner told me to go to giovannis gave me my money back. Dont waste your time, just go to Giovannis in the first place!
Food is great, could not be more disappointed in the customer service. I order online and the coupon they post to use, does not work. I have tried several time with several orders. I call to see what needs to happen to rectify the situation and am told to speak to the owner. This will be my last time ordering.

Its incredible!!! The sandwiches had hardly any meat, mostly soggy bread. They charged me $3.99 for a large order of french fries, very similar to McDonalds small fries, I could buy 20 pounds of potatoes with $4.00. I used to like them a lot because they always gave me plenty of food before, it was good for the price back then. For me, this is the last time I buy anything from those people, very CHEAP owner, whomever that might be! I wonder how long theyll be in business. The worst $47 spent on nothing, literally...
Dropped my food off at the wrong location then tried to get me to go find it. Had to request a refund quite a few times till they did it. Told me it was my fault for not specifying they should call me when making the delivery, which they had done before. Its bizarre how badly they screwed up and blamed the customer for it.

$11 for a lasagna dinner all that $ for a 2 noodle stack. Swimming in sauce & mozzarella cheese. Get a good nice size bowl. Open & surprise. Half filled with sauce & very few noodle. Ricotta????

I literally ordered every type of vegetable they had available on a grilled chicken wrap, and there should of been every type of vegetable in the restaurant on the grilled chicken wrap? The wrap was cut in half when it is supposed to be a wrapped pita bread. There was just a couple pieces of tinfoil on the cut pita bread wrap. No biggy at all just ripped it off the pitta bread. I basically did not get all types of vegetables they had like the ones were missing were pieces of jalapeno peppers broccoli, spinach, black olives, and avocado. When the pita bread was cut in half for some reason. I over heard one of the staff stating that, oh its basically a salad. Well very well disappointed because it is not basically just a salad.Ill give good credit on how much chicken they did used that is a 3 star rating.My order came out to be pretty much ten dollars for what I ordered.I dont know if it was worth the ten dollars.

Got buffalo wings, they were fatty & all bones . the steak & cheese were dry, i asked for extra cheese & there was no cheese AT ALL .

Love the crust. The cheese feels like rubber. Its chewy and greasy. Been there several times and its consistent. Would be perfect if they changed the weird plastic cheese.

Little over a year ago my family ordered dinner from this place. I have a mushroom allergy, and as such my folks told them no mushrooms on our food. I get home and take a bite, I immediately taste something is off, and begin dissecting my sub to find an inch thick layer of mushroom s lining the bottom of the sub.I had to go grab my medication to help suppress the effects and we made a call. The staff was rude and insisted that there were no mushrooms on the sub, even the manager said this.The staff here dont care about health risks, and as such I will never say a good thing about this sham of an establishmen .

Food is decent, but nothing memorable. My wife loves the Greek salads here and they add a good amount of feta. There is a good amount of seating, but it is ragged and needs to be replaced.
Manager yells at you when they get the order wrong. Manager seems like he hates his job and takes it out on the customers. Never been that disrespected over a small issue. If you hate your job quit! Dont make others miserable just because you are. Be more professional too you cant yell on the top of your lungs to customers especially a young female Mr. Manager!!

Ordered from here for the first time today. The woman who answered the phone was kind of rude to my boyfriend who called in the order. Not a huge deal, though.Food took a while to arrive, again not the worst.My guacamole burger had almost no guacamole and Im not even joking when I say it was about a dime-sized amount of guacamole. Try to imagine my shock, lol.3 stars because the rest of my burger was delicious.
I only went here one time with my friend coming from out of town, we just wanted to try different food. Theres a girl name Kirsten, she was very rude to me and my friend while ordering my meal afterwards, when I was looking to buy something for my family, she snapped at me for no good reason. Definitely needs a better person for front counter with manners and who doesnt treat their customers like theyre an animal...

Just had the three piece Broasted Chicken dinner. It was the worst chicken dinner I have ever eaten. The chicken was soaked with grease and I could not eat some of it because it was so tough. Two thighs and a drumstick. Total cost was 16.00. OMG. Never order the Broasted Chicken.
Just bought my first home in Haverhill the last few weeks I have been painting the interior over and I must say Mediterranean pizza has kept me from going HANGRY haha I have ordered a few times from there for delivery and I have been pleased with everything I have ordered as well as delivery service never taking long!!! Glad to know me and my family will have no problem ordering GREAT food when needed

Been around since dirt was made. An old Haverhill favorite. The Gyros sandwich is the bomb. But the apple of my eye is the vegetarian pizza. The veggies still crunch( HINT:dont request it well done). We add jalapenos to give it extra kick. Add feta by all means.This pizza can be ordered to be 18 of pure veggie heaven. You dont end up feeling heavy.These guys take pride in what they do. Glad they are still around. Youre not a Hillie until youve ordered from here. I see other reviews and people dont like the fried food. I wouldnt normally order fish at a pizza place anyway. Not when you have Browns in Hampton Beach nearby...Jees!

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Lately I have been disappointed in the quality coming out of there. Last night was by far the worst. Ordered the White Pizza calzone. The thing was mostly raw onions with very little eggplant. It was either not cooked enough or they put the onions in as an afterthought .I hated to put this review out here but my complaints in the recent past have fallen on deaf ears. I recommend them to everybody. Come guys make me a believer again.
