Extremely quick response. Easy to work with, always picks up phone, no sitting on phone with different departments. Just simple oil order, the delivery guy is super nice and patient. Wish more people had oil so I could refer these guys. Thanks Again,

I have been using Simard for just about a year now and have had nothing but good reliable service. Everyone is so kind, they are always super quick filling up and it is always easy to call up and set up my next fill. They take cash, check, and card.

There prices are the lowest around. The people who work there are the nicest and most Knowledgeable about propane. Ive never once had a bad experience there.

If I could give a review without any stars I would but they require at least one .I was told I could get set up and just call cancel with the company I currently have and call to set up an appointment with Simard. I was given prices and discussed the location and payment policy. When I called back the man said I could not get Service because they are only taking heating customers, so I have to call back my gas company, tell them not to cancel ( all on my break ) so it must be nice to be making so much money you can refuse new customers in your area! customer beware !! And thanks for wasting my time !

When moves to area tried few companies our tank is on side house not maybe 6 or 7 feet from road (pretty close) but because of where it is close to neighbor one of other oil company wanted note from neighbor which they gave us gladly then other oil company never showed up. think it was laziness but with simmards never had a issue always friendly always on time . glad to find a 4 ever oil company

Im usually not one to leave reviews for any company, however I believe Simards deserves high praise. I have been getting oil from them since I bought my house in Groveland in 2012 and have never had an issue. They always deliver next day.Its because of what they did today, that went above and beyond expectations, that Im writing this review. The driver was nice enough to take time out of his busy day to give my pregnant wife a jump-start. She had a doctors appointment and would have missed it, if not for Simards. The driver helped push her car out of the garage and proceeded to jump start her car. I will always be thankful for these guys and their kindness.-Lifelong customer,Eric
