Placed my order at 9am on Valentines Day. Delivering to a business that closed at 3:30pm. A woman called me to say that they cannot guarantee a time of delivery. Totally understood. I’m sure they’re swamped. My order was delivered on time! Fast service at this location. Thank you so much!!

Looked online and it said the store was open. It forgot to let you know you have to call to make an appointment. I found that out from the rude employee that just told me to I needed to call ahead. Thanks for being so unfriendly and inaccessible.

Drove all the way here from Kingston NH to attempt to send a gift. They don’t let you in the store and tell you to go online. You would think they would actually want business.

Ordered flowers and chocolate covered fruit. The flowers arrived, FROZEN. After thawing out, they obviously were dead and brown. Never again.

What a great product but even better location. I ordered an arrangement for my father in law for his birthday. Not only did they deliver it to him in a timely manner and have a great presentation. They were kind enough to bring it into the house for him (he has limited mobility) but went above and beyond when the delivery driver sang him happy birthday! He talked about how nice the driver was and how pretty and delicious the fruit was.Thank you and will definitely use your location again!

I have used Edible Arrangements several times, for expressing sympathy, welcoming a new baby, a Birthday or other happy event. They have never disappointed- their fruit is always fresh, the chocolate covered fruit delectable and the appearance is always elegant. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements!

Went in for my first time 35 minutes prior to closing and the door was locked with employees saying were closed. Completely unprofessional! Would have taken me 2 minutes for my order. If youre door posts hours you need to honor them. Not worth going to.

It was my granddaughters birthday and I was on vacation, I ordered the berry bear, it came with a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries and a very cute soft bear, my granddaughter was so excited when she picked up her suprise, I was told the strawberries didn’t last long, they were delicious

Went to the Lincoln Ave edible arrangements yesterday at about 4:25 p.m to find the doors were already locked up and an employee motioned to us that they were closed. Very disappointed because we had even checked prior that they closed at 5 and it even stated on the window that they closed at 5 but were locked up and we were sent away. Only wanted some chocolate covered strawberries.

I ordered a basket for my mothers birthday online. I even called ahead to make sure everything was in order.They sent the WRONG order to my moms house on her bday. They couldnt fix the order until the NEXT day. It ruined the entire surprise and the entire purpose of ordering it. Was definitely disappointed.UPDATE they made sure to call me and refund the order, which I really appreciated and wasnt expecting... Good customer service because they took action and reached out to me afterwards.
