***final update! Tello took the van back, yave us a car to use in the meantime and fixed it within a few days. it has been almost two weeks with none of the lights coming back on and the ebrake works. He also provided us with an invoice to prove he had it all fixed.**Tello called shortly after this review to see what was going on. The van is going back to him today to fix all the issues that were never fixed. he is also giving us a car to use in the meantime.***purchased a van and traded our car honda accord in for 500 dollar credit. Our van would never pass a true inspection, he brought it to someone who passed it. He lied and told us he fixed the ebrake (that doesnt work when we bought it and still doesnt, but it somehow has a sticker). Many lights came on our dash shortly after getting it back from being fixed. its insane and claims he fixed all the issues. we had to harrass him in order to get our van a sticker and gave an attitude about it even though its included in price. he was able to see us in 2 minutes when it came to purchasing the vehicle but fixing what was broken (ebrake, lights on dash, yanno -the things that we need to safely drive). Never returns our calls but is ok with cashing the checks every month. in just a year we have to purchase another car. we took it to another mechanic out of our own pocket.

Heard horrible things about their treatment to customers. I wouldnt go there if my life depended on it.

Tello took my money for a truck that broke down in 20 miles. He then stopped answering calls, and took 5 days to get back to me. He eventually picked it up to be fixed, but the shop says he never brought them the truck, and Tellos phone is disconnected. Typical scumbag used car salesman. Ive already had to hire a lawyer.

No one available to sell you a car. The repair guys next door will call the owner for you if interested. Say whaaat?

Buyer Beware- We recently purchased two vehicles from White Street Motors ( at the same time) and within days of picking up one of them the check engine light came on. Tried reaching the dealer with no luck. (calls, messages, texts etc) The two warranties he sold us were junk. We had to replace the transmission and pay for it out of pocket . Both vehicles were purchased mid June and it took them a month to get them registered. Yes I understand with Covid everything is backed up but I deal with the registry on a regular basis in my business and it does not take a month to get things registered. Even during Covid. I am absolutely disgusted at how this business treated us and how they handled this whole situation or lack of handling. Seriously people be very careful purchasing anything from them..... Only picked one star because it doesnt let you pick NO stars..

White Street Motors is an amazing place. I have tried different types of car dealers but White Street Motors is the best. I’ve had a Jeep,Mercedes,and a BMW from White Street Motors, those were one of the best cars I have ever had. Also you don’t have to go to the car dealer, the owner has home service to. White Street Motors is guaranteed to be one of the best experiences you will ever have.

Drove THREE HOURS to see a vehicle that we had been TOLD WAS THERE by an employee. When we get there, it’s not in the parking lot. We walk in and the owner is laughing and says oh it’s not here. Then he says he “tried to call”. He didn’t leave a message or try to call me more than once.Apparently it had gone to the shop for “new headlights”When I asked if I could come back in two days to see it in person, he said someone else was coming to look at it and he wouldn’t hold it.Rude, arrogant and disorganized.

These guys ran 12 different credit reports on my name and messed my credit up big time. With 12 new inquires I would not go here . Worst place to do business .

Would never go here again. I was interested in $8,000 car in their lot, and took it to my mechanic. My mechanic found several issues. I asked them if they would accept 6,500 so I could have repairs done. They rufused and offered me the car for 8,500 and they would fix the issues?? NO.

Looked up KBB prices to compare, and their prices are almost doubled on some cars (e.g: their Mercedes SL 500 with 106k miles is priced at 12k+ but KBB says the car is worth $5-7k. Seems ridiculous to me. I’ll keep looking.

I have been using White Street Motors for many years. I have a small business in town with five trucks . They have helped me many times with repairs and just questions. I would highly recommend them and will continue using them.

Buy a BMW 328i 2011 3 months ago and the car will stand from workshop to workshop and end up in the same BMW for repair. I will never recommend this site ..
