Best dealership ever, if I could I would put 100 stars, the employees are nice and professional, the owner is honest and dedicated to get for the customers the best deal possible. Never inspect you car in this place!!!! THEY would fail your car a put a red R sticker for no real reason. Take your car someplace else. Read the reviews. Not one good review related to inspection stickers. They are just good at selling cheap, low quality gas.

This guys a snake. Car was listed for 5k . Did a DocuSign which I never saw anything which I found odd. Showed me on computer a small amount said that what check was from bank so looked like I got a good deal. Well I finally saw my contract after contacting bank because he didn’t provide copies. He charged me over 9k for the car! Call attorney general to report him and BBB

My name is Brittany and I purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra on December 13, 2019. I purchased this vehicle from Jean-Pierre Saliba. Ever since I bought this car there has been an issue.First thing is the car would not pass inspection. The car needed front brake pads, front brake pad rotors, brake caliper and 4 tires.I called Jean about these issues and he told me to bring the car to him the next day. When the next day would come I showed up at his dealership and he was not there. I called him and he said to come another day. I said okay and we set up another time to do so. I asked him what day and time would work and he then said bring it by tomorrow. Well, tomorrow would come once again now Jean is not answering his phone, I left him a few voicemails and he never returned my call. Then I decided to go to his dealership and one of his employees then said he was gone for the day.I then could not wait any longer because of all that the car would not pass inspection and I ended up getting a ticket because of it. I contacted him again for the repairs and again no answer so I brought the car to my mechanic. I had to pay $1,491.78 out of pocket.When I got all that repaired there was even more mechanical problems I was not aware of. The car would stop running and shut off multiple times while either being driven or idling. It turns out there were aftermarket parts installed in the car specifically the air intake which was causing the engine to overheat and stall. I called Jean and let him know about the car overheating and stalling and again he was giving me the run around.Jean kept saying to bring the car in and when it was time to do so again he is no where to be found. I would call and call and call him and no answer. I then waited a few days and he never called me back so I took the car to Patriot Nissan in Salem, New Hampshire and the fixed the problems. Again, another $1,018.18 out of my own pocket.Then I was driving on the highway on July 18th, 2020 when I knew something was wrong. The car kept switching gears on me so I ended up getting off of the highway. I’m at a red light and when the light turned green and pressed the gas and the car would barely move. I had to pull over in a gas station and have my dad help me get it back to his house. I called Nissan and they looked at the car and told me the transmission is done for.Daniel then called the warranty company on July 19th, 2020 because of the transmission and the warranty company told Daniel to contact the dealer who sold us the car.Which Daniel then called Jean on July 20th, 2020 and Jean actually picked up the phone. Jean only picked up the phone because we called from the neighbors phone. When Jean found out it was Daniel on the phone Jean’s tone in his voice changed. Daniel then told him about the transmission and that the car needed a new one. Jean then told Daniel its been over 6 months its not my problem anymore. He then went on saying that he sold us a lemon and nothing we can do about it now because the lemon law is only 6 months. He then told Daniel to lose his number and to never contact him again and hung up the phone.It’s going to cost roughly $4,000 to get a new transmission in the car. I don’t have the money, all of my money went towards getting this car repaired so now I am out of a car because Jean refuses to fix it.What Jean is doing is buying the cars at auctions and selling them the way they are and telling the customers that he did all this work in it when he never did. Jean is selling the cars the way he buys them.Jean has been sued multiple times selling cars that have every problem out there. Jean is a con-artist and there needs to be a end to this. All the cars Jean has right now do not even stay running, he has to jump start them every time a customer comes by to look at a car or to take them for a test drive.The day I was also inside the dealership buying the Nissan Sentra I had to ask him to stop smoking inside because I had my kids with my and all the cigarette smoke was going in there faces. do not buy a car from him

I would recommend this place. Picked up a 2007 Honda Accord v6 special addition. Only had to put $1,000 down. Got a month warranty. Jean who is the owner kept his word and registered the car and got use new plates and did all the paper work. Was driving the car two days later. Car runs amazing!! my wife loves it!

If i could give it no stars I would. Terrible place. The guy had a terrible attitude. SUV was posted on fb for 3999.when we got down there it was a higher price 4999. He followed us around like we were going to steal something. We could tell the vehicle had been in some sort of accident because the seams didnt line up, he told us maybe the previous owner hit a trash can lol. We told him what we were looking to spend so he says hell go in and see if there was any vehicles on at his other lot. He walked in the back door came out the front door and said he talked to his boss and could drop the price down to 4500. His attitude was the worst!!

You cant beat their prices!I have checked the website ahead of time, found a bmw 325 series called and and scheduled an appointment, when I arrived the car was ready, I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it, went back to the office The paper work was done quickly! And they got the car registeredDefinitely a good place to get a car for a the right price!Would recommend 10/10 friendly customer service with good prices.

I bought a 07 Nissan Murano at Royal Crest Motors about six months ago. Ben S. Was the dealer who sold me the car. It’s been problematic since I got it. He made me come out of pocket and still didn’t fix the problems. I have photos of this claims that I will upload to proof they are very shady. I even spoke to the owner of Royal Crest Motors and he was also participating in it. I also have text conversations between us. I brought this car back over 5 to 7 times.

Very upset with this business, called them on Monday to inquire about a Nissan that was on website was told still available so Tuesday late afternoon coming from South shore to Haverhill called and spoke to man told him we were on our way (1hr.29min)to get there once again asked if still there and was told it was he also said he would wait for us, we got there didnt see it he came out of office and asked him where it was SOLD LAST WEEK. Asked this guy 2 days in row and was told it was still there. Total 3 hr drive this is just not rite they can run business this was. Also reporting to Better Business Bureau.

If you want a car that looks nice on the outside yet has ENDLESS ISSUES this is your place!Bought a truck from these sweet talkers 4 months ago, since then here’s what I’ve been dealing with- Airbag sensor needs replacing- Leak in emissions causing check engine- Both headlights went out due to wrong bulbs being forced in.- New paint job peeling and rusting within a month-The heat stopped working, ac will only come out defrost and at full speed-Cracked muffler from loose muffler hangersDO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS!! Take your money somewhere else if you value it. Whatever little $$ I saved buying through them is LOOOOONG GONE

I made arrangements to meet with the owner about buying a car and the dude was not there when I showed up. The person working there couldnt help me at all even though the place was open so he calls the owner and the owner says be there in 20 minutes.Well, i take a look at the cars on the mud lot. The one I had mainly come to look at has a flat tire, something that was never mentioned to me. To top it all off, i wait 40+ minutes for the owner to show up and he never does. What a waste of time!The owner is an unprofessional sleeze, basically the cartoon characature of a used car salesmen. Cant even get up for work on time at his own place. I wouldnt buy anything from him, steer clear!

I wish I could give them a zero star rating. I had to sue royal crest motors and I actually won the case in small claims. I bought a 2012 nissan sentra. Within 1 week the check engine light came on. Long story short it was a transmission problem. I brought it back to them to fix which he agreed on. He didnt fix the issue. And I had to take him to court because they knowingly didnt repair the car properly. Do NOT purchase a car from them!

Worst service ever . Bought a car there and there were some issues that we wanted fixed before we spent 6500 on a used car. The owner of the dealership supposedly fixed the issue that were wrong with it. Well guess what as soon as the 30 lemon law requirement was up the car died do to the issues that we requested he fix. When I took it to my mechanic he said that all the parts were original and that there was no way the dealer replaced anything . Called the dealer up and all he said was oh well such is life. Only thing this dealer cares about is your money!!

Such crroks! Reported them to better business ...was looking for cheap car to get to a_b. Looked at a car here, had cracked windsheild, scuffed light, dirty engine, chipped paint. Dealer was oh yeah i will fix all that, windshield and all. Was trying to sell car without title, with copy. I said no want the actual when will you have it. He says tomorrow at 11 but if you come back you will need to leave 500 deposit. FINE gave it., went back next day when he did have title. Back tires were balding and had a plug, I wanted them switched and he hack jobbed the paint job and didnt clean engine . He says well tires, no theyll pass inspection. I said well what if they blow out on the highway he says well just bring it back then . Kinda hard to do if you dead from a turn over. So i said never mind i want me deposit money back. He said no you lose the deposit because i used that to fix the windshield and chipped paint. He refused to give the deposit back, I am now taking him to court. DONT GO HERE!! THEIVES! They steal money, and try to sell cars Kwith copies of titles not actual titles.

I wanted to give a zero star rating.... But theres no option.I had a very bad experience and really crooked dealer, who speaks sweets words. Heres the truth:I went for a 2004 Altima but it was sold out, so he made me purchase a 2009 Nissan Altima (which actually looks good) on 13 December 2016 for $ 4800.Car looked great and he said its all perfect to hit the road, I was really happy and excited, on my first car ever in The USA, as Im an Immigrant.He said hes is going to take complete care of it. However, he didnt do any work on it.Heres what followed next:1. He didnt do the registration as promised, so I had to travel from Boston to get it registered at Haverhill.2. After registration I left my car there, as he promised that he would get the state inspection done. However, he drove 100 miles on my car and broke my wind shield somehow, and called my insurance by himself to replace it, for which I had to pay $ 100 deductible. At last I had got the state inspection done.3. The car had numerous faults, still passed the state inspection, hopefully, the state inspector at the location was his guy.4. I asked him to replace the battery, he then put in a battery which is of not the required capacity and an old one from another car and it wouldnt start immediately as expected.5. Finally, the car stopped while driving and this what happened next: I had a mechanic, known to me take a look at it:- Rear right brake drum is hollow, missing brake shoes and was tampered.- Rear left brake pads are gone.- Front left axle joint broken and hanging.- Couple of bushes and bearings are gone and wheels are out of alignment.- Engine head casket is leaking, so there was little oil left thankfully.- Spark plugs are old and almost gone.- Air filter is blocked and done.- Parking brake is broken.- Car is not cleaned and filled with cigarette ashes.Total cost of fixing all these $ 2800Hes a crook and cheat, and should be jailed for this.He wouldnt return my calls. However, later told me to bring the car and that he would fix it as per the lemon law.My time is worth money. So, I better stay away from him.Hes is lousy and a cheat.Will post the pictures soon. Keep yourself posted and please save your experiences and help others.
