I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and also a brake job and the customer service was wonderful! I was helped out by Russel P. And he couldnt have been friendlier and more accommodating. There was an issue where I got charged for something I shouldnt have, I called Russell right up and he had my money refunded and back to me very quickly and made sure that I was happy with everything else. The experience was, all around, wonderful!
Service attendant was very friendly, polite and I appreciated his honesty when it came to estimated wait time which was approximately 1-1.5hrs for the oil change. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is that the attendant admitted to forgetting to apply the $10 coupon which I had printed and provided upon check-in. He did offer to make it right by providing my next oil change for free. However, since I have no documentation of this, I’m not optimistic it will actually happen. Overall it was a very easy and enjoyable experience.

Person we were dealing with was amazing, but we sign papers and pay down payment everything tell us the cars being cleaned at 2 so to come back around 6, so whatever call back at 530, there just now starting to clean it, extremely unprofessional, we also got the confirmation the day prior we were approved and could come pick it up tomorrow and yet did not clean it yet or anything .

Although a few years back my fiance and I had a not so pleasant car buying experience, the service aspect of the dealership is pretty good. They send out coupons in the mail, and have also given me manager discounts for oil changes and service. If not for the high pressure sales tactics and misinformation about the vehicle purchased, it would be 4-5 stars.
Great experience. Good communication, which is very important. Plastic seat covers, steering wheel covers and floor mat used when they were working on my vehicle. I am very pleased.

The guys in the service area were terrific. I had just been clipped by a woman who drifted into my lane—and I was incredibly lucky that AutoFair Ford of Haverhill was just a couple of miles away. I drove straight there, hoping that they could replace my mirror and I could be on my way. (Lucky there as well—the only damage was to the driver’s side mirror!)While the supply chain issues have the parts back-ordered nationwide, they gave me the part numbers and duct taped my mirror back together enough so that I could continue on my journey to Western PA. They were pleasant, efficient—and made me feel well taken care of, even when they couldn’t actually fix it!

I was scheduled for 7:30 in the morning at 1:30 they told me they havent even looked at my truck yet and they were going to have to keep it overnight at 2:30 they still havent looked at my truck so I told him just to pack it up Ill take it home this is really poor customer service when you have someone come in at 7:30 and 7 hours later you havent even service their vehicle I ended up using a personal day in order to get that in there and they seem to have no consideration by the way theyd schedule things and do their job
I believe this is the first time ever that I have written a positive review for a service department of an auto dealership! But it was earned, and is well deserved. I was treated with respect and, without going into details, my problems were resolved in a more than reasonable manner. I will return to this service department, which is, again, a first.Also, our experience purchasing the car from AutoFair was far less stressful than I have come to expect. It was during the height of the pandemic, and we were very reticent even to leave the house. Our salesperson brought the car to us for a test drive - wash incredibly patient, kind, and willing to spend whatever time it took to help us with the purchasing process. Well done, AutoFair! We will be back!

Went for an inspection sticker today. Russell greeted me right away and forewarned me it could be over an hour wait. Within 15 min I had a text giving me some vehicle details and then 15 min later I got the call my car was ready. I’ve had mixed service in the past prior to Autofair taking over but today’s experience definitely restored some faith.
First time getting service at AutoFair in Haverhill and I give them a 5 star rating for quick service, cleanliness and overall positive attitude to the customer.
The service people are friendly and accommodating when they can. The communication is bad when the parts are in for your service or when your car service is complete. The parts department is horrible as a whole. I ordered touchup paint and they gave me the Wong color. Then they had to order it. Came it to pick it up when they said and it was not there. Finally they shipped it to my house three weeks later. As well my car came out of diagnostics and they needed to order a part for it. They gave the car back to me dirty with fingerprints all over my windows and windshield.

I got an oil change and the mechanic did not secure the shield under the car properly it was hanging down. I didnt want to drive my vehicle with it hanging down to the ground. Not happy that I stayed home all weekend because of it.

Bought a car last year here and within less than a year I’ve had to get my brakes fixed, change my tries twice and get told that my car still needs more repairs. What a shady dealer!On top of this I was told that I never had my tires changed here. They are saying this to avoid having any liability for their tires wearing out too quickly. Will never buy a car from this dump again.

Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle here a few months ago that I’ve had back in their shop 3 times since. Sales has been terrible to work with and the general manager won’t return emails. There are a few workers that I’ve had great experiences with, but overall they have been awful. Hertz even said they are the worst dealership to work with.

It was a joy to have my lincoln mkz serviced at autofair ford in haverhill.they have a shuttle service that will bring me home and then after service completed will pick me up at home and return to haverhill so I dont have to wait at the dealership.the service check-in process was a snap and everyone was very courteous and friendly at all times.

I purchased my vehicle there in 2019 and had no intention of servicing it there due to distance from my house. Ive been there 3x now for oil changes and tire rotations and they are the best. Make your appointment online and you are in and out in a very reasonable time. Plus they have good service specials. Great place and friendly people. Highly recommend.
Was told with no appointment that I could just drive in and get my car inspected. Got to the service center. Was told I could wait and didnt have to leave it. Customer Service Rep told me about 45 minutes to an hour wait. Seeing as it was the end of the month I expected that wait. My car was ready in 30 minutes!! Thank you for expediting my car even faster. One of the easiest inspections Ive experienced.

Autofair has had my truck for two months, cant get parts
Brought in my truck for an oil change and a noise I was hearing. They could not replicate the noise so Edwin suggested leaving the truck overnight to help further investigate. He was extremely thorough throughout the process with keeping me informed of the work, going back and forth with the warranty, and helping diagnose the problem. Edwin made the process seamless for me as he is a true professional with outstanding customer service who knows how to go above and beyond for customers. The service is good enough. But I’m tired to be pushed toward services that I don’t need it. And in cases that I know what is happening. And this is happening all over the dealerships in Mass. Autofair is not the only one which do that.
