This is a terrible place. Customer service is worse than bad. Employees are complaining about customers walking out while they are helping them. I’ll bet the customers are walking out just because the service is so bad and it takes so long to get help.
Very friendly pharmacists and staff. And every time I leave there, I have enough receipt paper to wrap Christmas presents! I save a bundle on wrapping paper!
Feels like a small town pharmacy. The pharmacy staff knows you by name and greets you as walk up . They have great communication and always willing to go the extra mile. I hope it always stays this way!
Great Staff. I always come here to get my medication. They very rarely are out of stock of my medication. Plus whenever I have a question they are always willing to help me and answer my question.
Due to our insurance we had to change all our prescriptions over to here. I wish I had another option for sure. They always have an excuse for not having items ready. Today the excuse is well it is a narcotic and we have to paper order them. Ok. You had the script five days ago. You mean we are the only people in this town to use this medicine? Also no courtesy call to let me know it would be five days before we would receive the medicine? I’m grateful it isn’t a life or death situation for my family members medicine. I would also hate to have to be burdened by calling someone. Then when I asked would be get it today she stated, with a rude tone, you will have to give us an hour we are backed up. Really? Really? Good thing my family member has been without there medicine now for several days due to you all. Come on CVS Get It Together!!
CVS pharmacy is absolutely terrible . I have epilepsy and they keep telling me every single day they are ordering my new prescription . Yet I try to pick it up and they have told me 4 days in a row now, “ sorry it’s showing it’s been ordered, but we don’t have it yet “ “it’s a hard medication to get “ ( P.S. my prescription was sent over a week prior to them ordering )Like seriously ??? You are a pharmacy. How is it hard to get ? I can’t be like, okay no problem I’ll just risk having a seizure until you can figure out a way to get my medication every month . I NEVER had these issues when I was with havelock drug company . Or even Rite aid for Christ sake. How about get some tips from other companies on how to get medications ordered properly. You guys are terrible, point blank. If anybody is considering coming to CVS pharmacy, get your medicine ANYWHERE else .

I’ve never had a good experience here. Always seem like I’m an inconvenience. Today was told “I have to have a prescription to fill it.” *eye roll* Instead of something along the lines of, “We haven’t revived it, let me give them a call.” *smile* Doesn’t take much to be polite and friendly to customers. I will take prescriptions and money elsewhere.
Awesome customer service support
Amber is horrible! Never knows anything and messes up everything. Got into a back and forth with her and the insurance company. Insurance company said meds were covered Amber was saying they were. Finally Amber apologized because it was her mess up and they were in fact covered 🙄
