Fantastic, easy, and tailored process. My sales rep communicated with me conveniently via text on one day, next day I was in and out with a new Explorer in less than 3 hours total. I know the sales rep and his manager did a lot of work on their end while I responded at my convenience through text message. Recently worked with Riverside Ford to get the front struts on my F-150 Raptor replaced. The front struts were special order and difficult to find. The Parts Manager, Cory Biondo, gave me periodic updates while he located the hard to find parts. Cory was very polite and knowledgeable, and his dedication to customer service was very evident.Bill and Richard with the service department also took great care of me, getting my truck scheduled for repair as soon as the parts came in. Bill and Richard also gave me updates along the way as the repairs were completed.Big thanks to the Riverside Ford Parts and Service teams!

Please read.I don’t review things. Ever really.I am an out-of-state buyer. I traveled by plane through several states to this Ford dealership. Prior to coming to the dealership I spoke at length with the general manager of this dealership about all kinds of questions on the vehicle I purchased a really asked a lot of questions. I was buying an older model used vehicle. The manager was very kind and very informed about the vehicle I wanted to buy even though there were another hundred other ones on the lot. I was so happy with my purchase. There were a few minor issues that I asked to be taken care of with my vehicle that were honestly unknown to the dealership and unknown to me when I purchased the vehicle. It was a long and particular process to get the issues handled but the amount of integrity and honesty and transparency that the general manager of this dealership showed throughout the entire process was unbelievable.I am sure that there are dealerships out there that take advantage of people buying used cars and don’t give complete information or withhold information from their buyers but I genuinely believe this dealership is not one of them.

I took my 2010 F150 here to get the spark plugs replaced since the 5.4L engine is notorious for the spark plugs breaking off when they’re removed. I didn’t want to attempt it myself and I knew that the Ford technicians would have experience. They replaced them and did some other work on my truck and now my truck runs 100x better. Brett was very friendly and helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. He didn’t try to sell me any extra services that I didn’t need and he took the time to explain things to me. I will definitely be going back

My experience with riverside Ford has been the worst experience of my life. I bought a used truck from them and on the way home with it I texted the salesman the truck has an exhaust leak and its fluttering also the air bag is flashing and lights not working and four wheel drive.He told me to drop it off so the best morning I did so. A week went by and they did not even look at the truck. They said bring it back next week so I did. This time it sat there for 2 weeks they did nothing other than hand me a pack of fog lamp bulbs yay. Still need a head light also along with the other issues. This time I called the general manager Chris. He told me to drop it off and he would get someone to look at it. Well 6 weeks later this time they still have fixed nothing in fact told me they were not going to fix it. So needless to say its going to cost me 6403.99 for an engine 200.00 for exhaust manifolds over 400 for an drive axle god only knows how much more for air bag and light and four wheel drive issues. This truck should have never been sold to anyone in its condition let alone the safety inspection they passed at there shop, I mean how could it half the problems are safety issues. You can insure that the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney General will be contacted and I will be speaking with an attorney.

Purchasing my new F150 was the most positive experience I’ve had in my lifetime buying a vehicle! Terry, our sales person, was extremely cordial and helpful, he answered every question, was extremely knowledgeable about the product line, and in every way treated it as if we were longtime special customers (although this was our first encounter with Riverside!) Chris, the sales manager, was similarly over the top with helpfulness. We had a specific technical requirement for our new vehicle, and he made sure the research was right and the vehicle was right for us. Altogether our experience at Riverside was absolutely superb. Excellent buying experience. Everyone has heard the horror stories about buying a car (the time spent, back and forth with pricing, shuttled from one space to another, upselling) but in our case with Riverside it was far from it. From the courteous and knowledgeable sales staff, the the General Manager and the Business Manager all aspects of our transaction were handled with the utmost attention to making our experience a pleasant one. I am sure for them it was not the easiest transaction because we had our 1 year old Scottish Terrier with us who immediately made his presence known.We bought a Ford Explorer which is very nice, Riverside made us a deal that we could hardly refuse. Their website and the information on the site including the sticker made buying the car we wanted that much easier.What made the difference with Riverside was their courteous and friendly service. First off, I am not one to post a review. I went to Riverside because I saw a sale online for a truck I really liked. My salesman was great. He let me drive the truck, joked with me and let me take it for the afternoon while they looked at my truck as a trade in. Terry Daniels did his part on selling the truck. The sales price online was marked down as a “Riverside Savings” and stated the available options included 0.0% interest for 72 months. I stated that was my intention from the beginning. When we went to financing, the sales management tried to push using their banks to finance at a much higher payment than I stated I was willing to work with. I’m used to that when dealing with car sales, but when I said I was only interested in the 0% interest option, the sales manager came in. The price for that option went up $8500 dollars from what was shown on line. He then tried to convince me that the price was higher because the financing option didn’t include certain rebates. His attitude was less than acceptable to me so so I walked out of the situation. That is not shown online when looking at the price and they should honor the price that they post online. Nowhere on the site did it say the price was conditional with finance options. I Have screenshots of the posts but it will not allow me to upload that to this review as evidence. I have had issues with another Riverside dealership in the past. I only give them a rating of 2 stars because of my excellent salesman.

This was my first time ever buying a Ford. I have had many dealership experiences but this dealership was the best dealership I have ever been in ever. There was complete transparency. None of the sales person running back and forth between me and the managers. Terry the salesman was able to answer all my questions and was amazing. Chris and Lee the two managers were fantastic and did not waste my time by starting the negotiations with a crazy price. We negotiated for about 2 minutes until we came to an agreement which was an amazing deal. I was mostly a foreign car company fan but this experience at Riverside Ford has made me a Ford customer for life. I’ll be back in a few years to buy a new truck. Thank you again!

We went to the big sale Riverside was having. The one with the sales flier for prizes... push, pull, drag it in! Yep! Its totally legit!The people at Riverside Ford bent over backwards to work out 2 deals for us! Oil changes, tire rotations for 2 years, and Nitrogen in our tires too! Plus the sweet detail and full tank of gas that should come with every car deal! Those were included! Wr didnt even have to ask!Then the salesperson gave us several CDs for a group he knows. Red head something... they sing amazing! Annnnd we have super nice vehicles and a nice long protection plan too! All of our vehicle worries are gone! Oh and we won smart watches as part of the promotion!Our friends referred us! So they get $100!!And if you go up there and tell them we sent you, we will get $100! If we bring you in, we get $150!!!!! So if youre in need of a vehicle, need to trade, etc! Check them out! Wish wed gone to them years ago!! I purchased a used 2016 Ford F-150 from Riverside Ford in Havelock several months ago. I have taken my vehicle to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation once. The customer service was exceptional. The vehicle was serviced ahead of schedule. The service personnel were courteous and efficient. More recently my windshield washer pump motor stopped working. I made an appointment to have it checked. The service department took it in on time, diagnosed the problem, repaired it and had me back on the road in less than an hour. They were just as courteous and efficient as the first time. The parts and labor were covered under warranty. No charge. I would recommend them for your next service or repair. Chris

I’m pretty straight forward person. I know what I want and the price range. I walked in told them what I wanted to test drive, but it seems like the sale person was too preoccupied in getting my entire identity then just letting me test drive something I have no idea that I would like.But after all that was done. I got to look at a car recommended in the range I said which I didn’t care for the first one.. next day was put in an fusion above my range. Loved it, but still didn’t meet my demands after sitting down over two days figuring out finances.The general sale manager worked hard to try and help us out. I know he doesn’t get too much credit for what he does, but he went above and beyond and I wish we could’ve done business. I honestly wish I would’ve came to riverside ford before buying my current car now, because customer service means a lot to me and I can tell he did the best that he could. My sales person (Katie Laubach) got me a price that was worth working with Riverside from Atlanta. I looked over several states and the best deal with all the options we wanted was found at Riverside. Sales Person, Loan Officer, General Manager and Delivery Staff were all low pressure, pleasant to deal with, and did exactly what they said they would. I have been surprised several times during my transaction at the level of service, thank you to Katie and Riverside for making this a great experience. I made an appointment to get my oil changed at 10:30 and for one other issue. They informed it would take around 2 hours. After I dropped my car off I left with my mom and we had breakfast. I called at 11:30 and was informed the other issue was resolved by fixing a selection in my settings. I was also informed that my car not been taken back for the oil change and to give them 45 more minutes. I go back 1 hour later and my car still had not been taken back for the oil change!!! I had to wait another 30 minutes for the oil change. So it took 3 and a half hours for a oil change. I was told because I left I was pushed back. If that is the case, what is the point of making an appointment? I do not live in Havelock, so this was an out of the way appointment. This never happened in any of the places I have gone in New Bern. I would not be going back but free oil changes were part of my vehicle purchase. Although on second thought I can see why they have to give them away for free.

My wife & I were traveling from Holly Springs, NC to Beaufort, NC when our 2018 Explorer’s battery died during a pit stop in Kingston. I will tell you the only reason we ultimately decided to purchase from Riverside Ford in Havelock was because of Debbie in the online sales. She was amazing, she went above and beyond our expectations in helping us find the perfect vehicle for our family. Over a few days she researched and offered different options for us, without pushing. Ultimately finding us a vehicle that reached all the criteria and was within our budget. Tammy and Matt helped us with paperwork and details, they were friendly and not pushy at all. Dave was great helping in the financing, getting us the best monthly rate and some extra discounts! The whole team was great getting us a towing package and willing to take care of any Minor Details on the vehicle. Although Im sorry to say Ive had to keep after them in keeping their what we owe you promises.. But keep in contact with Chris and hell make it right! The service was pretty incredible. I showed interest in a vehicle online and when I came to see it in person it was sitting in front with a VIP tag and my name in the window. I drove it off the lot 2 hours later.Katie, Lee, and Matt were all as accommodating and friendly as you could possibly wish. It was a truly pleasant experience.

I took my Superduty in for warranty service with a last-minute call first thing in the morning. Not only did they get in the truck in and get the work done, but I got it done quickly. The gentleman is service give me a ride to work in his personal vehicle. The service department at Riverside as top-notch these guys really know what customer service is about.

The service at RIVERSIDE WAS THE MOST AMAZING I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR ENOUGH TO FEEL COMFORTABLE TO TRADE IN MY 2017 MUSTANG FOR A NEW CAR DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH IT AND THE SERVICE I WAS GETTING WITH THE DEALERSHIP I GOT IT AT!!! I WOULD SEND MY DAUGHTER OR GRANDMA THERE ALONE AND KNOW THEY WERE OK!!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO SO MUCH!!!!!
