I had a rear end collision with my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was repaired here. They did an amazing job and they kept me informed whenever there was anything to update me with. Great place and everything was done easily through my insurance.

BUCKLE UP..cause this is IMPORTANT. (&well worth the read before going here)..The staff was great in answering any questions I had pertaining to the initial repairs being made to my vehicle. The estimator Donna, was willing to walk through and show me everything that they were going to repair off of visual inspections. They did initially miss putting in the passenger side fog light assembly that was missing from the vehicle after the Collision with a deer. That was very concerning about how accurate the visual inspection was performed. I as the customer, noticed it was not listed in the initial repair estimate and was insured that it would be submitted as a supplement. When the initial repairs were completed I noticed damage to my vehicle which included a torn back passenger seat and a dent in my lift gate that were not present before the accident I had with a deer. I had brought it to Donna’s attention and then involved the shop manager Sammy L. He was extremely defensive over whose fault it was for the damage. He was also argumentative and failed to even account for how the damages were made. He blamed myself for the damage, as well as the fact that I had children who ate candy/cereal in the car for the cause of the damages. Even though I had provided pictures and proof that damage to my seats occurred while the vehicle was in the shops possession. After saying he was worried about a negative google review of the repair shop he insisted he would do repair of the damages under a workmanship warranty to “wow the customer”. I’m satisfied that the repairs were made regardless of the repair shop accepting the fault for the damages or not. However, I felt like Sammy L. was more concerned about his google reviews of his shop then actually taking responsibility and doing the right thing. I contacted corporate about the issues as well as my insurance company. Sammy L. was upset and told me that I got corporate involved and they came down hard on him for it, and then he proceeded to call my insurance and tell them LIES. He told USAA that I agreed that damages to my vehicle were not the shops fault. (I HAVE BEFORE PICTURES OF MY CAR AND AFTER)THIS WAS A LIE. I was unaware that this happened until my insurance requested as physical damage specialist to go out and take a look at the damages on my vehicle. I have copies of communications to my insurance that stated that I felt that the shop was responsible for the damages. Why would he lie?? Why would he tell USAA that I agreed to the fact the shop was not responsible for damages when I know they were?? I can’t think of any reason why he would do this other than it was to cover up the fact that I was upset and that I contacted corporate and got them involved. He tried to push blame on myself for damages I believe the shop did.This is when all my trust for this repair shop completely was lost. I have/would NOT EVER RECOMMEND this repair shop to anyone, even to my worse enemy if I had one.Corporate has never contacted me to resolve the issue. I will NEVER take my vehicle to this shop or anywhere else that The shop manager may work. BTW I waited to post this Google review so I would not do it out of anger or emotion. Months have passed and I still stand true to my thoughts. This review is not to maliciously slander a company or person. This is solely to share my personal experience, take from it what you will. Ps.TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE THIS SHOP TOUCHES YOUR VEHICLE. THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY..EVEN IF YOU DO HAVE PHOTOS BUT THEY WILL NOT HAVE AN ARGUMENT IF YOU HAVE PHOTOS.

I bring my vehicle in for body work after being side swiped. When my husband picks it up he points out to them that a chunk of the weather stripping is missing from the inner driver side door. All they have to say is that they didn’t do it and that we should have taken pictures beforehand. You don’t take pictures beforehand of things that were not broken to begin with! The audacity of them.

This company did a really nice job on the repair to my vehicle. I had some extensive damage to the rear of my vehicle from a direct hit. It took about 3 weeks for all the repair work to be completed. It was impressive that Gerber kept me informed every step of the way. Every few days I received a text or phone call updating me on the status of the repair. Upon pick up, the technician went over the parts that were replaced and explained the warranty to me. All the personnel at Gerber were gracious and helpful. I would not hesitate to return.

Service was prompt and efficient. When we arrived with our vehicle we were greeted in a friendly manner and provided clear instructions on how to park, so that, the work could be done. The interior of the station is clean and neat. Everything in its place. It appears a safe place to work – though caution, of course would need to be exercised.There was a difficulty with one of the threaded bolts that had been put in by a past service technician at a different service company. The team at this location worked carefully to free the bolt, make a minor repair and replace with it with a new one. All of this was reported to us prior to any work being done.I especially like the fact that I can get 100% synthetic oil at Valvoline. I prefer it as it retains it properties longer and operates normally at higher and cooler temperatures than other oils in its class. As they say, “Valvoline Full Synthetic motor oil is specially formulated to deliver our best performance and protection to keep you and your engine moving forward.”At the conclusion of the service the staff and management were attentive and answered questions and provided expert advice. All in all this was a very rewarding experience. Valvoline continues to help keep us and our engine moving forward!

Gerber did front end and back end body and paint repairs on my 2011 Scion. Their quote for the work was less than I had anticipated. They kept me informed every step of the way. They matched my custom paint color perfectly and my car looked amazing! All this and finished and delivered earlier than expected as well! Customer service was top notch. Gerber are my go to guys!

My car was damaged in a collision and Nationwide recommended Gerber. Im very glad they did! The folks there were wonderfully efficient, friendly, and helpful. They even helped coordinate with Enterprise rental car so my life never missed a beat! Automated text messages reminded me of appointments and alerted me when the work was complete. The repairs were done on time and without adding unnecessary charges just to inflate the bill. Hopefully no other fool will hit my car again, but if they do, Ill know where to go for body work!

I wanted to give a great public review for Gerber Collision and Glass in Havelock. I hit a deer and had no engine damage but my hood, one light, grill, and fender were smashed. After filing with the insurance company they gave me a list of a few repair shops that work with my insurance. Gerber could get my car in the fastest so we went with them. Their customer service was FANTASTIC. When I took my car in, they told me everything they were going to do and explained the process. I received updates by text and phone calls from Randy. My car was done less than two weeks, and they even had to reorder parts that were not correctly primed. I was also told that the insurance company quoted a used grill, and they told me that they were not going to use a used grill because a new one is much better. I am very pleased with the work done on my car and the customer service I received! Also a lifetime guarantee on the work as long as I own the car. They washed the outside of my car the day I got it back and walked out, showed me everything and made sure I was satisfied with the work. I am impressed. Thank you Gerber Collision.

They did a great job on the body work my car needed. I did have to go back to have the paint fixed, but my car color is rare, and they repainted it with no issues, no charge, no argument which I thought was pretty great. Definitely recommend!

This company in Havelock have had my car for over a month now. Told me it would be done in 2 weeks and have changed my date FIVE TIMES. I still have YET to see my car. I have be unbelievably patient with these people but FIVE TIMES?! Seriously?! Never EVER coming here again.

USAA certified, friendly, and professional. The mechanics are very familiar with the USAA claims process so they were able to give us sound advice on a temporary car rental and getting it covered. They are also really thorough. We had to replace two wheels on our mustang that were damaged when we ran over large FOD in the road. The mechanic also noticed hairline fractures in a third wheel so we were able to replace it before it became a major issue and resulted in another insurance claim. I recommend this business for anyone who needs work done and is insured by USAA.

They dont do glass repairs. Just called today. They direct you to Noahs. They need to update their website and description to remove that service.But I have not used their service; just wanted to comment on that portion.Response to Gerber: I have never been a customer of your company, however, I called on Monday to see how much an auto glass repair would cost. They repaired damage to my 2014 Dodge Ram caused by a break in and vandalism back in 2015. They left the door frame around the windows warped causing wind noise and water leaks and clear coated over scratches in the paint caused by broken glass. Thank god for USAA warrantying work getting another shop to fix this places poor work.
