Never AGAIN! 7 people STANDING in front. You walk in, to be ignored NOT greeted. Only ONE person walked up to me & greeted me AFTER she had just came off lunch. Girls hired, I guess to stand around, look at you, and sanitize the pens.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY HAVE A MILLION PEOPLE WORKING ON THE INSIDE, BUT THEY DID NOT EVER GET BACK WITH ME IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM! NOW WE ARE PAST OUR FIVE DAY LIMIT, AND THEY WANT ME TO TAKE MY CHILDREN BACK TO THE DOCTOR... AGAIN TO START THIS SAME PROCESS OVER THATTHEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT GETTING BACK IN CONTACT WITH ME IN TIME!!! THEY HAVE A THOUSAND EXCUSES WHY THEY DIDNT CALL OR GET BACK WITH YOU!! Saaaadddd!!!

They don’t rent CPAP machines. Would be helpful if they did instead of me having to use an online service or drive to mobile. The people working there make me feel like I’m wasting their time when I have questions or when they are explains things.Thanks for the reply... but why was I told TWICE that you don’t rent by who ever picked up the phone? I have all the paper work from the doctor and the sleep center and the insurance.I just called, managers were gone for the day, and the lady that picked up even said she wasn’t sure if you rented them but that you do have them at the store.Get better employees; which was my second complaint anyway. Lowered my star from a 2 to a 1.You guys almost cost me a 1000.00 on a CPAP machine. I needed it and the insurance needed two more months before they would cover it. I just happened to think to look around for renting. Your phone people are the WORST. I just kept being told I’d have to BUY one out of pocket.

Very unhappy with this company and I will NEVER do business with them again. They will complete the sale, but once they get your money, they are done and if the product doesnt work for you, oh well! You are screwed.

Stopped by to see about getting a Tens unit which the doctor prescribed. They tried to sell me a retail version which I didnt want. The manager said that my insurance wouldnt cover it. So, while still at the store, i called my insurance company. They said it would be covered and gave me the code. The manager then rudely told me they just didnt fool with them because they had difficulty getting reimbursed. Will never go back!!
