I have been using the service department at Pine Belt Chrysler Dodge for almost two years and have been very satisfied with their work and recommend them to anyone needing Chrysler repair or other services.I own a rare Dodge truck that is 23 years old and only has 5800 miles on it. Brian, a Service Technician there, always works on my truck, and does a great job. All of the staff in the Service Department try very hard to make your visit satisfying by being careful not to leave your vehicle smeared or scratched.I cant speak to prices. They seem to be in line with other dealers I have dealt with.
Very pleasant employees. I requested an oil change and tire rotation as part of regular maintenance. They also did a multi-point inspection. I did not have an appointment and am from out of state. I was very appreciative that they were able to fit me into their schedule and service my vehicle in a timely fashion to get me back on the road. Highly recommended and I would go back if needed and in the area. Great work, y’all! :)

Im so grateful for the service department staff at Pine Belt Chrysler. When you arrive you step through the door with smiling 😃 faces and a warm atmosphere. I have been working with Adrianna with some vehicle issues that they worked very hard at diagnosing the issues and working until my jeep was running like it did the day I bought it. They made sure that they kept me updated and made sure they were doing all they could to make things right. The second time coming into the shop again was because I had a recall on my vehicle and they jumped right in to make sure I was taken care of, they even went beyond by telling me my tire pressure was low and placed more air in them without having too, taking the extra time but they did...its amazing to still have a small hometown feeling and treatment which is almost unheard-of anymore. Brought my Jeep in before appointment time and received a call that it was checked in. Discussed the work to be done and thought I was in good hands. I was wrong. Two days later, had to call to get any information about the progress of the work. They had not done any work to the Jeep. I told the service rep that I wanted to pick my Jeep up when I got in from work 2 hours later. I got to the service department and had to wait for 30 minutes for them to bring my vehicle up from the shop it had been sitting at, untouched, for two days. I got an apology from the service rep. with a promise that a manager would be in touch with me. No call, and nothing to try and resolve or explain this. I expected better service from the dealership where I purchased my Jeep. PineBelt is sub par. I will find another dealer for my next Jeep and do not recommend the service department.

It was a good experience with one exception. I recently purchased a gallon of bug spray, and because it was a pesticide I left it in the back of my truck. The pesticide was no longer present when I picked up. I asked about the bug spray when picking up but no one seemed to know what happened to it.

On August 23rd I broke down outside of Hattiesburg, MS and was towed to Pine Belt. The fuel pump on my car went out and it was going to be a 3 to 5 day wait and cost more then I could afford at the time! I was traveling back to Texas and really wanted to get home! So long story short Gervarius and Tony saved the day! G and Tony went above and beyond to get me into a new to me car and used mine as a trade in with very little out of pocket and got me back on the road headed home the same day! G even took me up the road so I could get something to eat! Growing up you get told never go to a dealership alone but these guys are a dealership with a huge heart! Ive been looking for a truck for quite awhile. Ive been searching from Texas to Georgia and everywhere in between. I was dealing with Grant at pine belt and they were able to beat any price Ive found. Although I did pay more than I wanted to, I still got a better deal than anywhere else. I went there to get a big horn and actually got a Laramie cheaper than what everywhere else was asking for a big horn. So, I started looking for a dealership that might be interested in purchasing it, but most of them won’t give you the time of day if you do not also buy from them. However, Grant Robinson helped me get a price for my camaro that I couldn’t resist, so I sold it. It’s hard to find a reliable and honest salesman these days, but Grants the guy to go see. Went here two months back and waited a week for my appointment to get the car looked at that’s on factory warranty. They took my car for 2 days and didn’t even look at it. Said to bring it in the following week. Why make an appointment then if they are backed up. One of the older guys working in there was rude, the other 2 guys seemed helpful but their hands are tied because the management is terrible. Complaint was made to headquarters for an investigation into their dealership not being up to par.

Truly the easiest experience with a dealership. I drove all the way from Pensacola because not only did they have what I was looking for, but the staff, Cody and Brad in particular. Cody was very responsive from day one, and did it try to push me into something just to make a sale, he was supportive and helped in every way possible. There were a few things that arose, that they didn’t necessarily have control over, however Cody got Mr. Brad involved, and although he wasn’t able able to change the circumstances, he helped compensate the best that he could. I would definitely recommend Pine Belt Motors to anyone. Even if it was a drive for them.

Great service department, honest mechanics and fair prices. I recommend them for your factory repairs. My last service (a sensor replacement) was done in a timely manner, which is not so common with dealerships.
They are great. If they cant fix it they will tell you who can. I just had a complete replacement of my entire clutch assembly done on my jeep. I wouldnt have trusted a major job like that to anyone else but the dealership. The only reason i gave them a 4 is because it took 2 weeks.
Had booked my appointment for service 2 weeks ahead. At 8:20am on a Wednesday, brought my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 for the factory recommended 100k mile service. Service advisor promised same day service but failed to deliver until next day 4pm. Had my truck sat on the parking lot all day Wednesday.Also had water pump replaced but is now missing a nut holding a metal bracket for something - see photo.Same day after the service, I checked the rear differential axle gear oil level - it’s about 1” or more below the fill hole - it’s under filled!Mechanic spilled plenty of antifreeze residue all over my engine compartment and was not cleaned up.Also, I have a quart bottle of Mobil 1 full synthetic motor oil that was stored in the engine compartment and is now missing.Just wondering what else they missed or did not do right that I could not see visually! Ughhhh.....!Quoted me one price and upon completion of service I was charged about $200 more - and this is not right. This service costs me a fortune $1,200.00 plus.Overall, not happy with the sloppy service. It will take a lot of convincing for me to bring my truck back to this shop.

I found the car of my dreams randomly one morning on their site and called to inquire. Little did I know my life was about to change when I asked for Sales and Joseph Boyd answered. He explained that he thought the car was already under contract but he would double check and call me back. I told my wife that was my luck and had just all but given up for a while with looking. But then Joseph called back and said he was mistaken and that the car would be available on January 29th. He invited us to come take a look and see what we thought. We went that day and he had the car clean and up front for us to see. Of course, I loved it and we started with running numbers which was very quick and efficient. We were approved and just had to wait out 11 days to pick up the car. Each day, Joseph would send me pictures and texts ensuring the car was safe and all was well. It was the longest 11 days of my life! I cant speak highly enough of the superb job that Joseph does and we will be returning soon for a new Jeep for our son from him!

My 13 Jeep Wrangler (JKU) suffered a significant fuel supply line leak that resulted in gasoline pouring into the engine bay, which is a very serious fire hazard. I called this dealership and spoke to Mr. Sammy who told me they were very busy, but to go ahead and bring it in because of the clear danger it posed. I had it towed to the dealership and they immediately began working on it to get me back on the road to resume my military duties.I highly recommend this dealership, especially Matthew in the service center, for any repair work thats needed on your vehicle. Service manager did not keep me informed on progress and/or problems relating to oil leak from car. I had to call several times during the course of a week — he said he would return calls with information but after a few hours to a day without having received a call, I would then have to make the connection myself. On the proposed day of pick up, I talked to an assistant service manager, I believe, who did not have all the information necessary to close out my transaction. This lack of communication not only between service manager and assistants, but also with their customers is unacceptable. Manager Josh made it right by having my car detailed and delivered the next day without fail.

Bad service period, on 4/9/2021 around 3:30 pm I took my perfectly running Chrysler 300c in for a complete oil service which took about 15 mins only to get my car back with the check engine light on also stalling not wanting to take the gas. I paid $45 for a complete oil service and there is no wiper blades fluid, tire pressure low. Worst service ever, now I having to take my car to another dealer to fix the issue that Pine Belt Chrysler Dodge caused.

I recently been having major issues with my dodge challenger windows. I contacted the service department with my problem and was told to stop by so they could take a look. The crew did not hesitate to come outside to look at my car. They even came up with a plan for me to get my car to the shop first thing that morning. Sam, Josh, and Mr. Jessie has been very helpful.
Our experience at Pine Belt was not bad. But the salesman was not knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought. We had very few “must have” features and navigation was one of them. The salesman ensured us that we simply needed to download an app and it would connect to the phone and show the phone navigation on the screen. That was either a lie or a guess that ended up being wrong. To sum it up I will not return to this dealership again and regret purchasing our car. We were mislead no matter how you look at it.
Customer service here has definitely improved over the last few years! It was never bad but they go the extra mile now.

I brought my Grand Jeep Cherokee in for a service appointment on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Soon as I walked through the door, one of the associates greeted me immediately and said that someone would be with me shortly. Approximately 3 minutes later one of the associates motioned me to his counter. His name was Jake. Jake explained everything in detailed to me and asked me did I have any questions. He also asked if I decided to drop off the truck or would I be waiting. I responded that I would be waiting. Jake proceeded to give me updates on the diagnostic phase of my truck. Jake also converse with me to inform me of his schedued lunchbreak and that he had talked with another associate about my truck incase the service department would finish before he returned from his lunch. Unfortunately, I was still there when Jake returned because I had decided for the service department to fix the issues that were brought to my attention. I was very pleased with my experience at Pine Belt dealership.
The work was excellent, but I don’t like not being able to make an appt. I was told the day before that I could come in anytime since the oil change Dept was separate. That didn’t happen.

I contacted the Pine Belt Jeep service department and described an oil leak that was progressively getting worse. The local drive-through oil change manager told me the problem was the oil filter housing, a common issue on Jeep products. The service writer at the Jeep dealership assured me they have the part in stock and could have the car repaired in about four hours. Imagine my disappointment when he informed me that they “diagnosed” the problem as a faulty oil filter housing but the part would have to be ordered. To make matters worse, today he called to encourage me to try to find one on the internet because Jeep has a 28,000 unit back order. Hmmmm...

I went in to have my drivers turn signal fixed, the horn, a cover over the front driver tire installed (which I bought the part and brought ot in to have it installed), abs sensor, and wheel bearing. It costed me $1,368.46. I dropped my car off Tuesday. I was told it would be finished Wensday or Thursday. They told me it was ready Wensday. I picked it up. The horn did not work, the turn signal was not installed, and the cover that I brought in was not installed. This is after I paid $1,368.46. I had to take my truck back about 8 am got it back about 5:45 pm. I went. to Pine Belt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because I wanted a professional to take care of my Jeep. I trusted them with my vehicle. I was disappointed because I paid so much money and the service I paid for was not delivered the first time it was supposed to be. The good news is that they did fix it today 3/18/21. The one bright spot is a Customer Service Representative named Jake handled everything for me with percision. He was confident, friendly, knowledgeable, and his customer service was excellent. Now I have to be honest as a consumer we need to know what to let the Service Department what to look for. I had to call back a couple times to let them know what needed to be checked because I forgot. So every make sure as a consumer you tell them everything they need to know.
While the staff are always very polite and courteous, this place has always been one of the most disorganized service centers I’ve ever dealt with. Recently I found an issue with my Jeep while getting an oil change. Since the place I was at did that particular service, I had them go ahead and do the repairs. Unfortunately their equipment couldn’t do it and I was encouraged to try my Jeep dealership. Against my better judgement from prior experience, I brought my Jeep here. I called and made an appointment THREE WEEKS before I was to drop it off. There was also a minor recall service that I added to the work order since it would be in for service and the recall part had been on back order. I drop it off at the appointment time and over a day later finally get a call from them. To make it worse, the job was going to cost me nearly triple what it would have cost at the first establishment if they could have done it. I reluctantly and foolishly agreed and more than two more days go by and I had heard nothing. After playing phone tag for over an hour trying to speak to someone who knew about my vehicle I am finally connected to my service rep who doesn’t know anything about my vehicle. He tells me he will call me right back after he looks into the status of my vehicle. Forty five minutes later with no return call I decided to just walk to the dealership and get my vehicle back. I walk in and tell the service counter I just want my vehicle back. They inform me not all of the parts are in yet and that I can bring my vehicle back when they come in. It takes them twenty minutes to locate the key to my vehicle. To top it off, while they had my vehicle sitting in the lot for three days waiting on parts, they never bothered to do the recall fix. So after three days with no vehicle and unnecessary stress, neither issue was resolved and I’m left looking for another establishment to do the service on my vehicle.
I bought my new Dodge Challenger from Pine Belt CDJR in Hattiesburg, MS and it was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had. My husband and I live in Florida and had been looking for a certain widebody scatpack challenger and searched in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. We had found several (and looked at a couple) but the Pine Belt dealership had the car with all the packages that I wanted and the price was right. We were nervous about buying a car out of state but we couldnt pass up the great deal that the Pine Belt dealership offered. I contacted the dealership and Mike Adcox was quick to help. Mike was very kind, understanding, helpful, and never once pressured me. Since I live in Florida, Mike and the team at Pine Belt did all of the research for my state and county to ensure that my final price would be the final price. Pine Belt CDJR is a smaller dealership and I think that may contribute to why it felt like southern hospitality. Every person that I spoke with on the phone or in person was genuinely nice. Mike even sent us videos and pictures of the car prior to us making the drive to Mississippi. When we were ready to sign the papers for our new car, we met with Milissa. She was on top of everything! Our paperwork was laid and ready when we sat down. We did discuss the normal things like added insurance/the extra protection plans offered, etc.. but we never felt pressured. I can honestly say that driving to Hattiesburg, Mississippi to buy my new car was 100% worth it. You cannot beat the excellent service or the price. I spoke to the sales manager Brad and he told me to come see him and he would make it right. He did what he said he would do. I purchased a 2020 ram from him and Joseph. They were great to deal with. Do t mind going to see them again.

Quick oil change
Brought my car twice to get the air fixed. Couldnt do it both times. Took them over a day to realize the part they was putting in WAS THE WRONG PART. Each time kept my car for two days barely could tell me what was going each time. Last time i come here. Done spent over $700 FOR NOTHING
I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance telling them that I would need my car (Jeep 2014 Compass) the next day for work. They told me to drop it off Sunday and will look at it to see if they have to order parts or have things already there, if parts were needed to be order then I would pick my car up and bring back when parts where available. I never got a call that monday telling me anything, I called them around 3 pm and they havent even looked at it. Tuesday, I told them that I had to have my car by the end of day and if they would have called telling me something that would have been better than no calls.
