Its okay. I got a blast here the other day and it wasnt properly mixed. The syrup was at the bottom of the cup so I had to mix it myself. To their credit, the carhop did offer to take it back and mix it but that didnt seem to be a great idea to me.

I really like coming here because happy hour and their half price drinks are a real deal. BUT the kids who work here, when they have enough carhops, really need a raise. It would bring in some much needed loyalty from their workers if they knew the management had their backs.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with mayo,mustard and ketchup and no onions. The car hop read the order back and said double cheeseburger mayo, mustard and ketchup only. I said it isnt right and told her what I ordered she said shed be right back. She came back said it was dressed no onions and the condiments I ordered. Well when I opened it, it was mayo, mustard and ketchup only. I didnt say anything about it cause I figured they would do something nasty to it..so this sonic sucks...

Its Sonic, service is mediocre, & the food is over priced. Their Happy Hour is usually the only reason I stop in there these days, because I do like their Mango Slush. Now 20 years ago back when you ordered your burger as a number 1 or 2, their food was always good, but theyve slowly devolved to the equivalence of a genetic McDonalds. My only reason for this visit was due to my glucose levels dropping and they were literally the nearest place

Great service and food was as expected. The only downside is lack of gluten free options.

If you would REALLY like to truly have Fresh just cooked food that comes directly to you as ordered....Sonic is the fast fresh place!

I have never had a bad meal at any Sonic until today in Hattiesburg. It was the worst hamburger I’ve ever had. The patty was old and crusted, the bun was cold like it had been in the fridge and not warmed. The lettuce tasted like it was beginning to rot. My fries were hot but were squished like something heavy had been sitting on them. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff in which we interacted were friendly.

I have always had a great experience at sonic drive-in. Employees are always pleasant.

Normally I can trust Sonic to be consistent in their quality and efficiency. Today though was an exception. We drove thru the drive up for a quick order of two cherry limeades. One person ahead of us and it took them 15 minutes to get their order (one small bag). We pulled up and no greeting, no thanks for your patience, etc. waited several minutes for our order to be handed out and server to say, “I’ll get your change in a little bit “ then slowly count And hand out 73cents. He acted like he was high, slow moving and couldn’t care less. Not a Sonic I’ll ever revisit.

Driving through never ate here before customer service and people behind the microphone where great got my order exactly right would definitely stop there

I have never had this bad of food quality at a Sonic. Absolutely disgusting and stomach churning food. I have eaten hundreds of breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches at Sonics all over the country. The eggs were all burnt and nasty. Five of use ordered food and we each threw ours away after one bite.

Would love to review the food, which is usually good at any Sonic. My problem is rudeness. Pulled into a parking place, decided what we wanted to eat, mashed the red button and after a moment ...a male voice blurts out come around to the drive through window . No explanation, no were sorry, we left and drove up the road to Collins where we enjoyed the Sonic in that town.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I pulled into the stall, pressed the button to order, then the carhop came over the loudspeaker and said......... Im sorry sir were not taking orders right now until we get caught up on the other ones....... I asked the car hop are you saying that I should wait, but she had already cut the speaker off and was no longer there........... I looked around and the lot. The lot was maybe half full. There were 3 cars in the drive thru.. I worked at Sonic for 6 years and Ive never heard of anything like this..... I would have gotten fired for doing something like this. Unless there was one person working the whole restaurant by themselves, there is no excuse for this.

The food was delicious, but they were slow with the order. We literally waited thirty minutes for a single sonic blast.

Service was good and responsive. Location was just big enough to pull the trailer through and outside seating was clean.

Honest to God, I couldnt imagine a worse experience at a fast food restaurant. I waited over 35 mins, and never even got my food. When I asked about it, the employees got an attitude.

If I could give negative stars then I would this is the worst Sonic I have ever gone to and experienced in my years of life I will never go to another Sonic again and I will spread the word at how awful Sonic service is. No customer should have to sit at a drive-thru window for 10 minutes and not even get greeted or told that its going to be a few minutes or take my payment or give me a drink... nothing, just because theyre short-staffed, hire someone then because thats not the customers problem. Little girl with the horrible red dyed hair doesnt need to work with the public. When I finally have to tap on the window to get her attention and she tells me its not her problem that I had to sit and wait.... Never again will I go to a Sonic!

It took us over half hour to get our order. While we waited we saw multiple orders to be delivered and were wrong. They kept throwing away the wrong orders. Sad!

I normally love Sonic, especially their fountain Cokes, it just has this special taste that I cant find anywhere else. At this location we stopped their one evening for 2 chocolate shakes. Well I get them and it only had one little drop of whipped cream on both and they had not even fully mixed so not so good

Fast Food and Great service. We were out of town and choose to pass through Hattiesburg on our way and this Sonic was the perfect end to a long day. From a Shake and Burger combo for a great price to a grilled cheese to satisfy my vegetarian it was an all around great experience. We will definitely keep this in mind when making a stop.

I ordered through the phone app and I went to the drive-thru to pick it up. Apparently the drive-thru speaker was broken so I went to the window and waited a few more minutes. No one came to assist me. I pulled up to the stall and inform them that I was there to pick up my order. 23 minutes later I let them know that I was still there. Then my food was brought to me cold.

Food was good. Delivery was fast. Men restroom lacked much needed attention.

Never does it fail that for two pep we will always spend $20 easily to eat there. I would much rather spend way less and get way more at Cookout! The burgers at sonic seemed not so fresh, the service had us wait and wait and then wait some more till we were jus about ready to jus leave. Its hard to be impressed when they have you already discouraged by the long wait and a staff that jus doesnt care.

6 5 2020 about 5pm two large cherry limeade and a large order of onion rings. The limeade was good as usual but the onion rings was nearly burnt and so hard no one could eat them. Only wish I would have checked them before getting so far up the road.

Speaker we drove up to could not hear. Employee came out took our order. We waited another 30 minutes. I had to finally walk to the door to get my food. Paid for it already and got in my car and the order was wrong; and my fries had a piece of plastic in it?! The chicken sandwich was so dry I threw it away!Won’t go there again!

I am not one to give bad reviews because I work in the food service industry. They messed up our order and did not make it right. We told them twice but never would send out the right burger. I know that there are people that try to scam their way for free stuff but we just wanted what we paid for. Very disappointed in this Sonic.

Worst sonic Ive ever been to in my life. I asked for a 5 piece chicken strip combo, I got a 3 and the chicken strips and tater tots were burnt. My toast was so soggy it was almost like they dropped it in the sink, my daughters kids meal was also burnt. The car hop lady was rude. I waited 15 minutes just to get my change back. Not impressed at all. This place needs to be shut down. Scroll down people apparently im not the only one thats had a horrible experience there.

I made an online order and ended up waiting 25 minutes for my order. I decided to go through their drive through window to ask about my order and the workers kept looking at me but did not answer the window for another 15 minutes. The slush and ice cream I ordered was melted. My food was cold.

Ive noticed the waiting times have increased significantly over the past year. I thought it was a fluke but it has been happening consistently. I expect things to take longer at Sonic but this particular location has been perpetually slow. The carhops are great, though.
