I dont suggest this place because I went to purchase a hat and have it embroidered.. Bought the hat the clerk was very nice but come to find out the manager, Candy no last name known, was gone for the day and mind you she left early! So if you need a hat embroidered go early Candy NEVER stays Til her shift is over apparently..
Went to store to buy a hat like I do every year and no was there the gate was closed. They had sign up that said will be back by 11:20 waited till 11:30 still no one showed up
I’m constantly calling the freaking store phone and evidently no one can assist me with no hesitation ! 😑 can’t even ask if they have a product in stock if I’m miles away before I arrive .! They service teams sucks ..! Somebody needs to do their job ....!!!
I was leading a project in Hattiesburg is some harsh sun, the heat was starting to get to my team and we didnt have many options other than going inside during the hottest hours. We stopped by Lids during lunch break to see if they could help us out.Brian O. is the man!He pointed us toward the full brim hats (small selection but desperately needed). I honestly dont know how we would have made it through the week without those hats and I would like to thank Brian for his help in quickly getting us cooled down and some extra protection from the southern sun.

Me and my wife went to lids to get us some LSU hats when we where ready to checkout the credit card machine stopped working so Trey the guy working the register was trying his best to get it back going...Eventually he said if we had cash to pay for the hats...I did but I was 3 dls short of the total amount so Trey offered to put the 3 dls that I didnt have...eventually the machine started working again and we used our card...the thing about it is that this guy takes pride in his job and offered to help out...so my hats off to you Trey...its good to see ppl like this with outstanding customer service skills...
