Very impressed! Nick and David went the extra mile to solve a problem for us that they could have easily just charged us more money and ordered a new part for. We will definitely continue to use Adcock for our pool.

I’ve been using Adcock pools now for more than 5 years. The crew is always professional and helpful especially Mollie, who has kept my pool crystal clear all these years. Any time I have had a problem they have always been there ready to help and walk me through the process. Lastly when I walk in the door I am always greeted with a friendly welcome calling me by my name. Costumer service at its finest

We had a spa acting up a few weeks ago.. again. Called Adcock and they sent Mr. David out to have a look and my spa was repaired by the time my children got out of school! Saved my wife’s party she was having that Friday. Highly recommend Adcock and do yourself a favor and ask for David! He’s very personable and knows his stuff. When purchasing a new home that had a pool 2 months ago I was completely lost. Mollie at Adcock Pools has made my new hobby of being a pool owner so much easier. Mollie and the team have taught me so much about the ins and outs of pool ownership. I highly recommend if you have a pool questions go ask her and if she doesnt know the answer she will make sure she finds out for you. On another note, my kids come in with me and they always want to go see the nice lady at the pool store, she has become our first friend in Hattiesburg and that alone is enough for us!

Nick and David were very knowledgeable and professional in changing out the felt and relocating my pool table.

I purchased a pool from them in order to have a better quality and service to put pool together; however, I have learned their customer service is in need of improvement. When a you call you expect the truth not the some answer. Told call you next day to schedule then told again 10 days. If better get ever conversation recorded.

There is no more knowledgeable staff anywhere in southern Mississippi. They really couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Adcock also carries only the best products in the industry. They know their stuff and it clearly shows the moment you step into their showroom. Clean, thoughtful displays that say “Welcome”.

Have used Adcock for years and they are the best! Molly always takes great care of me and has assisted with numerous issues we have had.

I bought a hot tub from these people. Felt like he cut me deals when he could. They are very friendly and welcoming. If your thinking of a pool, hot tub, big Green egg, or anything they may have; this is the place to go. Will do more business there with them.
