When a company refuses to take back a product that they sell tells me not to do business with them. If you trade with this company read the fine print, they are in it for the money not the customer. Beware!!

Called Jeffcoat and requested a quote for access control. Was promised a call back.Called back two weeks later and requested the same. This time I received a call back. Scheduled to come to my home and give a quote.Guy arrived and was rude. Promised to follow up with a quote. This has been over a month ago with no quote yet.

Reasonable price for great quality. Friendly staff, Mr Carlos was available most of the time and able to help with HOA forms. Thanks for the great job!
