Our service person was a young man named Lane.It was a late Friday evening right very near 5pm.My wife & I were sure we would be gettingthe half-quality, rush job, cause its time to get off Friday. What we received was anything but. Instead we got one what was probably one of the nicest service persons out there. For sure the top ever garage door repair persons...(weve experienced several over the last 25 yrs). First thing he did was apologize for it being so late in the evening; he explained that the previous task had run over the expected time.(Which, as a business owner I understood that to mean he stayed until the job was completed). He then assured us that he would not leave until he got OURS fixed up as well. That was a immediate huge relief, as we had 2 doors that really needed help. He was totally professional & polite; as well as being good at his craft. Thats a rare find nowadays. Next time we need Overhead Doors, we will request him by name. He diagnosed the problem quickly and worked well with my home insurance policy to get everything squared away. He even was able to provide an extra remote in the process of installing a new garage door opener, keypad, tracks, and indoor button. This started from the moment he arrived when he went to great lengths to park his van at the safest spot in the drive and placed traffic cones to ensure that his van was visible to anyone coming the drive way.After inspecting the door, he gave me a detailed and clear explanation of the multiple defects that were responsible for my door malfunctioning. He then proceeded with an equally thorough explanation of the specific repairs he would have to do, the parts he recommended replacing, and the cost associated with all that work. We dropped one of our remote garage door openers. Brittany suggested I go by and let them test if it was broken. They replaced the battery; did not work. The guy behind the desk (didnt give his name) tinkered with some of the wires and FIXED IT! When I asked how much they said No charge and I couldnt believe companies still did that. I would have been happy to pay for the battery. Brittany printed out the directions for re-programming the remote to the opener. We did that. It works! Thanks!

We’ve had 3 different technicians out for various household repairs (heat, fridge, etc) recently and all 3 were terrible experiences. These two were like a breath of fresh air after that! We were in a bind to close on a new house and the old garage door was the only hold up. Our garage door played out after years of good service. Of course, it would quit when the temperatures were starting to soar and during one of our rainy seasons. It was frustrating to have to manually raise and lower the door in the rain. My garage door stopped working without incident and my car was trapped in my garage. I called several repair companies in the area, and overhead was the first to respond. Although they had NO appointments left for the day, they worked hard to find a way to get to me. l received a call from Chandler (the technician who repaired my door) within an hour after l reached out. He worked me into his very busy schedule and repaired my garage door witching 3 hours of my initial call. I ultimately thought l was going to have to wait until Monday (3 days) but fortunately, both the receptionist and Chandler heard the concern in my voice and treated me (and lm sure all the others) as a priority. Thank you for doing a great job! It actually works better than before.
