Ive used Elite a few times now for various events and the ordering process is so quick and easy! Jonathan has been super helpful as well as the rest of the team! They always send me proofs quickly, and if I want something added or changed it happens the same day. Each time Ive ordered from Elite, the shirts are ready a day or two earlier than expected which is nice! Their positive attitudes make the ordering process smoother. Human error on both parties. They misspelled Ardy on the first proof. I caught that mistake & they fixed it. However neither Elite or myself caught the Your spelled as You on the back. Now my shirts say The Spa For You Car instead of The Spa For Your Car. The general manager says that he cant help me at all. My ticket was $253 & some change. I will never do business here again.
