I feel like I’m in the dmv whenever I’m trying to pick up my prescription. I might as well bring snacks, a chair, and a tv. I enter visibly annoyed and leave visibly annoyed.

Specifically for the pharmacy. Mine and my familys business has been lost. I had made this Walgreens my one stop shop for most things for the past two years but after tonight, never again. There was an issue with my wifes prescription that was honestly neither ours nor the pharmacists fault. We came back twice on the night of 7.22.2020 to try and resolve the issue and were given the option to come in and wait or leave and be called back. So we left but decided to turn around and go wait inside to insure the prescription was filled only to find the two ladies in pharmacy speaking horribly about my wife as if the issue was our doing with us unknowingly standing at the counter. Extremely unprofessional and rude to treat customers like this. We will never have out prescriptions filled here again nor will we recommend anyone we know to this pharmacy.

I never leave bad reviews for places, but Walgreens has done it. Every single time I come here I have to hunt someone down, whether it’s at the photo area or checkout. It’s so unprofessional and beyond frustrating. Is it that hard to hire enough people to cover the entire store?I will continue to use Walgreens to print photos, but maybe this review will help warn people who expect quick service.

I came here to get some makeup and Becky was very sweet and helpful! She showed me my right color of makeup and told me about all the specials going on! Overall great experience! :)

Prompt and friendly service in the pharmacy.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the pharmacy. The drive thru is always backed up. When you get up to the window it take at least 20 minutes to get everything done. If you go into the store, you will stand at the counter forever before you are even acknowledged. Something seriously needs to be done about this.

I’m sorry. I just can’t fathom that a drug store/pharmacy doesn’t require their employees or pharmacists to wear masks in this day and age. Unacceptable.

You hold on the phone forever in both stores. Sometimes no one comes and it just hangs up. Ridiculous way to run a pharmacy. People dont feel well as it is and then to wait half an hour and get hung up on is a bit much!

Extremely slow service no matter how many people are in line. Always have some kind of miscommunication, problem, or issue each and every month I try to pick my RX up. Finally, Im giving up and going elsewhere.

Theyve always got it right but kinda slow sometimes...Ill keep using them though, always professional and friendly
