My MacBook Pro had a crack in the screen that caused the whole backlight circuit board to go out. This was very inconvenient as I needed my computer for school. The staff was very polite and professional! They had my computer fixed within a week at a very reasonable price. It’s been two weeks since it’s been fixed and my computer is as good a new! I highly recommend their services.

My daughter cracked the screen to our Mac Air. When I took it in for repair, they told me it would be about a week and a half because it would take that long to get a screen replacement from Apple. Surprisingly, they called me two days later to let me know that it was fixed. Apple was able to overnight the part to them. They are professional, and the Mac Air is like new! I highly recommend them.

My MacBook laptop was completely out during the middle of the semester at USM while in nursing school. Everywhere else told me my laptop would have to be shipped off to Apple and would approximately take a month or more to be fixed and returned.. needless to say that was not an option BUT I had Apple care and it would be free to do so. They were very professional, quick, and responsive! I took my computer in to get fixed, they asked what happened/what was wrong, and then they said it would take a couple of days for the parts to come in. 2 days later, I got a call from them saying that my computer is ready for pick up. My computer looked spotless! It looked like a brand new laptop, and all of the damages were completely fixed. Definitely recommend them!

I was referred to Derrick at Computer a Max by a trusted friend at T-Bone’s but it was Dustin who handled my desktop repair. He offered me a likely cause of my PC problem and outlined his approach to confirming a diagnosis and repair and he explained Computer Max’s billing structure. He was calm, personable and he looked me straight in the eye. He gave me confidence that I was in good hands, that I was going to be treated fairly that I was not going to be gamed. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Computer Max should the need arise and I would have no difficulty recommending Computer Max to anyone else in need of professional computer repairs.

The service was described and prices given after diagnosis (free). The work was performed as stated. The price I paid was the same one quoted over the phone. Other than taking several days to get to my computer (which they stated upfront they were busy), I was pleased with the service. My computer now works as it used to.

My daughter’s mac book pro needed repair. Computer Max quickly diagnosed and ordered the needed part. Her screen had to replaced. It’s now like having gotten a new laptop at a fraction of what I would have paid to replace it. I got it back in less than a week. Very pleased with their service.

I originally was suggested Computer Max by Apple support as I can no longer take my MacBook to Apple for repairs due to its age. I wanted to get my battery replaced and they told me on the phone probably a week, but when I arrived, they were able to replace it right there! Great price on that! Also, I discovered I needed a new hard drive since mine had never been replaced. That was also done in a quick amount of time (2 business days) and the employees were very helpful and nice! So glad to have this done!!!

Called numerous times abt a cord that a friend had spoken to them abt. After calling numerous times with no answer I drove there. No cord. Do not recommend dealing with them!

I was locked out of my computer, it seemed to have crashed. Took it to Computer Max and they checked it out ... found no virus, but just removed my password so I could at least log back on and have use of it again. So far so good. I was advised as to what I could do if I wanted to make any changes. Very helpful and professional. When I had a question after hooking everything back up, I called Dillan and he helped me right away... unlike some that brush you off once you are home and on your own.

Efficient and Timely. They are an apple certified repairer, so they were able to repair my sons mac book pro in house. He had it back in about a week compared to another place we tried who told us 4 weeks because they had to send it off for repairs. The problem was covered under our apple care protection plan so we werent charged anything.

I bought an older MacBook on eBay and it had not been set to factory settings. I took it to these guys and they were very knowledgeable and got it wiped and set up with the best hard drive for it and did it in a very timely manner!! Professional, fast, easy, and AFFORDABLE!! Very nice and professional. Computer took a while to get back, but one of the vendors shipping replacement pieces for my computer sent the wrong piece, so it wasnt their fault. They were great about keeping me up-to-date on the progress and as soon as the correct piece came in, they got it fixed and back to me quickly.

QUICK/Easy/ and $10 cheaper than quotes i had before i called Computer Max...Most important (to me) because im a complete Apple head...THEY ARE A CERTIFIED APPLE SERVICE CENTER...and if you know anything about having to mail your products back to apple or trading in your iPhone to Apple for a newer iPhone and apple checks and sees that its been worked on by a non-certified person(they can tell usually) so you wont get your full trade in value, and/or having to travel many miles to an actual certified apple center, then youd understand how vital or important that is and so glad Computer Max is here. Service was great! My screen had to be replaced, the guy said he would run a diagnostic and call if there were other issues. If there were issues he would call before fixing it and increasing the cost. The next day I got a call just to let me know that nothing else was wrong. I was very impressed! They fixed my computer very quickly and were very close to the estimated price. I highly recommend it.

Computer Max - Hattiesburg is awesome! I wasted grape juice on my apple MacBook Pro and soon after realized that i had no power. I called Apple support and they referred me their nearest authorized representative. The employees were extremely courteous and resourceful. They found the reason for my power failure within a few minutes and offered immediate solutions. My computer was back to me within a week and is operating better than before!!!

I broke my Apple Watch face on a day I was heading to Michigan to attend a funeral and not able to go to Jackson to the Apple store. Since this is a certified Apple service center I was able to make an appointment the same day, get fast and efficient service, and they sent my watch in for replacement, the whole appointment took about 5 minutes. They called the next day and the replacement had already arrived, and they held the watch until a week later. No hassle, no frustration and above all friendly service.

I dropped off my moms Imac on a Friday, I had it back the following Tuesday and its like a brand new machine. The overall experience was quick, diagnosed perfectly, machine fixed and back in 3 days and plus they are an Apple authorized repair shop. Ill be using them on all my computer needs for sure and highly recommend these guys!!

These guys were really helpful and courteous. I had an issue with my iPhone and Apple suggested I go there because they’re an Apple Certified... something. They were able to analyze my phone and give me a very thorough explanation, very quickly. Saved me a lot of time and money over all. I was directed to this location by Apple to help with my vintage Apple product. Another repair center chose to not invest in the repair and Apple suggested this location. I live 100 miles away and Computer Max arranged everything by phone. I shipped the laptop to the store and they gave me a quote and repaired it and returned it faster than originally stated. I was very pleased with the repair and would use them again for other products.

My iPhone malfunctioned. Computer Max was recommended for their services. They were very prompt and professional in explaining the process for the repair of my phone. Within a week, I had my phone back and working without complaints.

My external hard drive died. They were able to retrieve my pictures off of it for me and more than once apologized that they would have to disassemble it and would not be able to build it back. I could care less about the drive I just wanted my pictures and they were successful. Will gladly refer other to them without hesitation.

My Mac got water in the keyboard which caused the motherboard of the computer to completely crash. I called Computer Max and brought my computer in on a Wednesday morning. I have made multiple trips to Computer Max over the years with different problems for three different computers. Owner and staff have been unfailingly friendly and courteous and their work has been first rate. Not only that, their work has been done quickly and the charges have been very reasonable. I will continue to work on line with the shop after I move to Iowa in the fall. I recommend the shop whenever I am asked for advice re where to take a computer for repairs, etc.

Great company with excellent service. I took My iPad Mini in for battery replacement on Tuesday. They had it back and ready for me to pick up on Thursday! Very courteous staff. I observed them interacting with other customers while I waited. They were knowledgeable of the products and patient with the customers. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

My phone was giving me every kind of trouble known to mankind. Took it to Computer Max (which showed up as a Premium Apple Service provider) and learned that I needed to send my phone to Apple because of a defect under warranty. Took a week for Apple to get everything finished, but it was sent back to Computer Max and they got me taken care of. EXCELLENT experience with them. I will definitely be bringing all of my electronic woes to them in the future!

I was not able to log into my desktop, so I called around to several different places. Once I called computer max, that was my last call. They told me I can bring my desktop in and they would diagnose it for free, give me a price to fix it and I could either let them fix it or come pick it up and have the work done elsewhere. I chose to let them fix it. They were fast, and did a great job for a good price. They were able to retrieve all my valuable files from my old damaged hard drive, I would have paid them triple just for doing that. Thanks to the people at computer max, I have all my photos and videos of my kids growing up.

The guys at Computer Max were very informative and helpful when I had an issue with an Apple phone that happened to have a recall on. Even after my new phone came in he helped me to switch chips and help me with a minor issue that I had with my loaner phone. They were very quick and offered me possible solutions that Apple may throw my way that I originally would not have known. Overall, I will be back and will tell others to come back.
