I was treated so unkind, told one price charged another, told my phones would be ready in around 3 days, It was a month, my home appointment was cancelled at the last min. When I finally got my phones back the passwords were changed and no one in the store could help me with that,I called daily only to be told the Jeremy was out, however my back up data was still on their computer, I stood crying at the door like a fool begging for my information, later was told by the receptionist to bring something to put my back up information on??? and that it was a good thing they didnt make the house call. What why? It had been a month?!! I PAID IN ADVANCE AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY WERE SO RUDE TO ME WHEN ALL I DID WAS ASK FOR MY PHONES BACK AFTER IT HAD BEEN A MONTH. I RECEIVED MY DATA ON 2 USB THINGS, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SO RUDE AS SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD TO FIND SOMETHING TO PUT MY INFO ON!!!! GAVE ME A BILL CHARGING MORE THEN SHE TOLD ME THE DAY BEFORE AND TOLD ME TO GO ELSE WHERE FOR HELP. I NEVER FOUND OUT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY PHONES AT ALL, They were just HANDED BACK TO ME DIRTY, the cover put on wrong.I NEEDED HELP WITH A HACKER DESTROYING ALL MY PHONES AND ACCOUNTS. THIS COMPANY MADE ME FEEL SO MUCH WORSE, LIKE I WAS GETTING THEM TO DO ME A FAVOR, I PAID 200.00 ON ADVANCE AND EXPECTED MY BILL TO BE OVER 1,000 DOLLARS WHEN He Finished ... I regret giving them any money what so ever. I would never ever recommend them. They treated me like I was nothing, and I followed the instructions of Jeremy,and he could not even call me, and tell me what he did on my phones, only sent his sister out to hand me my stuff in anger! WHAT A HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A PERSON PAYING THEM. Horrible,unprofessional,rude, condescending, holier than thou, pretentious, treatment.

Had great success here. I have been having issues with my desktop so I brought it in. Less than 2 days later they had it figured out and ready to roll. Not only did my tower get fixed they went through it and helped out my poor work of putting it together. They tweeked some issues in bios and worked out some issues with other hardware. This thing is a rocket ship compared to before. Also, the price was much lower than what I figured I would be spending. So, beyond expected service with below expected prices. My first experience with them went perfectly.Can not recommend enough.

I’ve had my MacBook Air for only 2 years and after turning it off for a few hours the screen never came back on. The black screen issue was all over the internet and I tried lots of resets myself with no success. Apple support wanted me to drive to Atlanta, as that was the closest store that was open. Luckily a friend recommended Computer Doctors before I went to that extreme! It took them about a week to repair my laptop, because they had to outsource my repair. They were very communicative throughout the process and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend. I’m hoping I don’t have anymore technological issues, but I would 100% return to Computer Doctors.

They were very friendly, helpful, and fixed my MacbookPro. I also love that it is a small, local business. However, the most amazing thing is that they have to sign a piece of paper saying to contact you if it will be over a certain amount. They must have forgotten to do this, and in my previous review I mentioned it. Within a few hours I got a call from the owner apologizing and that he already refunded the amount over what I was hoping to spend! I absolutely would not have expected this as they really are a wonderful small, local business and it wasnt much over what I wanted to cap my spending at. This is a very trustworthy business run by very caring people.

My Hp Pavilion laptop fried the motherboard and died! I had approximately 200GB of data stored and was afraid Id lost everything. After reading the excellent reviews online, I gave Jeremy a call. He was polite and professional, but most of all totally honest. He was very knowledgeable and could explain the issues in laymans terms. He was able to recover my data and gave me some great tips before purchasing a new laptop!

Computer issues have always been an ongoing area of difficulty and it has been great to find a company that provides an in home service to address their computer needs. The technician came out to their home and spent hours addressing a multitude of minor issues that have stacked-up over the months. For the first time in years they are able to use their computers and devices without a single problem or need to trouble shoot anything. We cant thank them enough for this service!

About a month ago, I brought my iPhone 7 in for what seemed like the typical screen repair.First, the screens they use seem to be cheap knock-offs even though I paid around $120. Either the installation was poor or it is a cheap knock-off because whenever I pressed the screen slightly hard in any one place, it created an iridescent/rainbowy effect. This is something that *never* occurred on my old, original screen.Now, the big stuff.Within a very short amount of time after the repair, my phone begins losing service. In the beginning, it would only be for an hour or so then come back. I was content. However, I had no service for almost this entire past weekend. I’m glad no emergency occurred. My phone is looking for service as I type this post.I take my phone back to these polite gentlemen in order to hopefully resolve the problem. I wait and wait, and one of the men brings my phone back taken apart stating that their repair should not have affected the phone’s service. Okay, sure, but my phone is still losing service. Something that NEVER occurred before the repair. I am basically told that I will need to take my phone to an Apple Store miles and miles away forgoing the reason I came to them in the first place, to avoid Apple. I would call Apple to see if my warranty is still valid (which I don’t think it is considering I got a Third Party to fix it), but my phone is STILL searching for service.I am adding another story that occurred while I was there, so you may also avoid their business practices. I was in the company of a very nice gentleman with a doctorate. He had a problem remembering how much money he paid for the repair before picking up his computer, so he asked if they had a record to verify. They didn’t. When he jokingly said they should be better at accounting, an EMPLOYEE said the following: “Yeah, well, it is what it is, being a small business.”Excuse me? Since when does being a *small* business excuse your business from being disorganized with your accounting? This wonderfully nice man may have paid HCD $50 more than he should have because HCD could not keep a better track record of finances?Please, take my story as a warning. If you still wish to use them, by all means, but hopefully there are other “small businesses” that care a little more about you and especially your finances.EDIT 8/12/2019 5:30 PM : Response to the OwnerHello, Owner!Youre right. My phone had no problems when it left your shop, but isnt it odd that merely within a day or so, I begin losing service after no such experience? Call it coincidental, but I do not think that is the case.I appreciate the warranty, but I do not think I will be returning to your shop. Be careful. When you dropnof items you are required to sign a document stating there is a minimum charge for service. My assumption (yes assumption) was that this was for simple fixes. At the advise of the Verizon dealer, I dropped of an iPad that wouldn’t activate. I got a note back that they tried but were unsuccessful. When I went to pick it up, I was charged $25 for trying. Yes, I signed a statement agreeing to a minimum charge after being assured by the technocian that it was an easy fix. Be careful. You’ll get charged even when you leave the shop with items just as broken as when you arrived. Poor customer service in my opinion.
