This location has delicious Krispy Kreme donuts and even better customer service. I leave with a smile every time I come here. The donuts are always fresh, hot, and melt in your mouth.This is the best Krispy Kreme location that I have been to.

Its a Krispy Kreme, so you know why youre there. Glazed were warm and amazing, but they were out of some of our other favs (crullers and strawberry iced, specifically). People were nice and service was prompt. Would definitely come again, next time were passing through!

Donuts were hot and fresh. They were out of straight glazed ones so we had to mix-n-match from several other kinds, but very good donuts anyway. Bit of a wait in line but they were busy, so it was understandable.

Every time I’ve been in this location, the people are super friendly. They greet me as soon as I walk in the store and chat with me as they fill my order. I don’t recall ever having a bad doughnut anywhere but definitely never had a bad one from here. Getting in and out of the parking lot from traffic is no issue. They also have a drive through if you are in a hurry.

Always a favorite. Great donuts of course. But what makes it is the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. My wife and I stopped by the other day and as always, we were made to feel welcomed through the door and an eager to help staff member took our order. And as we left we received a “have a blessed day and a very Merry Christmas”. Says a lot about the training, management staff, and the type of employees they choose. Ones that make the customer feel appreciated. Big thumbs up. See you again soon.

Just got my dozen, almost everything was wrong with my order. I asked for 2 pink sprinkled donuts. I got 2 chocolate sprinkled donuts. I asked for 4 chocolate glazed donuts, they were chocolate iced glazed. The only thing they got right were the 6 regular glazed donuts but they were ice cold and I had spent like 10 minutes at the window waiting for the order.

Drive thru is so slow !!!! Don’t know what is going on in there. But this place is always slow!!!

Were from Texas staying in Hattiesburg for the week. I had found some coupons for Krispy Kreme and went there twice. The sweetest people work here! I swear these kids all had smiles on their faces each time I was there. Theyll all hop in to ask how youre doing and if you need anything. Highly recommend coming by!

Donuts hot and fresh

Employees just told my husband that there would not be any glazed donuts available until 4:30pm. He was told the sign is set to come on at 4:30, so were not firing anything up until 4:15. This was at 4:00pm today, on a Saturday. We were told we could just come back in 30 minutes. We brought our daughter to the zoo and then wanted to get doughnuts before going home (60 miles away). Our one outing while she is on Spring Break and both places were disappointments. 😔Is this how business is done in Hattiesburg?4/5/21: Edited to add, in response to owner:I understand rushes, promotions, and running out of items. I do not understand running out of items that are manufactured by machine, in-house. I do not understand the poor planning for promotional days at this location. Perhaps employees should be directed to make donuts as necessary instead of being allowed to wait on the hot sign schedule. Perhaps some customers that arrive are not aware of Krispy Kreme promotional days, or are not interested in whatever sale is taking place. Perhaps some of your customers just want FRIENDLY service and a dozen glazed doughnuts. 🤔 Instead, we were rudely and very directly told to come back in 30 minutes and start our wait all over again. Sat in the drive through for at least 45 minutes with only 5 cars in front of me. Service is absolutely awful. Do not recommend at all if you have somewhere to be because they obviously aren’t worried about the customers wait time.

Best donuts on the planet

Absolutely delicious, especially when their still hot. I dont go unless the sign is flashing (when their fresh and hot). Thought, there is a massive texture difference between when they are hot and when they are cold, both delicious. Drive through service is not the best.

A few of the staff is good and responsive and a few of them never respond.

The woman at the window asked me how many donuts I ordered, and I repeated my order back to her thinking that was what she wanted. Again she asked me how many donuts I ordered and I told her 5, since she apparently didnt listen to what I said. The order was still missing a donut when I got it, but at least I didnt get charged for it. I wont be going back. The lady can keep all the sweeties she wants to say condescendingly to customers. It was a horrible experience for me and my daughter. There are better donut shops in town. We only went there for the new Reeses donuts anyway. They were okay. Nothing I cant live without though.

Terrible, terrible experience! I waited 30 min in the drive thru line (with only 3 cars in front of me, mind you) to finally order at the box. Another 15 minutes went by before I finally got to the window. The order called back to me was completely not what I ordered so I decided to say “nevermind, you guys take 40 minutes to do a simple task so I’ll pass”. I was replied to with “ma’am, we don’t care.” I don’t understand how 3 workers can be standing at the register around the window with maybe 4 customers inside still be this slow. Save your money and go to Shipley’s where the service is QUICK, efficient, and nice. shame on me for waiting that long for nothing I guess, but more shame on this KK for refusing to move through the drive thru efficiently.

Disappointed to even have to leave one star, this location doesnt deserve any. This location has the RUDEST employees that work for Krispy Kreme. I have never been consistently insulted at a restaurant before. It is not a customers fault, nor should a CUSTOMER have to explain to an employee how to use the companys application. Every time we go up there, someone has an attitude and there is ALWAYS an issue with their app. Its better to just spend a few extra minutes and drive to Shipleys across town. Better yet, make a trip to the coast and visit Dunkin Donuts. I try to treat everyone I come into contact with, with respect and courtesy so I expect the same, especially when I pay for a service. I understand that everyone can have their days, but it is EVERY SINGLE TIME at this location. If you are that unhappy with your job, please, go work somewhere that does not require customer interaction. And I am posting a negative review, because my negative experience goes as far up the chain as it can because you cant tell me that if theyre that rude constantly, that it hasnt been brought to someones attention before and nothing is being done about it. We have to constantly repeat our order each time, and usually still end up with the wrong product, like today. We repeated our order 3 times, and its still wrong. Sad thing is, it wasnt a complicated order. We wanted One Assorted Dozen - 6 Original Glazed & 6 Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles. I try to be understanding, but there comes a point where its just plain sorry.

The staff is always friendly when I stop by there and the doughnuts are always delicious, but everytime that I order hot coffee it is either ice cold or lukewarm and watered down. Please try to do better with the coffee. I do understand that its always in the evenings when I stop by but it is a doughnut shop and coffee goes with doughnuts no matter the time of day.

Only giving 3 stars because of recent service. For some reason, the espresso machine has been down for at least a month. Ive gone here 3 different times (with 2 visits a month apart) and have requested a latte only to have been told that the espresso machine is down. The service and the donuts have been great. Im just wondering what is taking so long to fix the expresso machine. This isnt McDonalds.

Great glazed donuts and a good selection of coffee.

The drive thru is extremely too long of line to wait in. Also by specialty they mean jelly filled. No apple fritters, no cinnamon twist, and whats up with the choc covered? They should check out shipleys choc covered. I dont think ur suppose to choc coat and then plus dip in glaze. They are ranked #2 behind shipleys in my book and yet they are still better than the gas station lol
