I had the worst experience in Scrubs N More on Hwy 98 in Hattiesburg MS today. When I entered the store, everyone looked away as if they didnt see me and spoke to the white gentleman who came in behind me. . Onelady finally asked if I needed help and showed me the very limited selection they had in the color Scrubs that I needed. When I found some that might have worked, I tried them on and came out of the dressing room. No one asked if they worked for me or anything, but Instead continued their conversation about how many times they had Covid. The hospital I work for uses them for our unform needs, and every time you go they always have to order them and its always at least a month or never when they come in. I will never use them again and will take my chances ordering online.

Wide selection to look at and try on, staff is very helpful if you have questions about scrub brands or sizes. Ordered several sets of scrubs. Thank you for your help

I just left this place and let me tell you Zach was amazing! He was very attentive and helpful it’s beyond me. I recommend this place to anyone.

So far this place has been disappointing, to say the least. The third time surely wasn’t charming. The style, quality and variety of the men’s scrubs lack Style, Quality and Variety all together. They’ve cornered the market in scrubs in Hattiesburg because this is the only option of a physical store that is available. I hate spending any money with this business because if you’re in a bind and on a tight schedule, which most nurses are, you end up paying for the convenience of being inconvenienced, leaving you unsatisfied with your purchase.

Service excellent, they find what you want or they order it with no problem!! The only place i go for my scrubs!

I came in a couple minutes before they were closed and they had no problem helping Me. As a matter of fact they found a few extra sets for me to try on . They were very helpful and polite I am very grateful for their service. I was getting some scrubs in a bench and they were more than accommodating.

Staff are always very helpful. While I cant always find what I need in stock, they do an excellent job of ordering whatever you need.

Great selection....a little pricey

I visited this store hoping they would have a nice selection of men scrubs which they do. I was helped by Kaleigh and she is awesome! She not only help me find what I was looking for but went out of her way to make the entire buying process completely enjoyable. I also appreciate the fact that I can have the bottom set hemmed on site conveniently without having to find some other place to get it done. I dont live locally by she told me all of my information is stored for future orders that I can have shipped to me wherever Im working.Thank you, Scrubs N More and Kaleigh!

They have a lot of scrubs but Had the hardest time finding bottoms to match the tops. Were super rude, and even though they had a visible restroom sign. Would not let me use it ....after spending $75 dollars there.....probably will just order online next time. Did not feel very welcomed there.

I dont know if the staff knew what time they actually opened but the door says 10:00 am on Saturday and I was waiting for almost 30 minutes for the doors to open at 10:30 the store was still not open. Really unprofessional. Who cares if it is the weekend, this business need to find someone that is responsible to open on time.

My wife was dreading shopping for scrubs as she usually orders online. She visited scrubs n more and reports that Kayleigh Jordan had exceptional customer service skills and helped my wife find exactly what she was looking for! For someone that doesn’t like to shop, my wife had an excellent experience with scubs n more.

So unprofessional. DIRT CHEAP IS MORE ORGANIZED THAN THIS PLACE. Nurses are out here saving lives the LEAST they could do is make their lives a little easier by organizing the sizes and brands. It’s the junkiest store I’ve ever been to. Better off going to Walmart !

VERY unprofessional!!! After waiting over 2 months to get my scrubs I realized that I had 2 holes in a pair of scrub pants (which I had not worn) and the lady decided to get rude with me about it and said she wasn’t “responsible” WILL NOT be back whatsoever!! 100% rude with a bad attitude!!

The ladies are very knowledgeable about their shoes, nursing clogs and different makers. Very helpful at my recent visit. Also their prices are very competitive.

There was a nice selection of scrubs and footware but lacking in plastic monogramed badgewear. They do however have cloth badgewear and cute pins. There was a small clearance section.It was only 20% off. The store was clean and neat.

Everyone was very helpful and I really appreciate all their help. After I lost everything to a housefire, they were quick to get my scrubs and just so wonderful about everything.

They have plenty of scrubs but not much more... as far as uniforms goes at least. Spent over $60 on a shirt and pair of pants, of which I had to compromise. Needless to say the shirt already loss a button and pants ripped. Low quality.

I had the pleasure of visiting Scrubs N More my sales associate was Kisha, she was extremely nice and very attentive...she went above and beyond, by showing me a variety of scrubs to ensure that I got exactly what I needed...thank you so much. I most definitely will be visiting again.

I went to buy a pair of shoes and they didnt have my size. I was told they could order them and would call me when they arrived. Two weeks went by and I didnt receive a phone call so I checked in and was told that nursemates were hand made and take time to come in and they would call me as soon as my pair arrived. Im still waiting a month later. Thankfully Nursemates has two day shipping and I received the pair I wanted directly from them. The customer service is terrible and I would not recommend shopping here.

Its unfortunate that is the only scrub store in town, otherwise I would never step foot in there again. Ive been in there a few times and so far Ive only came across one friendly employee. That to me, is not ok. This last time I went in there, I literally couldnt get anyone to help me. I was in the dressing room for 30 minutes trying to get someone to help me get different sizes. When I asked one lady who was behind the counter if she could help me or send someone over she called out across the store we had to work today too, you know?. This staff is so very unprofessional and I am very disappointed.

Plenty of scrubs variety of shoes however the staff needs to work on customer skills. While visiting cause my father was in hospital all the staff complained about the rude staff well I found out they were telling the truth. Great products just cant stand rudeness

I would give 0/5 stars if I could. I have shopped here since being in nursing school and have continually not been helped. The employees stand in a circle by the register each time talking and laughing. When asked if they carry a different says a very rude young girl replied to me that they dont sew them in the back. I will no longer give them business. Sorry I ever did. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Customer service is horrible! In my recent experience, I was in their store for 20-30 mins, and no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. There were several employees in there laughing, and talking about getting a big order ready for Bedford Care, and two employees helping a customer. I heard other employees laughing, and talking about a dating show in the back of the store. While I was in the dressing room, I hear them greet and ask to assist a customer who had just walked in. I finally left frustrated! I will continue to shop at Uniforms Etc, or get my uniforms from Walmart.

I got off work at 5:30 and traffic was hectic. Pulled up and 5:59 just to get the price of something. A woman looked at me, RAN to the door to lock it. As I knocked to ask her the question she just looked at me.
