Im sorry to have to do this but Ive reported your business for not wearing masks. Ive been in there multiple times the past few months where no one has worn them.I went in today and there were multiple people around the counter talking and laughing with again, no one wearing a mask.Its one thing to enforce customers to wear them because people are making things political but businesses are required to.Its disturbing that youre not concerned about your customers safety or health when the owner and employees are always so kind and considerate.Ive reported this information along with video footage to the health department, the Covid hotline and local law enforcement.You should really have more consideration for your customers health. After years of great service with you all I will no longer be shopping there.Ive also considered taking this information to the media.Please see attachment regarding the mask mandate and watch the news to see how many people are dying.My mother was a customer there. She recently passed from covid.Do better.Sincerely,A once loyal customer.

I drove out of my way to buy some high-end bourbon, only to find the store still closed. Both the sign and the answering machine state they open up at 10 AM. I guess I’m off to another store.

I have done business with FW&LL for almost 2 yrs now, well stocked, will do special orders for me and Vanessa & her staff are always gracious and fun to chat with, during covid they not only have been crazy busy kept the guidelines in play. Huge shout out!

I went in yesterday to pick up a bottle of wine, and I was very disappointed to see that neither of the employees at the counter were wearing masks and that they allowed customers to shop without masks. While the selection is great, I will have to take my business somewhere that adheres to the city ordinances.

Friendly staff, helpful about finding the drinks you want. For a lot of drinks they sell, they also have like a little sampler shots. So just in case you dont know if youd be interested in the big expensive bottle, you can buy a shot of it to see if you would like it. They also have some highly expensive liqueurs there.

Ive been shopping here for 10 years. Ive never seen anything like this person is talking about.This is a great place to buy your wine and liquor. They have a large selection and something tosuit everyones taste. Its locally owned and operated by a very knowledgeable connoisseur.Her staff have always been very polite and helpful.

Love to browse to pick out a special bottle for a special friend and love the boxed sets available at Christmas. the owner has got to be one of the most charitable business owners in town, constantly supporting area charities. snoody and condescending are not words that i would ever use to describe the owner. i have found her to be nothing but helpful, kind, and caring.

When I visited this store for the first time a few months ago, I was on the hunt for a specific cabernet sauvignon. I was in town visitng family and live outside of the state, and was hoping they carried what I was looking for. When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted with the horrifying sounds of two women in a verbal fight. Curse words were being said to each other, and it made me feel very awkward to hear such insults being thrown at each other. I then asked the cashier if they had the bottle of Carnivore Cabernet sauvignon i was looking for. They kindly guided me to the right bottle. As I was doing some browsing, one of the arguing women came up front and called herself the owner. She was trying to persuade me to buy a different kind of Cab, but i declined. She seemed very condescending. It was a horrible attitude and vibe I was recieving from the woman. I left, and never wanted to return. 1/10 would not return. to snoody.
