My experience with Pine Belt Chevrolet/Buick was stellar. I drove over on a recent Saturday morning just to look to get an idea of what I would want and was quickly assisted by Jack Bailey in a friendly and no pressure manner. He showed me a few vehicles but one especially stood out. This was the 2017 Chevrolet, Tahoe. He was very knowledgeable about all its features and answered all my questions after a test drive. I was treated like family and am so satisfied with my experience at Pine Belt Chevrolet in Hattiesburg. I am loving my 2017 Tahoe.

Had appt. for 12:30 pm to get required oil change. Eventually got to my vehicle around 2 pm then took another hour to change oil and required multi point inspection. Finally drove off the lot a little after 3 pm. This is my 3rd appt. made for required maintenance that took 2-3 hours. Although I’ve had scheduled time each time it’s always taken at least an hour or more before tech gets my vehicle. On a positive note they have plenty of reading material and good coffee and cookies.

Dylan provided exceptional customer service. I have 20 yrs in the car business and would hire 5 of him if I could find em. Also very reasonable wait for a drop in no appointment. Great 1st impression.

Yall always strive to make each experience personal. The waiting area is relaxing and the refreshments offered are a huge plus, especially when you have young ones.

Went in as a walk in because my truck battery died and was welcomed like a long standing costumer. Super friendly service and waiting area had fresh coffee and cookies. We just want to thank Tyler and Dan. We went to their dealership in the afternoon and they both stayed way after hours, so we could take delivery of our vehicle that night instead of coming back the next day. They were both courteous and polite and made our experience pleasant.

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, service after the sale is horrible the truck I purchased broke after 900 miles not there fault, but they are responsible for service after sale $51k is a lot of money in my house. Never offered a loaner, not called when they said they would. Truck was returned to me as promised but dirty and with no gas in the tank. They do not care about there customers ounce they get your money buyer be where. I would never use them and I’m sorry I did. Good luck if you do.

To ease your mind if youre doing the same, the process was effortless & they were helpful every step of the way. I worked with Yana Holloway on my initial call, and with Chris Cronin after that. Theyre great people and extremely helpful, and they treated me like I was a local repeat customer that they knew personally. They arranged a partial delivery, and the two drivers I met to pick up my car were great guys too and very friendly. The staff has always been very nice and given us excellent service. We still get our oil changed here instead of one of the many oil change places in town because they always take care of our Tahoe and never discover a problem that needs to be fixed that actually isnt there. This week I had my 2020 Silverado serviced . My experience with Pinebelt Chevrolet was excellent. Amazing service department. I walked in without an appointment for my 2018 suburban oil change.They accommodated me almost immediately! Rusty is my service advisor. He was so pleasant and friendly and told me not to worry about the walk in. He took the key and walked me himself to the waiting lounge. They changed the oil and told me they had to keep an eye out for a possible alignment issue that they found on thorough inspection. It didn’t need attention yet but they said next oil change. My wife and I have bought 3 new vehicles since 2017 from this dealership and have no plans of shopping anywhere else. I wanted assist steps installed so the service department promptly took care of that the next morning. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I’m from out of state and inquired about a vehicle on Tuesday. Friday after calling daily I finally received a finance manager to go over numbers. I put a deposit and left my state Friday night with my children to be there today (Saturday) when they opened. Upon getting there a new guy sits across from the desk trying to talk me out of the lease that we agreed on. He then tells me it’s less expensive to finance rather than lease. As previously told on Tuesday and again on Friday, I preferred to lease. He then tells me the lease payment is $100 more PER MONTH than we originally agreed upon!!! Needless to say we left and dealt with a GREAT dealership in AL. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE NOR REFER ANYONE HERE!!!

Our Service Advisor Arlene, Technician and Mechanic were Awesome, you can always trust them, honest, dependable and trustworthy. We had our Chevy Malibu LT at an auto repair shop in Purvis MS our car would not start after cleaning battery terminals the mechanic called us up and told me it was the BCM & ECM computers, so we had our Chevrolet Malibu towed to a dealership we could trust Pine Belt Chevrolet in Hattisburg MS and told them what the auto repair shop in Purvis MS said that it was both BCN & ECM computers, so Service Advisor Arlene ask us to give them a few days to check our car out. The 3rd day Arlene called us up with some great news our car didn’t need those computers and our Malibu was fixed and running like new again our Service Advisor Arlene, Technicians, and Mechanics were Awesome they had done a great job of repairing our car you can really trust what they say, I will always take our cars to them and recommend them to family members and friends, you have to love them they are great people doing an amazing and awesome job there.

It was a nice experience. The guy assisting me was friendly and helpful. I was a bit disappointed that the total cost wasn’t clearly communicated. (I went to have a key made and was initially quoted a price that included the key fob only, not the programming or labor.)

Called first to get a quote on Leveling Kit installation on my 2016 Silverado. The service department person told that the labor cost would be $199 for the kit plus $99 for alignment.When I went back to pick up the vehicle, I was given a bill with $474.95 labor charge instead of $298. When I questioned, they gave a discount of $100 but not what their service department told me before!And added a $29.88 Misc. Charge !!Can not trust them anymore!

I couldnt put a negative star. My daughter and I bought a 2007 Yukon Denali from this dealership for $14000.00, cash. Drove it a week and a half and transmission went out and left us stranded. To get it fixed is going to cost us $4100.00. We dont have it too fix it so the Denali is a fixture in our yard. It only takes 10 minutes to run a diagnostic on a vehicle. We know because we had one run, 3 major issues in the transmission. Thanks Pinebelt Chevrolet.June 16th.While our Denali was in the shop getting a new transmission another diagnostic was run on the Denali. . #7 lifter is bad. Now we looki. At another $7100.00more to fix that. .I dont know how Pinebelt Chevrolet has a high rating.We did get a call from them concerning the transmission. They said that they would see about paying half on it....HaHa. Havent heard from them since. Take my advise and DO NO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM. They will rip you off. He showed me the 2 I came to look at and also a new truck. No pressure, just answered my questions and offered some knowledge about new and used. I got the run around trying to purchase a vehicle through them. I was approved for a loan, but I was told I needed a couple of forms and a down payment which I finally got together after a week. I was told on the initial visit I could put money down to reserve the car for a week. Told me I could put it on a credit card if I had one. I couldnt at the time. I tried doing so a few days later and was told I was not allowed to. The salesman told me I misunderstood him when we discussed it at the initial visit. I went back 10 days later with forms and down payment. I was told the car I wanted was sold an hour before I got there. I found another car that was about $3000 dollars less than original car. I was then told they would need over double the original down payment, which makes no sense at all and was offered no explanation. I gathered my things and left.Edit: After speaking with Jared and Chase, they worked it all out and I was able to get a car. I went in and the sales guy that dealt with me was great. I am happy with my purchase with Pine Belt Chevrolet.

We stopped by headed to an appointment in Jackson and met the most caring person, Jeff Posey. Hes not your typical over bearing salesman.
