Yes, I understand the as is policy but there should be a law that this doesnt allow people to take advantage of the less fortunate ones that just arent in a position to go out and purchase a new vehicle. I took my savings and purchased a used car from here because I was in healthcare and could not wait for my cars repairs. They were so kind...only to find that I was sold a LEMON!! You guys dont realize that your business would plummet if only you showed some empathy for the hard earned dollar. Just know that WHAT GOES AROUND COMES BACK AROUND.

They buy cars off of auction, and use non-certified mechanics on site to patch them up just enough to get them off the lot. They swore up and down the car I bought was in good shape. First day off the lot I find out it needs $1,000 in repairs. I went to complain and the guy completely flips out. Their attitude is if we fooled you, then thats on you. Crooks.

Mr. Louis is way to good of a man for such a business. However if you want a great deal contact him.

I removed my original review after speaking with the owner who was much more cordial than the manager. However, a satisfactory resolution was unable to be reached.I paid cash (first mistake)for a 2003 Lexus SUV which is going to be my daughters first car.I drove it home from the dealership approximately 30 miles away. Though the response of the vehicle was a tad sluggish, I was not worried.The following day I took it to my mechanic to inspect. I received a call from my mechanic stating the vehicle had a cracked head. I notified the dealership and asked that the manager call me to discuss. I followed up with several calls over the course of the week and never heard back. I finally was able to contact the manager directly on Facebook.Though he agreed to help with any issues verbally (I know, that is my fault for not getting something in writing) he was combative and defensive and stated that the car was purchased as is, and I was out of luck.Enraged, I left my first review of my experience which was unpleasant. I was contacted by an individual who put me in touch with the owner.He was much more understanding, by this point I had a second inspection done by a different mechanic who confirmed the cracked head. The owner wouldnt take the vehicle back which is his right as I bought it as is, and did not realize there is no grace period in the state of Mississippi (mistake number 3). He did offer to reach out to see if he could help offset the cost of replacing the motor, but after a few text asking about progress, I never heard back. On top of that when the title came in, it was incorrect.I am now paying for all repairs on a vehicle which didnt last a day... The salesman I worked with was nice, and the manager was nice enough when in negotiations for the vehicle, but overall this was definitely a negative experience.If you do decide to purchase a vehicle from here, finance it with them, get a warranty, and bring your personal mechanic for a pre-buy inspection as best I know all of their vehicles are sold as-is. Not saying everyone will have a similar experience, but I did ultimately decide it was prudent to post this review.

We drove from Louisiana and bought a used pickup that was a rust bucket They spray painted the underside and covered the fenders with fender guards so you couldnt see it . The power steering was leaking by the time we got it home . Called to let them know and the guy I talked to was VERY RUDE He said it was sold as . There was no where on the bill of sale that said sold as is . We are going to get an attorney to see what can be done I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM
