WORST customer service EVER! Don’t work with this company, ESPECIALLY Tremain, he is beyond rude.

We bought a Chevrolet from this dealership and had a very good experience. I have to talk about the service department, though. I had under-warranty problems with my vehicle and was told by a closer-to-me Chevrolet dealer that they couldn’t do the needed repair and to call the dealership where I bought it, so I called Vardaman (2-hr drive from me). The service department is SUPERB. I’m still waiting on Chevrolet to call back and get my repairs finished, but Vardaman’s service department has called Chevrolet, checked for dealerships close to me that can do the repair, called me back multiple times, and fully explained everything they’ve told me. I am well pleased and would recommend them 100%.
