As a plus size bride to be, options in bridal shops are always limited. However, I was able to get a quick appointment in and the first dress I tried on in my size at Love Birds Bridal Boutique fit like a glove and immediately fell in love! There is nothing I would change on this dress at all! I cannot wait for my TN wedding to show off my beautiful dress! You will most definitely be seeing a shoutout from me on FB within a month! ❤

I really wanted to give 5 stars 🌟 because the wedding gown is beautiful and the employees were very nice. However, after the experience I encountered with my custom cathedral veil (I did not get),I had to eliminate some stars.Basically, the ball was dropped by the boutique with my promised, custom cathedral veil. As the owner, Mrs.Cheryl did not take responsibility for their mistake & I was not properly compensated. She was argumentative and did not acknowledge the fact that she is responsible for the mess up with my veil that was supposed to had been ordered back in November, the blame was put on a previous employee.There should be no excuses, only solutions to make a paying customer, a bride, happy.My bridal experience & dream was tarnished because of this mishap.I tried giving the boutique a private review by addressing only Mrs.Cheryl, but she did not respond.So,I decided to leave a public review.🤷🏽‍♀️

The owner and ladies that work as stylists at this boutique are wonderful! I wish I could give higher than 5 stars! I am a very particular person and do not like what most brides want in a wedding gown. This was the only store that offered to ship in samples of two gowns I really wanted to try by Watters. They completely acted like this was easy for them to do. I had issues with other boutiques giving me a hard time about ordering a sample. These ladies took their time with me and never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was waisting their time. The shop is in such an adorable building and has a great selection of gowns. The drive from New Orleans to Hattiesburg was well worth it and I can’t wait to return to get my dress. This shop offers great discounts if you choose to buy your gown with them. The shop has options for bridesmaid dresses, groomsman, and has a large selection of invitation options. This is a one stop shop! Please visit these ladies at Love Birds Bridal Boutique🥰

Love Birds provides the most personalized experience from start to finish! Booking was a breeze, and the staff is extremely responsive to any questions you may have. On the day of my appointment we were greeted and treated like family. Their selection of gowns is so unique, and they really take time to listen to what you want! Lovebirds has both exceptional wedding attire (bridal gowns, bridal party, and accessories) and, most importantly, CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mrs. Cheryl and her team do a phenomenal job of ensuring the best experience for their brides! We were greeted at the door with smiling faces, welcome bags, and all the accommodations to fit our party of 8, AND a Lovebird’s “swag bag” full of personalized items for em to take home. It was the first time I saw my new last name on anything and truly set the day up for a sweet and memorable moment.I can’t say enough impactful it is to have someone so patient and kind to work with on a day that you are making such an important decision. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!

Made an appointment and went shopping with my future daughter-in-law. We had the most amazing experience! We were greeted and after a few questions were led upstairs to a beautiful bridal dressing area where she began trying on just lovely dresses. The boutique associate and the owner assisted her in choosing dresses, and every time she stepped out of her dressing room it was a special moment. I would recommend this store to any bride looking for an amazing dress experience, where you have personal attention from beginning to end. I had the best experience. The shop is beautiful and Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. I tried on so many dresses and came back for two appointments until I found the perfect dress (which the owner suggested I try on) it wasn’t anything like what I expected to choose. They also told me I could come back with my fiancé’s family and do a reveal since they live out of town and we’re not able to go with me to pick it out. I can’t wait to get my dress! The perks that come along with getting the dress from them are awesome!

My mom and I had an amazing experience with Love Birds Bridal Boutique. We ordered invitations through the boutique and they were so easy to work with each step of the way. With COVID, there were multiple additions and changes we had to make from the original invitations we created with Mrs. Cheryl. Mrs. Cheryl was easily reached through email or a phone call. She was able to modify and make changes when needed. The invitations we received were gorgeous and their prices were similar to those we saw if we were to order the invitations online. I have gotten so many complements on the design and how lovely the invitations look. Thank you, Love Birds, for a great experience! Such an amazing experience. We were beyond thankful when we called 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and they agreed to wait on us to try on bridesmaids dresses! Super helpful and kind and such a beautiful place to do a fitting. Call first bc they only take ONE bride at a time for the best one on one experience. I came in to Love Birds on a Saturday. They squeezed me in since we were in tow and another lady didnt show for her appt for work reasons. It was 315 when we began (after store hours) and they did not rush me at all. There were lots of choices and they let me pick whichever styles I wanted to try on. We finished about 430 with a bottle of champagne because I found the ONE. Never once did they stress me about time. Cheryl, Maddie, and Sarah were welcoming from the moment we came in. Sarah was so welcoming and they really made me feel beautiful with their support and honest opinions! RECOMMEND. 10/10.
