Need a better selection for women... Some of us work in our boots... Most of the womens boots had sequins and rhinestones on it... Those wouldnt last a month.. but for men... Cant beat the selection.. price is reasonable as well.

This was, by far, the best boot fitting experience. I was in this place 9 years ago and regretted not purchasing a pair of boots I saw. Fate brought me back and the young gentleman in the store saw me floundering in their broad selection. Within a few moments and some easy question he had me in the right boots and correct size. Fine, well mannered young man. His parents should be proud.

Do not buy products online from them especially if you do not live in the area. I purchased a cardigan from them, and it had a huge hole in the pocket. I called them to inform them right away, and I left my information. No one called me back, so I sent an email. No one has responded. Also, they were unsure of their return policy when I spoke to the lady over the phone. I feel as if they sent me the product knowing that it was damaged as it was the last in the store. It is a shame. A little common courtesy to reach out to your customers goes a long way. I bought multiple pairs of boots from them in college, so I guess the workers have gone down hill.

Having never been in an actual boot store, it was a little intimidating but they were very helpful in finding me a very nice and comfortable fit. All in all its great boot store.

The only place I buy my western wear. When staff was not already helping other people, they were quick to ask if I needed help.

I wish i could leave no stars. Me and my husband walked in looking for hats. We were looking for an associate but somehow there weren’t any. We both because of what we look like. Won’t be going back to this racist place any time.

Great quality boots for work and casual wear. They also have clothing, electronic accessories, horse tackle, leather care supplies, jewelry, and great smelling perfumes/colognes. Definitely worth the price they ask for.

Excellent customer service and a huge selection of boots. I would have liked a larger selection of steel toe boots for work. There was also a lack of size 13 boots in the work section. I ended up getting a Timberland Pro boot and they are really comfortable.

I ordered jeans and a shirt online went to pick it up and only got the shirt, I called to ask about my pants and left my number and I was told I would receive a call back. instead of receiving a call back my money was refunded. I called to ask what happened to my pants no one could answer me but the girl in the back was very quick to say we ordered more pants we don’t know what kind or when they will be in but we ordered pants. My thing is I feel like if there was a mistake made you could have at least called and apologize about the mistake and offered a credit to the store for me to pick out a different pair of pants or a simple apology would have been nice. I don’t see how people expect you to shop local but have the rudest customer service in there. 🤷🏼‍♀️

They have a large variety of boots for men and women.. The clothes not so much western style and only up to size 14 and large. The xl that you might find are not true to size.

This place is GREAT! They have so much more than boots. The staff is friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic.

M husband buys his work boots here on occasion and it seems like every time we go in and browse through the womens and children section there is this one female employee that just hovers and stares like a hawk. Definitely makes your shopping experience uncomfortable. She almost acts as if she expects somone to steal. Shes the main reason I wont shop at BC.

If your looking to get a great deal on items, this is not the place to go. Boot prices, clothing, outdoor wear is all extremely overpriced. Was amused at a Ariat hoodie for $239. Store is well organized and clean and help seem to be readily available during my two visits. As a note, they do have the cream of the crop in apparel.

The staff was really nice and helpful but other times Ive been here and I felt like the store scene from pretty woman. It just all depends the mood I guess of the staff.

Huge selection of boots and western wear. I have a hard time finding my brand of work boots that I like. Ariat size 13w 😒. But boot country always has what I need. Pricey, but I dont blame them. They are comparable to other boot shops. Staff is always friendly and helpful anytime you need them!

They need to take some customer service pointers from cavenders ... if youre not a guy fixing to spend a lot of money- the sales girls will not help you at all ... I was in there for 20 minutes wandering around- no one said a word to me ... they were all too busy helping (flirting) with one guy that was about to purchase $800 worth of stuff ... I get trying to make a large sale - but it doesnt take 4 girls to do so ... help everyone 🙄
