Went there about 10 years ago with my military unit at camp Shelby getting ready for a deployment, the artist I had looked really dingy and appeared to be under the influence of something at the time. So I go to pay for my work with my credit card and was told that they only accepted cash. So I had to go to a convenience store to draw out the money. So when I return the artist took forever to get started and when he finished with the first arm it looked terrible. I requested the half the money back because he only done one arm and he said he cant do a refund cause he had bills to pay. So now Ive had this embarrassing tattoo on my arm for 10 years and no other artist back home in Tennessee will touch it. Just a poor choice on my part. Then I get told that instead of a return Id receive a discount tattoo of my choice when I returned. Like why the hell would I ever come back after that horrible experience? Deffinitly would give them 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely in love with my new tattoo! It was a great experience; Chris made good conversation, and he talked me through each step he was doing. When I saw the finished piece I was all giddy! Thanks!!

Courtney was the only person I went to when I got work done here. I went assuming the other artist could do the same quality work. I’ve since had the tattoo I got done there, after she left, covered up because I was so embarrassed about the trash I had on my arm.

Great service, skilled artists, average price. The place looks a little old and dirty though, and the staff seemed uncollected and unorganized. They did everything by the book though, sanitary and safe.

Fantastic!My artist was Johnathan, and he was absolutely ace. He was funny and talkative with great artistic skills. He broke down my tattoo (Starcraft 1 Pylon) and shaded in the whole thing in about 3 hours.He wasnt too heavy handed, and he made sure to check that the tattoo was matching my vision. He also helped work with my schedule to get it done before I went out of state.I love this shop, and will be returing for sure.

I got my first ever tattoo here, and Chris was so friendly. He talked to me and explained everything he was doing in the process and during the tattoo he was very friendly which made the process go by even faster. I will be back. I was very satisfied with how my tattoo turned out as well.

He is super laid back and allowed me to take breaks when I needed them. The other artists were very professional and I had first hand experience watching them with other customers. I received my second tattoo here by a talented young lady named Sniper. My experience here was great. Everyone was helpful, and helped in my decision of the tattoo. I would recommend this being a place to receive tattoos.

Came here for an ear piercing, and when I got home, it looked uneven. So I asked the guy who did my earlobes if I could get it redone, and the guy said that he’d redo it for free when he had the time. I tried to reschedule an appointment after my earlobe healed repeatedly over the course of a month. I understand that they were also switching shop, but even after they completely moved shop over a month, the guy who said that he’d get back and tell me a convenient time for him never did, even after I asked each time. I asked to reschedule around 5 times over the course of an entire month and it got to the point where the guy who manages the page would CLEARLY open the message and would choose not to reply. I think waiting over a month to have this redone is way out into the ridiculous territory... The customer service is just awful, and I’m definitely getting my stuff done at a place that treats customers better.

Started with Chris back in 1998 before they moved to Hardy St. I have not been satisfied with anyone since.If youre ever contemplating a tattoo and youre in the area (and if youre not!), make sure to stop by. Witty conversation and talented people every time.

Nice friendly atmosphere but they gave me a crap tattoo and then tried to charge the same price of the original to fix their mistake...everyone I talk to says the tattoo is jacked up..very disappointed
