I ran over a tire on the highway halfway through a 3000 mile road trip that caused a flat tire and some other damages. I went with Tire Trax because they are a AAA partner and Im unfamiliar with the area, but I was truly impressed! They had me patched up within a couple hours, were friendly, clear, and honest, and they had an excellent waiting area with good coffee. I was also impressed that they had a fully stocked and clean diaper changing area in the restroom, which Ive never seen at any auto shop. Wonderful service and I highly recommend them!

My experience was a nightmare miss diagnosis that cost hundreds that shouldnt have been then the untruths that was told to me was very disappointeing 7AAA recommended them as a part of their network said with additional discounts hmm I couldnt tell I deffintly WILL NOT RECAMEND TO ANYONE 👎😧
I was on vacation, 1000 miles from home, when dreaded car issues came up! AAA took my car to Tire Trax and they not only figured out what was wrong they stayed open an hour longer to help me out.Thank you!!!!
I discovered this shop through the owner. When i finally decided to have my car looked at, I went down to Tire Trax where Mr. Mike and Tommy both were. They were extremely nice and helpful.Tommy provides great service consistently every time I come. As a woman and student in the Hattiesburg area, i felt as if i wouldn’t find anyone to trust with my car, but from the start Mr. Tommy has been the most informative and helping. I feel as if he has done a great job whenever I have been down that road to see them at Tire Trax and I appreciate their work and his service so much! Will be going back.
I brought them my lowered 89 240sx. I have issues with every other alignment rack it Hattiesburg but miraculously theirs was low enough! Quick, friendly service. I also have adjustable arms and they were able to use them to make my alignment right. If you drive a lowered car with custom parts that allow for more adjustment I highly recommend visiting these folks. 10/10

Fixed my starter after being towed.took an1 hour.
Had lift kit installed on my truck. Brought truck back in @ 500 miles as recommended to have everything retourqed and alignment checked . They never even put it on alignment rack as they stated. When I left I heard noise in front end so I had to pull over at another shop only 2 miles down the road several bolts was loose and alignment was off. I spent $1500 on installation I assumed for the money they could have atleast tightened the bolts.
Great guys, great service. Couldn’t be happier with the way they treat me as a customer. This is a place that I will return too for all of my tires and auto repair from now own. The prices are great, they are very knowledgeable and even have a master certified mechanic on staff.
I was very happy with the A-1 customer service Mr Tommy and Mr Carlisle were very friendly and knowledgeble about all of my brakes or tire needs i plan to have them work on my car soon and i highly recommended them for all of the publics tires and brake needs.
I will not bring another vehicle here. My wifes car broke down and Triple-A recommended we have it towed to Tire Trax. We were told by Tommy that they never make changes to a vehicle without the customers approval. We got a phone call 3 days later saying it was ready and that it would cost $825 to get the car. Ridiculous! We didnt give any approval for changes to the car, and the battery is still under warranty, so why would we pay for a brand new one? My wife and I go to the front desk and express our dissatisfaction and the only response we get is Well we can just take the parts out and put the old parts back in, no apology. We tell them wed like the parts back in the car and well have it towed off their property and we leave. On the way home, we get a phone call saying wed have to pay $95 for a diagnostics fee before we could get our car... Understandable, but why is this the first time someone is telling us? Another 3 days later, were told the car can be picked up because they put the parts back in the car. So today, we go to pick the car up, and the parts (starter and everything to get to the starter) are thrown in the back seat of the car along with a huge plastic piece I believe was the fender well(honda crv). Absolutely horrible experience. Never have I had an auto shop put parts in my car without asking and then just throws the parts in the backseat instead of putting them back in the car.
Dustin took good care of me. He offered to take me anywhere I needed to go, but he serviced my truck while I waited and was done very quickly. They will get my repeat business.
I have been here twice. FIRST VISIT: just needed a Tire Balance done. My first impression, very clean and up to date business. Staff was great and told myself id come back if needed.SECOND VISIT: I ordered a set of tires and they estimated the arrival that day around 1:30pm. The truck Ran late and arrived at 430pm. My phone rang and the guy said, “ I’m sorry your tires were late but if you are available, we are willing to stay late to get your new tires put on your truck”. STFU! Who does that these days?! SERIOUSLY!!?? I won’t be using anyone else .
Drove from mobile to have a gooseneck hitch and new rims installed. They did a great job in a timely manner. Modern facilities, professional service, could not ask for more, definitely will be back!
Just an unbelievably honest experience Everytime. Twice its been less than what I was quoted when I came to pick up my vehicle. Not saying that will happen to you but that screams honesty that is so rare in auto shops these days. Cant recommend enough

Was quoted a price over the phone only to be told actual price was actually almost double the quoted. When I asked why I was misquoted, they said they were just guessing over phone.
