I cannot say enough about the professionalism and customer care displayed here.I had major engine repairs done, and upon completion, an issue arose once the vehicle would get hot, where it would shut off when stopped. Joey made it clear that he did not want me to drive the vehicle if I did not feel safe...he offered to send a truck and have it towed (about 40 miles) if need be. After working tirelessly on figuring out the issue, it was fixed with no extra charge. As busy as they were and as aggravating as the issue was to resolve, I was always met with a smile and felt welcome. Throughout the process, Joey would call and check on me to be sure things were working correctly and that I made it back to work safely after the truck was fixed. I highly recommend Phillips Car Care Center in Hattiesburg, MS.

Sudden radiator leak in late model Infiniti QX70 while traveling I-59 near Hattiesburg, MS Labor Day weekend (everything closed). Nursed to first exit, left car with note at first repair shop, Phillips Car Care, and then took train to New Orleans. Blind faith... and JACKPOT. Best choice we could have made had we possessed full local knowledge. They ordered radiator, installed quickly and perfectly, very, very reasonable price, great mechanical service and excellent customer relationship. Car is back to excellent humming condition. I recommend this establishment highly... beautiful result. Yea!

I was visiting a friend in town and had a lot of car troubles on my way down from Iowa. The check engine light came on, the ac stopped working, the car was making a horrible noise and the battery was dying from Memphis to Hattisburg. When I got into town finally I called them and explained that I was only staying for a few days and needed to be able to drive home. They fit me into their busy schedule and replaced the serpentine belt. Then after driving home the check engine light came back on and they told me to bring it back the next day. They fixed the solenator adjustors (I think thats what they were called) and I was able to make it back to Iowa safely. For both fixes theyre prices were fantastic. Lower than what google said they should be for the types of things they were fixing. The people there were knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. They totally saved the day for me. I love these kinds of family shops.

This is a great place for car work to be done with many years experience through out the shop there is nothing they cant do. Unless you like paying dealership fees this is definitely more bank friendly. Thanks again Phillips Car Care.

I cannot recommend this business and staff enough. They service my work fleet, my personal cars, and every friends need that I have. Business like this are hard to come by and they always undercharge and over perform.

Very friendly staff. They replaced the hood latch cable very quickly and for a good price. I appreciate that they tell you how much it will cost before they begin repairs.

I took my British model car to Phillips to see my car and it turns out my car just had a small hiccup. Then I asked if they can check out my wiper fluid tank and it was an easy fix! He did not charge me for the services but I am thankful for the wonderful service. I was helped by Joe and he was extremely helpful! this is one of the few places in H-burg where they can check out British modes. Other than that, they have a great service and great people! 10/10 recommend.

Ive never written a google review, but I had to in this case. I was initially very nervous about taking my car to anyone except my usual mechanic back home, due to the fact that Ive got 300,000 miles and cant take any chances. But when I say service with a smile, I mean it, and its excellent service. I came in with an oil leak and they had it fixed in a day for a super fair price. Cant reccomend enough!

My first visit after a friend recommended them. Very pleased! When you go to a car repair shop and ask them to find something wrong and they only come up with $130.00 worth. That is good in my book. It was a 2003 Suburban so I expected way worse.

Awesome service. Took my car in late in afternoon to.have a drive belt installed. Even though they are always busy, which is a good thing, they added my car in the lineup and had it done within an hour. I will be going back when i need to.

I’ve worked with Joey and Silva for all my vehicles for the last 10 years. They have always treated me with respect and have shown to be the most honest and genuine men I’ve met. They stand behind their work, but I have rarely needed them to fix anything more than once. Highly recommend. Wish I didn’t have to move away to another state.

This shop is the best I have ever encountered. We have taken our vehicles there exclusively for 5 years. Joey has never given me bad advice and always gives me a fair price. He definitely seems like a guy who would rather have repeat business than make a quick buck by fixing problems that dont exist.

Well took my car in because it wouldnt start on the first try, was told that it was my fuel pump, changed it that day and said they were driving it to test it. Well didnt hear back from them for 3 days and wondered why, was then told that I had a low idle issue and that it may be my alternator but had just purchased my battery and alternator a few days before I took my car in to them. Well went to pick the car up cause I was told it was good just had a small issue nothing to worry about, but that wasnt the case they had killed my battery and alternator and locked my car in anti theft mode, now Im out of 600 bucks and my car still doesnt start on the first try plus I have to get a new battery and alternator, these are nice guys but sorry I wouldnt go to them if you are looking for good work, I was pretty much told that all the problems that were happening at the shop were preexisting issues before the car got there

Hands down the best place to take your vehicles for maintenance and repair. Ive been going to this place for over 10 years and the staff is always friendly and knowledgable. It seems the same people have been working there the entire time as well. They are very thorough and explain everything. They never charge if they dont find anything and they have very reasonable prices. Ive never been disappointed and never had any issues from work they have performed. I never had to address anything they fixed or did because its always been done right.

Took my car in for a loud, obnoxious squeak and the temp light popping on occasionally. Joey’s customer service was fantastic; really sweet and chipper guy. He tightened up my belt which stopped the squeak and checking for a leak in my coolant system and got me up and running same day. Didn’t charge me a thing. I’ve been taking my cars here for years and continue to get great service every time. Highly recommended.

I will never come back or recommend anybody to go here at all period. I took my truck in to get looked at about an oil leak and was told I needed a motor got that put in for absolutely way too much money and the motor is not even new over $2,300 dollars and still have the same oil leak that was suppose to be fixed. EVERYBODY NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR OR ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE AT ALL. They will take your money and not fix your vehicle at all. They need to be closed for business because they are takers and your vehicle will still come back broken and not fix at all. Waste of my time and money.

They are honest! They wont fix whats not broken and dont try to get you to do unnecessary things. They are expensive like most are and it can take awhile to get your car back by its because they stay so busy. Ive been going to them since I can remember, before they were as big add they are now

Acted as if they were sure about my car having a burnt head gasket and told me it needed to be repaired, but when I took it to a different mechanic the new one told me that it was a leaking radiator hose. The new mechanic repaired it and the car has been running great for about 3 weeks now.The mechanic who lied to me said his name was Villa.

One of best places to get car serviced. I own 3 Hondas. One of them started making an annoying rattling sound on and off. Honda Dealer charged me $600 but the sound was still there. Someone at job told me about Phillip car care. They fixed the sound at no cost. I was very impressed. I have used them 3-4 times in the last 3 years and had awsome experience each time. Joey and his father owns this place and they know there job well.

Bought Interstate Mega Tron 11 75 on August 2011 went in to see if will have in stock on 3rd this month still cranking car just getting sluggish and figure time to replace with new one !! Got over 5 yrs on it dont think it will make it through a freeze ? So be getting a reliable new one on the 3rd ! at a great price too ! So far they get 5 stars on all my visits !!

My 18 year old daughter broke down in her allison duramax diesel truck 4 hours from home. We knew it was transmission related. The gentleman told us they arent really familiar with diesels or trannies but they would at least look at it. Since we own a full automotive shop he agreed to see if he could help.
