Wow. I’ve never been more disrespected. I went in for an oil change and left with a non-functioning car horn and radio. When I went back not even an hour later, I was laughed at. I was demeaned. “Your problems have nothing to do with us,” a worker said.Answer me this: I was freely blaring my radio before i went in for my oil change. I even honked my damn horn at a couple of kids advertising for a furniture shop. Why wasn’t my car having issues before I pulled it into your shop? Oh, the irony. That’s what you’d have me believe anyway.But I remember what you said: “People have had this issue before. We’ve had people complain, but it has nothing to do with us?” Let that sink in. I’m not a fool.
