Excellent Customer Service

They have great customer service and did a good job fixing a truck for us.

Three weeks ago my father took his pickup truck to Jackie and was told his motor was not the problem but that the liftors were the issue and unlike he thought, it wasnt going to cost between $1200 and $3600 for his 2007 Avalanche that appraised for $1550. It took him three (3) weeks to have his truck half fixed then charged him $3700 only for it not to start. One additional day; my dad was able to drive this truck home with much trepidation.The unprofessional repair of the only transportation my 78 year old father was not something my brothers and I of were happy with. Its a sad day when your senior parents have trust in business owners simply on history not understanding that many times, people are not genuine nor are they the same professionals as they were thirty (30) years ago...I can only hope, the next time... if not my father, then someone elses senior parent decides to utilize the service at Body Tech and the owner...they will ask someone to accompany them as to not have them taken advantage of...

All of the staff care about the work they do. Fair price, excellent work. Best body shop and automotive repsir shop in the area. AAA recommended
