Can not say enough good things about this place!!! Experience was great, super easy, was in and out with an atv for my son! Dustin was great we’ve been looking for awhile for the perfect atv and was not guaranteed we would get a youth Yamaha grizzly 90 but when it came in he immediately told me I put a deposit down and then came a few days later to pick it up! So grateful!!!!!!

Well they might be able to sale people a unit/or apparel but dont ask them to fix your bike after the sale it. Their master mechanic has had this bike since May. It needed minor things done and every time we call all we get, we cant figure out whats wrong with it. The place needs to have a visit from corporate so just maybe someone can tell us when we will be able to get the bike back. The riding season is almost up and they have no clue when it will be done. The service after the sale needs to be better!

Customer service was great, but I will never ever purchase from this company ever again !!! My husband and I purchased a Cam Am from them in May, the tire came off while he was driving down the road in June ….. Takes the bike back to Hattiesburg Cycle, to find out they don’t have the part in stock no where in the United States, nor do they have another bike to trade in on !!! Question why would you sell something, you don’t have parts for 🙄Drove two hours just to get no answers …. Talking about lack of communication!!! Oh did mention it’ll be sometimes in September before the part will be in They Say !!!! It’ll probably be cold before he’ll get to ride his bike again !!!

I had a very good experience buying an Indian Scout Sixty. Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Indian bikes. I didn’t buy it when I first came in because I needed to think on it. Patrick always was quick to respond when I text or called with all my questions. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I added some accessories and Dustin got with me to make sure he had everything right with my several add ons. I appreciated him checking with me to make sure we didn’t have any miscommunication. I was impressed with how I was treated. Sometimes vehicle dealerships can get tricky but I always knew exactly what I was getting and how much I was paying.
