Great company and people. Weve used Glen on several occasions, and they have always helped and made sure we were taken care of, and I recommend them to everyone. We have used other companies in the past that said they were coming and never show up. Bienvenu Heating and Air, has always been there when they said they would be, and service is always the best around, and very fair.

Called Bienvenu after having a bad experience with another company. Glen was fantastic. Provided a one hour window for the appointment (many other companies were 4 - 8 hour windows), arrived on time, really looked at the washer to figure out what was wrong, and was able to diagnose the problem with our Maytag washer and then got the part and fixed it the same day. Will definitely recommend to others.
