I was met door rude young lady telling me i had clean my shopping cart told her that i was not an employee that was her job for sure many areas are closed up putting merchandise some i did not even seen any movement told one employees i was handicap needed 1 item at plumbing he was nice let me grab it ...checking was ok had one employee playing with her phone ive ask her if lane was opened so she grab my cart check me out

Found all I need it. Its my favorite store. I recommend Home Depot in Hatillo, PR for anything you need.

It took awhile to get what we went for but the people went way beyond to help us get our needed items. 5 stars even if it took over an hour.

At the store in person great, fantastic. But dare not call, they will NEVER answer the phone and if by any very rare chance they do, they will hang up. Terrible phone customer service!!! Oh and they will never let you speak with a manager.

Costumer services at the home depot stores in Puerto Rico are horrible. The employees have no respect for the customer. I went to the store in mayagues and they disrespected me. So I went to the one in hatillo and also disrespected me. Obviously I will never go to this two stores again. Home depot should train their employees and manners better.

Cashier over charged me. I politely brought the issue to her. Her response was rude and insensitive. She directed me to customer service, there I waited half hour for my turn. What ever happened to Manager override? Why should I be punished for clerk error. Customer care and service in Hatillo store has plummeted of late!!

They are trying their best but if they would only keep stock on the shelves it would be better

Employees are lazy and slow... shopping cars are left far from Entrance and you have to go pick yours up... no sanitizing of cars...

Im very well pleased, every time I go to get something I always find someone that goes above and beyond their ways to help me. I bought patio chairs and one of the girls Sonia Cotto help we with them even to get them to my car along we with 2 other young man( I cant remember their names) that got them inside my car. Everyone there are friendly and courteous.

We ordered windows through the special order department in July and were told that because of all the back orders we were going to get it in October. We called the last week of Sept and were told that it was November now. Called the first week of November and the lady on the phone said that it was going to arrive in December.We went to get a refund for the windows. Thanks to a costumer reprisentative named Viviana we didnt get the refund. She took the time to find out what was going on and she assured us that the windows were going to be delivered the next week. Thanks to people like Viviana I restored my hope in the workers at the Home Depot, if all of them were like her it would be a wonderful place to shop.

The never disappointing hardware store. Where you find what you need. Attentive service, ample parking. You may find some things cheaper at other local hardwares but youll have to try a few. And spend gas and time. This is where I go first. Love it.

The employee explained in detail how the sink faucet worked. He was very friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms, everything in order and easy to find. I even bought a set of Milwaukee bits, which was not on my list.

Good selection of everything you need for your projects. Could use a few more employees around though.

Very low inventory went for a gas grill and some shelves there no grills and shelves were very limited.

Shelves were empty, an employee was paged twice and never came for assistance and there were no carts.

The best time to come here is from 6-8 am theres no crowds, the crew members are happy and ready to help, and you can find everything because is very organized.

They were extremely nice and quick service. A very calm atmosphere.

Staff very friendly and attentive. The staff is very helpful assisting you in finding what you are loking for.The Mens bathroom needs emergency attention, dirty, both urinals out of order and the stench was terrible.In general it was good. Some articles are overpriced compared to local hardware stores.

My favorite place to visit. Disney for the handyman! You can be amazed of the different tools available. I visit this place before a new project.

You can find practically everything you are looking for, didnt see many employees, but the ones that were there were very courteous and helpful.

I have been to many Home Depot stores back in Wisconsin and other states and they have always granted me a 10% military discount. Ive being going to the Hatillo store quite a few times and I have only received it once, because they they say that they only give it on selected items. Where is the consistency?

I love this store! Bigger, cleaner, more merchandise, better layout, friendlier personnel... I have another Home Depot store 30 mins closer to my house, but I prefer to put in the extra 30 mins to get to this one.

After waiting for TWENTY MINUTES to have the associate help us find additional stock of an item, I realized he was looking at the wrong sku number and had to find the item myself. This was the third employee we had asked for help. We wasted a total of 40 minutes just to end up doing it ourselves.

Workers.were very friendly, greeting me when I entered and left the.store. Although the isle where the item.that I was looking for was temporarily closed for stockimg, a worker got me the item lessening my waiting time.

We had a tight deadline and urgent need to purchase a stove and refrigerator for my 91 year old mother in law. Her appliances were affected by the hurricane Maria. We are from the US and only staying for a week. We needed good but also economic products. The items we saw online were not available for purchase. Jesmarie Rodriguez an HD associate attempted to find us a stove and refrigerator from her stores inventory bit what we had on the floor did not fit our purpose. So Jesmarie proceeded to help us find a stove and refrigerator that was in our budget and available for delivery be fore we leave. Jesmarie was caring and very professional. She was knowledgeable and advised us on some other items that we needed for installation. She was a pleasure to work with.
