This place is great!! They have everything you need for your home & garden!! The employees were somewhat helpful, but whenever an employee didnt know where something was in the store, a helpful customer knew where it was & pointed me to the correct location!

Customer service doesnt exist in the lumber section.I go early mornings to avoid lines. I always buy lumber, my experience at this store is the same. The person cutting lumber doesnt want to help.Im never rude, just patient.Last time he told me to get my panel and wait by the machine. He then moved some ladders around for about 15 minutes. After that I heard him tell another employee that he would be right back.Other employees noticed me with my panel standing by the vertical cutter. No employee asked to help in that time.It was obvious that I need a panel cut.He showed up 20 minutes later. The store was still pretty empty, he walked around for a bit.He past by me. I asked him again, if he would be able to cut my panel.After waiting 45 minutes in front of the vertical cutter, being patient and only asking twice. He was able to cut my panel.It takes me an hour to drive to this store. Im looking for another option.

The worst experience in a Home Depot. I was in a line and the cashier, with all her loud voice, scream at me about the mask. It doesnt matter what is happening with a customer, never, never, never a customer is disrespected in the way this cashier did to me. Please Home Depot, if you care about customer privacy, when talking with a customer, absolutely never allow other customer to know what you are talking with them. Situations are managed with soft spoken words better than rude and loud voice. I feel bad about giving this review, because me and my party had a wonderful experience with the paint department and for the most part this is my go to store. Really disappointed.

For the past few days I have visited Home Depot the staff does not care if you need something they kind of show you around very briefly and they dont help you or take the time! I will not visit this Home Depot anymore! But I will visit the one and in Hatillo Puerto Rico! They are pretty cool there!

The store of Arecibo usually do not answer the phone. And when that do quickly send you to someone else that do not going to answer anyway. I tried 3 different days no success. IM from caborojo and I will not drive overthere if they do not have what I looking for. So IHave to go with amazon so they can have the same merchandise in two days.

Almost back to normal. Covid has make it harder to go in and sometimes the waiting is at open area were you get direct sunlight. Have never used the curb pickup due to lack of information. At this moment I would into the store at different times of day if I see long waiting lines will return later. For the rest I will say that the service inside the store still comparable to before covid. Employees are willing to help you as much as they can. Store is clean and everyone follow safety measures.

Had to return an item that Id ordered by mistake and I was in and out fast.

Took me about 14 minutes to get connected with someone at the store, just to be transferred again. Both in Hatillo and Mayagüez. Now, I have to drive an hour to see if a product is available.😤

I price checked a table saw that Ive wanted for a while and the lumber today and their is a $50 difference on the price in the store and online. The lumber also is at least 15% higher in the store. Very confusing.

Organized, clean, good employees. But expensive!

Bought a washer machine last month, delivery was supposed for today may 11 2021, this never happen after numerous calls the store manager said that nothing he can do because the washer was not available and they have scheduled delivery for next month, so my wife went and ask for a refund.the place and the manager sucks.

Found exactly what I was looking for!

Clean and super safe store. An outstanding shopping experience. They are doing skin temlerature checks, hand spraying with alcohol and the also disinfect the carts. Excellent service!

Only one register is open besides the self checkout. Besides that very good experience and had everything I needed.

Online inventory does not match the inventory on hand. That was my experience at this store. Online showed 6 refrigerators at this store and store clerk claimed they did not have any on hand. Ordered online for curbside pickup, and it turned me on a happy camper!

Worst Home Depot ever.... It should be closed....... Horrible customer service they wont ever answer the phone I spent 2 hours calling today and twice it sound and I could hear someone pick it up and after 30 seconds they hung up. I been mistreated in this store by some customer service supervisor its a waist of time this store......... I have bought something online and went 2 hours later to pick it up and there was none items they told me Im sorry I forgot to pick it from shelf they couldnt do nothing when I bought store still had 5 of the item but they dont give a shot about customer service.....

Made an order online, they send me an email 3 days after, “order is ready to pick up, coordinate an appointment by phone” which I try but they don’t pick up phones anytime (I try several times). I decided to go to the store explain what’s going on to one of their associates and he told me those orders to pick up aren’t working like that anymore, that now you have to wait (either way you have received an email confirmation of your order) until they call you. I demand talk to a manager they say I have to do all building round line to speak to a manager to see what’s going on. It being a Week since they say my order is ready and 2 weeks I placed my order, haven’t receive any calls from them, haven’t get my product yet. I’m very disappointed with all this they are not organized to this as other stores using Curbside Pick up.

The Hatillo store needs to improve in answering calls! Phone calls are rarely answered, if answered they keep you on hold, transfer you to the wrong department or hang up on you!!

More employees for the love of God

Now with this COVID 19 experience, I can say theyre pretty organized and followed protocols. I just have two things to comment1. Air conditioning was weak and with the 95 degrees outside, masks on and lots of people I almost fainted2. The phones were ringing nonstop, if youre not going to answer, just let them off the hook...it was deafening....

We drove from Mayaguez in search of hardwood flooring that our Home Depot here did not have. Only had to wait about 20 minutes before entering the store. Nice and clean, easy to find things. Kind of reminds me of Lowes in the states. Friendly people and did finally find the flooring we went for. Would go back again as we had been there before when we remodeled the kitchen and they had the cabinets in the color we wanted.

Caro! but GOOD

The price is not always the most competitive, but they do have a very large various items you may need. I usually try to sponsor our local hardware stores, unluckily at time items are not on hand. The other side of the coin, Home Depot return program is the best you can find anywhere with No difficulties at ALL.Also, their Credit Card maybe of some help.

For me it is one the most favorite stores. I consider it my Toys R Us store.

No comprendo cuál es el empeño en bloquear el frente de la tienda con mercancías. Los peatones tienen que ir obligado por la área de los autos y casi me da uno cuando iba a entrar. Ya que los hibachi o grill estaban hasta el frente y detrás había espacio pero estaba bloqueado. Para colmo dentro de la tienda encontrar un empleado en el área de máquinas de cortar grama, es como pegarse en la loto. En el área de lámparas para la casa un solo empleado, con varios clientes detrás del pobre hombre. En el área de pinturas en spray no hay variedad en las económicas sin embargo en la página de internet dice que hay variedad de colores. Realidad es, solo tienen negro y blanco. Y así sucede con otros artículos que en la página de internet dice una cosa y cuando llegas a la tienda es otra. Para pagar una tragedia porque prácticamente te obligan a utilizar las cajas de cobrarse uno mismo, que al parecer no son muy populares con los clientes ya que las pocas que son con empleados cobrando siempre están llenas con filas largas.

Fatal el servicio al cliente cuando llamas a los asociados para que te ayuden nunca aparecen estuve más de media hora esperando en el pasillo 29 de home depot de hatillo y nunca llegaron a ayudarme

My experience is based on the fact that you have to wait 1 hour (literal) to be served at the customer service counter. They do not hire staff and the line is kilometer. The problem is not the employees it is the management. They must hire more people. In the morning it is the same. Management must be removed. If you go to windows you have to wait about 1 hour and a half for an order. They dont respect clients time. In the US this does not happen. ONLY IN PR

Paints, pressure washing machine, drills, tools for mechanics of all kinds including torque handles (dynamometric). Great brands like Dewalt, Makita, and Milwaukee. They also have cheap and good quality brands. You get here refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers and others. They have a large department of ceiling, wall and emergency lights. Wide variety of low consumption bulbs (led).You can also get a variety of outdoor solar lamps here. They have everything you need to prepare you for the hurricane season.

The clean toilet and good price

I call the store 20 minutes online they do not answer I arrive at the store I find what I am looking for and I have to wait 35 minutes for it to be attended.

At the time of payment it does not make sense. Compared to other home depots where the line is normal and you pay fast, in Hatillo you have to go around several aisles to be directed by a single person where you can pay. The process is slow and lack of logistics. Could have better handling in many departments.

Hatillo Home Depot ... There are few staff to serve the public. I have always had good treatment from associates who do the best they can.I have noticed on several occasions that in the gardening area they have a non-stop ringing telephone that is connected to the stores sound system. Nobody answers it ... It sounds for hours at a time ... That makes the shopping experience unbearable ... It borders on ridiculous that they do nothing with that situation ...
