If I could give the store a ZERO, I would. Rudest, couldnt care less attitude we ever experienced anywhere.Not only didnt they want to help, they just quit talking to us completely, to help other people. Rude!!!I wont go back and be treated so badly.

Emily went above and beyond helping me create business cards. I had an idea of what I wanted and she made them look even better than what I imagined! Highly recommend!!!

I have been in this store easily a dozen times - half a dozen with complicated (or at least confusing to me) returns.I have been HUGELY impressed with the staff each time.No matter who I had waiting on me, they were gracious, helpful, knowledgeable and FAST!Multiple times they were even able to help other customers while I was there without disrupting their service to me. WELL DONE!!

I use this store exclusively for business and personal copying and shipping. In 20 years I have never had any problems with everything from wedding items to shipping $1000 pieces of equipment. I find the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The return of Sandy, was a great plus in my opinion, as she goes above and beyond my expectations and always makes working with the UPS store a pleasant experience.

I used ups store in hastings for shipping and had signs, invitations,labels etc done for my golf tournament, emily was fantastic. She came up with amazing designs. Exactly what I wanted. And incredibly fast..THE BEST!!!!

The Hastings UPS store is great! I had a few simple questions and wanted to send a package and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! They were prompt and efficient! Wonderful service!

Funny you should say they are awesome?When I got there the short haired woman asked what is this now, not how can I help you.I let it go because it was late in the day.Furthermore when I asked if I can ship using my UPS account number, it was replied that we dont do that here.WTF, this is a UPS store right?I took my belongings and went to the Woodbury UPS store shipped it there, no problem.I WILL not use this store again and will tell everybody I know about the poor service of this location!This was not the first time we received bad service here!

This place I horrendous....New owner is a joke. Completely destroyed something that they packed in house. Then took 5 months to get paid to repair the item and I did all the legwork and still was made to pay for them to ship and package. I also run a business and this is no way to operate. I advise to never use this location BEWARE..Thanks Jim

Look I get people have bad days but whats up with the the whole attitude thing? All I wanted was my fax sent. It was 10 pages long. They could only send 9. Something about staples and all this other stuff. I told them I would pay for copies. All and all I got charged 15 bucks for basically nothing. They never got the fax. Lady did scan and email them to me but the fax was the whole point. If they cant handle a simple fax how can I expect them to handle something major? Find some one else.

Horrible experience at this location!!! I went in and had a few simple questions. The staff person, was rude, and incredibly disrespectful. She was completely out of line in some of her responses to my questions and needless to say I dont ever plan on coming back to this location even if its way closer.
