We went in to have our dually truck get a rotation and alignment for the tires. It was not even 30 minutes that we left that they called and told us that they could not do the alignment because our truck is too heavy for their equipment but the rotation was complete. We thought that was weird but we went in to pay and to pick up the truck when my husband noticed that the tires in the front were not rotated nor the back ones. We asked the mecahanic and he said that he only switch the two front ones because he was scare to remove the rims on the truck because he was not sure how to do it and did not want to break them. We questioned why would they charge us rotation on the tires if it wasnt a actual service that was done. The mechanic said that he was told by his co worker (who was not present) to switch the front ones. We were upset so we show him that the rims do come out of the tires and he was able to rotate all 6 tires but they did not apologize or gave us any discount or anything. The worker inside was rude and acted like he was the offended one. They rip off people which is unethical and poor service from their end. We pay for a service to be done if not dont steal from your customers. Never going back.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I stopped in and asked for a quote to get 2 tires mounted and balanced. They quoted me $30 a tire with new valve stems. So I had them do the work, and when I went to pay it was $85! I asked why and they charged me $34 a tire, plus miscellaneous shop fees. Ive done business with them for years, both personally and commercially. Never again.

So I went into a different place for a oil change they offered free tire rotation and while doing that they said they noticed my brakes were worn down to the metal and said they would fall apart on me if I didnt get that repaired ASAP. Because I was low on money at that time I said Id bring it back but I wanted to get a second opinion thats when I brought my truck into Garrett tires couple days later about 20 minutes after dropping my truck off at Garrett they called me and said they didnt feel comfortable changing my brakes when they didnt need to be replaced I was shocked at their honesty and disgusted by the other place that try to take my money. So Garrett tires is the only place I will take my vehicle from here on.They are honest, fast,reliable, and professional

After 4 years I decided to change the tires on my boat trailer the tires didnt even have 200 miles on them and I was leaving Hastings going to Kearney hadnt even got up to 45 miles an hour and the tire shredded. I bought those tires brand new in April and the bosss son evaluated the tire and said something punctured the sidewall which could of happened but I have never seen a tire fall apart like that ever,a week later coming back from Kearney the other Tire lost all the tread off of it but it was still aired up, the excuse that I got was that the tire heated up and air got underneath the tread and blew it off,I have always check air pressure before I take anything anywhere and never had any problems with my other tires for 4 years, they did replace the one tire for free but charge me for the other which they should have made it right and replace both of them I will never do business with Garrett ever and recommend that nobody else does either

Had a very specific tire that we needed for an old container chassis, they were the only ones within 100 miles that had them, and they were very helpful in getting them changed and the driver on his way. Very friendly and great to work with. Highly recommended!

4:46 on a Friday night our daughter gets a flat tire. Without hesitation, Randy at the desk sent Max out to change her tire. Max was awesome!!! Excellent customer service on a Friday night!!!

Ive taken my car to these guys a few times, and they are pretty reasonable. In all three instances, they were able to get my car in either the same day or the next day. They also quoted me a lot lower than my dealer on a repair job.I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Had a ball joint an inner tierod replaced shortly after that tire came off an messedcup my fender an door i took it back one guy looked upset an tryed saying the truck was in an accadent they checked millage he called another guy finnally i get it fixed under warrenty 4 days later the calliper messed up another rim one bolt was completly gone an the other was ready to come out i brought it up an all i got was that they dint touch any of that definitely not a good plae to go if you dont know much about mechanics youll be taken advanged of for sure

My car went in for a simple alignment, the mechanic broke bolts off. I have to pay for the part and labor of the bolt they broke with some freight charges on top of it. Something that should have been a simple in and out trip has turned into a 5 days & counting excursion with no vehicle. I have also had to call multiple times to check on the status.

Its a good place to go for tires but in my opinion a little pricey better to shop around. They do, do a good job.
