Austin met me on time and quickly identified the cause of the problem I was having. She exchanged one unused mask that I had and provided other equipment that was a more appropriate size. She showed me how to connect one part that came with a previous mask I ordered, and she showed me the iPhone app that has info about each night’s sleep. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit.

I had an amazing experience at CareLinc. After being strung along by my current supplier (Hart Medical) and being told that after my CPAP failed it would be 7-10 days before I could get a loaner I contacted CareLinc. They were able to get me in the same day and get me a loaner machine the same day. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you at any point have and DME needs I highly recommend going through CareLinc.

I called trying to get cpap supplies for my mother. She had a hard time getting anyone to help her but a female named Missy talked to her supervisor and they were supposed to send supplies to our home. She never received anything after a month of waiting. She called back and spoke with a male that was very rude over the phone and when she asked to speak to a supervisor he called her a child and put her on hold for a long time. She waited 10 minutes on hold then I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor. I got transferred to someones voicemail. Not impressed with the level of not customer service. We will be transferring all of her supplies to another company there are many closer to home then this one. She had only went with this company because the sleep study office had recommended them because of their customer service. Highly disappointed!

I am so grateful for Rachael who took care of me yesterday by providing me with excellent information regarding my mask and also suggesting the cover that is used with the mask that helped a lot with leakage and potential irritation of skin. I received superb service and for that I am truly thankful.

When my original CPAP mask began giving me problems the staff at carelink helped me find a much less invasive one-- honestly I think that the carelink folks care about me more than my sleep specialist. Every time I visit they treat me like a human being, not a patient, which is a huge deal for someone with a chronic illness who sees a lot of doctors. Their service is always quick and positive 10/10 would recommend to anyone out there.

After a slightly rocky start, I am pleased with and rely on Carelinc. Furthermore, when my doctor asked where he should send the prescription, he said, Thats great. You can rely on Carelinc to provide what I have asked for. Ive found the respiration therapists to be competent. Judy was a pleasure to work with.

I had another great experience at CareLinc yesterday when I stopped by to pick up a knee walker. I was waited on within one minute of arrival by a courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful representative who explained the insurance coverage and how the walker worked.I mentioned to him that I hadfond memories of the great service I received from CareLinc when picking up my VPAP a couple of years back because Judy did such a good job explaining the options and use of the machine. Turns out Judy was his mother.Highly recommend CareLinc for medical equipment.

I’ve heard horror stories of women working with their insurance companies to get a plan-covered breast pump. My experience was a complete joy thanks to CareLinc and Devin.Within 48 hours of contacting my OB office to send the prescription to CareLinc, Devin contacted me to confirm receipt of the prescription, got my insurance information, submitted the claim and followed up to confirm the request had been processed and approved by my insurance.I went in today to pick up my pump and Devin was the first person to greet me. He had my paperwork ready at his desk and showed me the options CareLinc offered that my insurance covered. I’d done my research so I knew the one I wanted and with a signature and short chat about our days I was on my way.I’d recommend CareLinc to anyone in need of medical equipment.
