I had the best experience working with the manager Hannah! She was super sweet and did a break down on EVERY thing. I’ve never had customer service like this! She recommended all the best things for me and my family, super clear about everything! This store is in such good hands, super thankful for her.Thank you Hannah for everything and more! The supervisor who was working on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. was extremely rude to a trainee who was helping me as well as sarcastic and rude to me. Nobody deserves treatment like that especially to a trainee and customer of almost 20 years!
By far the worst company I have ever worked for. Never have I experienced more drama and rude behavior then I experienced with this company. Providing good customer service is great but not when you make fun of every customer that walks out of the store on a daily basis. Customer insults are regular and don’t expect it to be to your face. The women that work here are extremely judgemental and bully. I stuck out working here for a little over a year and wouldn’t recommend working at Tmobile to anyone.On top of it, after leaving the company due to mistreatment, I sent my mother in to get her free screen protector. I recently took off the insurance this last month because $18 per phone is absolutely ridiculous (other carries don’t charge close to that). I got letters in the mail that we are eligible on the P360 plan until today August 23rd, 2020.My mother was rudely told that “she never has had insurance” and had to leave without the protector.
This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. After 4 hours of trying to buy a phone, I finally demanded that they just return my old phone to me and refund my money. Guess what? THAT TOOK ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF! Incompetence may be too mild an accusation for these clowns. Oh and they tried to charge me a restocking fee. Goodbye T-Mobile, I wish I never met you!

Jarrod did an amazing job! Worked with me for several hours to get account converted from Verizon. Verizon was not helpful at all. Jarrod was patient, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and I would recommend him very very highly . He’s top notch!,
I bought a new phone and went into the local T Mobile store. From the minute I met Rebecca I knew I was in good hands!! She was so knowledgeable and efficient. She was very proactive in matters that I brought up and some she had the foresight to predict! I cant say enough about how wonderful my experience was at this store. I would highly recommend the store and Rebecca to anyone needing anything relative to their phone!
Best ever experience
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even opened up early because they saw me waiting in my truck. They made me feel like I was the most important person while I was there. I live half way between the Hyannis company store and Harwich and Im glad that I chose this Franchise store. This is the only place I will go from now on.

Rebecca and ALL the people at this T-Mobile store were exceptionally helpful in setting up our new T-Mobile accounts (after 17 years on Sprint).., popping in the new SIM cards, no trouble migrating our old phone numbers, letting our two small pups run around the place. And we think well be saving a hundred bucks a month with our new carrier (the first few bills will confirm, fingers crossed). Thanks Rebecca and co-workers!

Realynn and Rebecca are awesome. Realynn helped me clarify issues on my moms behalf (she passed in Dec) as she had dementia and records were not kept properly. Left knowing exactly what is... and closure.
I found them to be very personable and very helpful made myself a senior feel very comfortable with a technology tools I’m not used to using I give them top rating for customer service
I cant say enough about the great experience I had at this store yesterday! Rebecca the manager was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Miss Raelynn was super helpful and went above and beyond in service for me! I have been a verizon user for over 15 years and made the switch for the most part because I was not about to pay $10 a day for my daughter to use the international plan in Barcelona- she will be there 4 months and it would have been approx $1200.. With T Mobile its unlimited data and texting - cost $($85 a month for one line) I just put my daughter on my plan as we saved even more and total cost is $140 a month! It gets better- they paid off our phones to Verizon so there was no cost to me- we are now more then happy customers- and paying less a month and have unlimited everything!

Helpful, friendly, and warned me against a bad purchase decision, promoted my mother to Jump after hearing about her luck where Phones just stop working, and over all, very nice.
Avoid this store, they are abusive to their customers. Go to the T-mobile in Hyannis instead.
