We were ready to have Clement AC to install our unit. I did not like the fact they said they only have American Standard units. But we still agreed to having one put in. I called with questions about payment, getting an itemized receipt and getting information on the unit as well as verifying that AS was the only brand they sold. So the owner called back saying due to his reputation and years in business he didnt need to be bothered with our questions and renigged on doing the work. Wow. Why I as a paying customer who ave been shafted by so many businesses in this city, cant ask questions to get assurance on my purchase without Mr. Clement getting twisted and refusal to do the work? Wheres the transparency, the customer service? Bad business ethics.
