FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING! Store refused to honor their printed ad. Store manager acknowledged the failure but claimed to be powerless to fix the problem. A call to CVS customer care proved they really dont care. The promised contact from the district manager never happened. Save your time and money - Shop Somewhere Else.
On vacation, family member had a medical emergency so I needed to get prescription refills and the pharmacy did their best to help out- Got my meds and appreciate their efforts! #vacationoveride
FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING!! BEWARE! Wasted 40 minutes scouring the store, matching items to the printed ad. Got to the register and got ripped off by $10. Clerk argued with me about the printed ad. Manager literally out to lunch. What a joke! Skip CVS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I am greeted upon entering and asked I needed any help.
I went to the Pharmacy at this CVS on 12/28/2020 at 2:25 pm. I went for Vitamins and could not locate the one that I needed. The licensed Pharmacist on duty said she could not help me find those vitamins and she would call for a store associate to help me. The store associate came and stated I dont know why she called us, this is her department. A Pharmacy technician working the drive thru window decided to attempt to help me locate what I was looking for. She went above what the Pharmacist was willing to do and came from behind the counter to help.
Try getting meds filled somewhere else. They take forever to fill them .
Since we cannot leave our homes I was trying to set delivery service but for some reason kept asking for signature and would not accept mine, so I called CVS pharmacy on Manhattan Blvd and talked to Misette not only did she took care of my prescriptions but set up my delivery service, it is team members like her that makes shopping CVS a pleasure as a matter of fact all your team members at CVS are very helpful and friendly all the time, keep up the good work and special thanks to Misette, sincerity Ella H Vasquez
Seriously has the BEST customer service. Every time I go into this store (which is quite frequently) the staff always greets me and has a smile on their face. They seem to actually like their job - not dread it like many other retail businesses. Its always refreshing because I know what its like to work a miserable retail job so to see a place that seems to care for its employees it really shows based on their customer service.The pharmacy area could be a bit more friendly, but I rarely go back that way.
No satisfaction whatsoever if you need to speak with the pharmacy by phone. Definitely need transportation if you rely on this location.
Been on hold over 30 min - over a script
This place has really went down. Either they need more help and professional personal. They call your name and medication out letting you know they have to order it. Hippa law. Another, incident. I was the only one in line a Chinese Pharmacy played on the computer for over 20min, without acknowling my presents saying someone would be with you in a minute. I had to actual ask him, are you just going to let me stand up her. A young lafy came from the back and said im sorry. She did not see me he did. No way in hell I never seen anything like it. However, out of the 6years I have been going their, I have seen major change in the store. No professolism what so ever. Its like their there but not their. Friendly ATOMPHERE NOT THEIR.
Decent deals but since there is a Walgreens across Manhattan Blvd they are always competing each other
Bathroom doesn’t work.
This store is not coupon friendly.
Service is horrible. The lady skipped me 4 times inns. Never stopping again!
