Horrible experience. I went to print some documents and mail them off. I tried to do it online to not hold up the extremely long line. When I got to the front, I was dismissed by an extremely rude lady with absolutely no customer service whatsoever. She showed no empathy, just dismissed me to get me out of the line. I will never come back since it’s obvious it’s not about the customer, it’s just herd people through. Then when I asked how to cancel the order she just told me to go back online and cancel, there is nowhere I found to do that so I guess I’m out $50 dollars to just stand around in line and be treated like I have absolutely no value.

The manager was very helpful to my mom and I with getting new toner, as well as very patient explaining to my mom how to replace the toner in the drum while explaining it to me over the phone. Good hospitality overall.

They have everything anyone would need for an office. However, be aware that their pricing is retail brand-name high, so be prepared for sticker shock on items not on sale.

They didnt have a very big cart for all the paper I needed to buy but the staff was very helpful and even helped me bring it all out to my car.

They dont honor a two year warranty on anything

I asked for assistance from an employee working on floor and he gladly assisted me so I could locate all my items. Also, the sales representative was very courteous.

Cutting of business cards were horribly done. Rude assistance with the issue.

Ms Donna was great! She was very patient, kind and sweet. She recognized the print area was crowded and ran to assist customers. What she didnt know, she made it her business to find how to do it and please the customer. Ms. Donna you are the best and I rate your customer service a 5 star. You are a excellent person with a excellent personality. Thank you so much for exemplifying patience and professionalism. I personally thinks she needs a raise she will make the perfect manager. Well stocked, average priced items. Sales clearly marked. Self service copy center was stocked with paper clips, white out, a stapler, etc.

The printing was insanely slow and the workers were rude. The lady who was printing my photos questioned them and then proceeded to judge them. I asked about to 20% paper print products deal they had going on and the lady at the register said she never knew about it and doesn’t pay attention to the signs that they hang up. How do you not know about your own coupons? At least 2 people ahead of my walked out because they were disappointed. Never coming here again.

I frequent this place quite a bit and they always seem to be under pressure and incapable of multitasking which is so disappointing. If I ever need anything more than a standard printout I always go to another location where my business can be handled more efficiently and accurately.

I went through different areas of the store, and in each area I encountered a different expert in the area. Each encounter was very pleasant and nonintrusive. The computer guys really know their stuff, and checkout was a breeze.

My experience at office depot was horrible...I stood in line while others where hanging out with others in the store. Finally one person realize how long I have been waiting an assist me never again...I will go somewhere else...customer service...

The Print and Copy Center is a joke. I have had problems for years. I talked to management and it has not changed. I only go because of its close proximity to my office, but I will not return again. They have horrible Customer Service. I waited for 20 mins with only 2 people ahead of me. The employee took my Copy Order and after all of that I was told they could not fulfill the order. I came in a day before to order Black and White copies! You have 3 machines! The staff was rude and the Operations Manager David was extremely condescending and disrespectful. I see several bad reviews about the Copy Center, so my question is when will the Corporate office decide to do something?!! I would recommend you find another place to get a Copy job. If 0 stars was an option, they would get it.

Excellent employee black man who walks with a limp helped me find item & looked it up to see if it came in Epsom paper. He was multitasking and checked me out remotely from his hand held device because the line was seriously wrapping register.Cutos for him and the disabled community.Thanks Office Depot for giving a deserving person a chance.

Good place. I found what I needed. Although I wasnt shopping for computers I did notice that area was sparse.

Needs to be more customer time focus to be quick and efficient. Supervisor and associate dealing with one customer for 20mins meanwhile a line of customers form, some leave.

Great staff. Cashier was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the products purchased.

Always have what I need for home and work. Always clean and employees who are willing to help.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. The senior citizen behind the printing counter is incompetent and could not complete a simple task as printing a simple job for me. And she Got an extremely sour attitude. Don’t waste your time coming here

Office Depot has a large variety of products. Their clerks are always polite and helpful. There is a little bit of confusion in the orders sometimes.

Took 30 minutes to get three pages printed, at the printing center. Two older ladies who seemed like they had no experience business services.

This location is very slow they have some of the worst sense of urgency in the fax and print department. They are so damn slow you will believe that everyone there is about 80 years old. The balding white guy that works that area seems like he hates his job which rubs off on everyone there. So I take a trip to the St. Charles location from the WESTBANK every time I need OD. If you send any kind of paperwork for public assistance hes very nasty with you I believe he is also a racist person. I had to send some stuff over for my mom and my little niece several times, and I make it a point not to go into this location for anything because of him.

A very good place to shop for office supplies

I looked up FedEx and found Home Depot at Manhattan and WB Expressway listed as a shipping store for FedEx. This was my first time to mail from here. It took a couple of attempts to enter the shipping info on three boxes all going to the same address due a minor lack of instructions in FedExs computer program. The obviously overworked clerk worked quickly and was patient and friendly; however, she could have helped more if she was not waiting on three or four people at the same time all by herself. When I found the price to be high (USPS even higher), she mentioned that the FedExs store further down Manhattan might have been able to reduce the price by placing the three boxes in a larger box. I did not want to travel several miles down congested Manhattan so I completed my order. When I checked out, there was another delay because two clerks did not know how to ring up three boxes and had to call a supervisor.Bottom line: Really nice, hard working employees, but management needs to tweak a couple of things. One significant thing is the lack of a large box to put my smaller boxes in. Two of my boxes measured 17x8x9 inches and one was 14x7x8.
