Great customer service from the tall African American young lady. She was extremely sweet and helpful during my visit. This is one of the largest Starbucks that I’ve been to! Nice seating area, spacious, and seating outside as well. Grab you a cup of Jo and check out the strip mall nearby.

There is a young man, Ashton, who was absolutely fantastic. He was very helpful in finding a drink my uncle could enjoy who is a diabetic. Your whole staff was so nice. Thanks.

I was stuck in drive-thru for over 40 minutes to get this “food”, if that’s what you want to call it. It tasted like burnt popcorn and believe it or not..despite its size, it barely had any filling in it at all. For a newly constructed building it really needs to step up its game as far as workers and food quality. I wouldn’t have even given it 1 star but I had to in order to write this review. I do not recommend this particular Starbucks to anyone.

They were great! We went through the drive through and it was crowded. I feel like since this is a newish location, it may have been a bit longer to get our items, but it wasnt an out of the ordinary wait time.Food was good, staff was super friendly and this location. Ease of access is a bit askew as the parking lot to enter is a but wonky. Watch where you are going!

I love Starbucks but, its always a hit or miss with this location. They seem to ALWAYS run out of key ingredients for popular drinks like caramel....whip cream...heck even almond milk. Someone clearly does not know how to do their inventory/restock correctly. I give 3 stars because, reluctantly I keep going back and I have never had an issue with a Barista🙂. Please do better so I can hopefully update this review.

The new girl accidentally gave me the persons drink that was behind me and it actually was delicious. But I still went inside and told them and they very quickly and very kindly gave me the correct drink and didnt make me give the other one back, nor did they charge me for the first one that was correct. So it turned out better because I actually got two for the price of one.But, the real point was that they were very nice and didnt make me wait and didnt make it difficult by asking questions or acting as though I was just trying to get a free drink.

Awesome place and staff!! I had a last minute mini-event to host this morning and called multiple coffee spots to include a Starbucks down the street from the office. ALL, except this shop, either said they ran out of the big boxes for large to-go coffees or had to call 24 hours in advance! This location was like, “Yes, we will have it ready for you, come on in!” I will make the drive here for ALL of my future coffee and pastry runs for myself or a group 😁

Every time I go here they either don’t have stuff to make the coffee or don’t accept cash. Always a problem at this store. And I’ve contacted corporate about this. Nothing happens. Don’t waste your time going to this store

Didn’t even get greeted, still stayed waiting for someone to come take my order 5-8 minutes, the people in front of me also left without anyone acknowledging them . I know they maybe short staffed but it’s how you handle it, you can just say sorry we’ll be right with you . There’s a bad vibe in this store .

NEVER HAVE ANYTHING ON STOCK, the drinks come out terrible, for example if you ask for a hot white chocolate mocha hot, it’s all milk THATS IT, if u ask for a strawberry açaí with NO LEMONADE, it’s only a lemonade drink, I swear it feels they do this on purpose or are just LAZY! when’s it’s time to pay it stinks like spoiled milk as well! Do not recommend coming here, go to the target one in harvey !! They are the best there !!

I got an iced honey oatmilk latte w vanilla sweet cream foam and caramel drizzle..the first time I went thru the drive thru it was super fast but my drink wasnt really foamy since I guess it was made fairly fast and I was still in line but I didnt even have to ask that they fix it the girl at the register said to let them fix it and when I got it back it was so perfect I decided to go back about an hour later and get 2 more for me and my boyfriend...This time I thought Id try going inside instead but I ended up waiting much longer about 20 min because drive thru gets priority...the drink I ordered was a grande for 7.15 which is crazy but worth it and id advise not drinking 2 on an empty stomach because all the sweetness had my stomach torn up shortly after...but they get 5 stars cuz you can tell theyre working hard and any mistakes are quickly rectified and you can only except so much out of ppl before you become a Karen and I like my reviews to be honest but fair and kind

They dont know what light icemeans. Then they get an attitude when you want it fixed. Night shift is more friendly.

This young lady Jaz always greets me with a smile when I come in as well as most at the Westbank Expressway/ Manhattan location. This newer staff really is awesome in providing great customer service. They remember what you normally order and are so attentive. The products they prepare are always good as well.

Just pulled to the drive thru (8:49pm) and the recording for being closed was playing. Yet according to their site, they are supposed to be open (until 9pm). Every time I come to this location it’s something. They are out of cup. They are out of syrups. Their card machine is down. They must just not like working at this one.

Good coffee, but very slow

I just moved from California and all the Starbucks Ive been to don’t know how to make coffee. I came across this one and wooow, they always make my drink right! Amazing customer service. Kyle is my favorite barista- he knows how to make coffee the way is supposed to be made. Everyone there is always nice and friendly.

A coffee shop that refuses to sell me coffee. I’m at a cafe trying to buy a decaf coffee. No frills. Starbucks: we can’t do that. Me: can you do a pour over? It’s the only reason I’m here. Starbucks: No.

I waited 25-30 minutes for my order.Horrible service! Never coming here again. Honestly it shouldn’t even be 1 star.My Frappuccino wasn’t even blended!

20 min in a drive thru . Not good service

So I was using the old location before they moved to the new location right by the interstate. The old location was great, minimal wait.This new location has disappointed me multiple times in a row over the past few months ! I go back, only to be disappointed each time. I understand that there is a learning curve, but with a new location that adds a drive-through, comes more customers! Why did you not prepare for this expansion!? I have come to this new location multiple times only to be told that things are out of stockWith a sticky note sitting by my order on the counter with an empty cup. And after 20 minutes of waiting I get told that “we don’t have it in stock I’m sorry.” There’s no point of having an app to order through if the quantities or the inventory, is not updated daily. I will not return to this location ever again

With all due respect to employees, staff members etc I try to the best of my ability not to support any institution that supports the occupation of another peoples land irrespective of their beliefs. Humanity is a basic right we should all be entitled to. I will voice truth wherever it may be... we need to be conscious consumers rather than mindless, and yes, 1 person will make a difference

Worse customer service ever

Ive been a Starbucks customer for a long time and this location is THE WORST!!! I pay way to much to get no whipped cream with my order and they NEVER make the coffees right! I order a frapp everyday and its never right from this location, its always watery and taste horrible!! I also order double shots and you can tell they dont put them in my frapp cause it doesnt even taste like it does when I get from other locations. I always get extra whipped cream and They always say They have no whipped cream. They need to hire new staff and not take orders if they dont have the proper ingredients to make the order!

I have tried and tried because I really want the order ahead feature to work, but it just doesn’t. I have tried several different stores, but the result is still the same… Either coffee is not ready or they are out of the coffee I have ordered and paid for. Why does the app let you order if they are out??? The workers need to keep that updated! No apology, just called my name for mobile order and placed 2 empty cups on the stand. Can you imagine? Then walked off to make more coffee! Absurd!

The environment was clean and quiet except for the baristas making the beverages. I was attended to in a timely, courteous manner with a smile. What else can a customer want? There were a few boxes piled up in front of the restroom but they were neatly piled and not cluttered.

This location have rude employees they always have an attitude tone at the drive thru speaker. They always out of items and their frappe always watery. I have to make the extra drive to the marrero location to get what I want and I stay around the corner from this location.

Bought an iced coffee and a chocolate chip frappe. Got my order pretty quick and both tasted great. Store was neat and clean but it was kinda small. But the coffee was great and thats what really matters.

Love the coffee, I normally buy the grinds and make it myself. The last time I bought a drink there I got probably 5 sips! If Im going to buy expensive coffee give me something to drink for goodness sakes!

Star Bucks always seems so cold to me. I would like cosy, stuffed chairs. I can get plastic and metal at McDonalds and Burger King; however, Green Tea was fine.

Friendly staff. Quiet place to work, study, or meet with a friend. Typical Starbucks. Good for hot or iced coffee and tea made to order, along with bottled water, juice, and quick, snacks. Baked breads and desserts can be heated in the microwave upon request.

Best Latte Ever!

I work at star bucks and I drink at various Star bucks regularly. I come to this location once a week, most of the staff is great. But theres this one employee who just gives us lip service every time. She mumbles and has a very bad attitude. I hate her, literally hate this woman, and all she does is provide a service badly. I would rate this lower but I cant.

So I placed my order 30 minutes before I got to the store when I got there I sat down and watched the lady clean and take a whole new line of customers and then make my order now that’s just bad customer service I mean just because I ordered through the mobile app doesn’t mean you make it whenever you want I’m just like any other customer.

I was so excited to see to see the new Starbucks in Algiers. I am not fond of the seating arrangement. I wish there were more booths as opposed to those long tables.After I got my sandwich and drink I found a seat in the front corner of the building facing General Degaulle. The entire time I was there I was tormented by a fly and gnats as a result of the area not being cleaned.That was my first and last visit.

Disappointed this morning. It seems that Starbucks staff is focused with online orders and not the customers in the store waiting. There was only 1 employee waiting on in-store customers at 8 am while trying to complete orders for on-line request. It took almost 10 minutes before she cane back to take my order and then there were 6 other customers in line.

Place was good and quite a few people there.

On a Monday morning when I need to wake up and be greeted by a friendly face...I willredirect myself to my favorite gas station. And buy cheaper coffee. My latte was like warm, service was mediocre. Servers made no eye contact, no small talk, and there were no other customers for at least 3 min. Enough time to make a connection. Also there is no drive through. No fun when its 50° outside.

The don’t have enough staff during the morning rush. Still have to wait 15mins for a coffee I ordered online 15mins before that. 30 mins for a coffee is a little too much. The staff that they do have are awesome but completely overworked.
