I would highly recommend Wisp to anybody. I brought my phone in this morning with a cracked screen. The receptionist was very informing and nice! My phone is fixed and can finally have a crack free device.

Great experience! Will definitely be doing business here again. Price was slightly higher than I hoped for, but this was without a doubt the fastest turn around time I have ever had on a repair. I was told they needed to order the part and it could take 5 days but they had my macbook ready to be picked up in 2 days.

Brought my iPhone X in with some weird screen issue. 2 hours later I got my ph back good as new… and the prices were reasonable. Thnx guys

I brought in my laptop for a broken key and hinge and they ended up keeping it for a little over a week and didnt update me till I called in, told me my laptop was not turning on despite anything they were doing. However, I just brought it home, plugged in my charger, and it turned on no problem? (Mind you, they said they didnt need my charger because they have their own at the store). Im glad I just picked up my laptop before I possibly payed for any problems I didnt have.Overall, a pleasent experience with the staff and what they informed me concerning my laptop, just some issues towards actually fixing it. Im thinking my time there was a bit of a waste, but Im not opposed to returning in the future.

This place was my second opinion because I went somewhere else first. The person who serviced me was completely knowledgeable of what I needed for my son’s PlayStation and exceeded my expectations for the price. I totally appreciate people who don’t run a business just for money.

I brought my kids tablet in yesterday for a repair. I was told it would take 8 days to fix the charger port that would cost $65, I asked if there was anyway it could be done sooner? The lady I was working would said it could be expedited for an extra $40 if they had the charger port I needed, I explained to her that the total cost would be more than I paid for the tablet. She said they would check to see if they had the port and if that was the only thing wrong with the tablet then she would give me a call to see if I wanted to move forward with the charge and I agreed. She did in fact check me out with a ticket that said expedited on it but I thought I would get the call first like she explained to me. I received a call 3 hours later that they tablet was ready with a charge of $105( more than the original cost of the tablet) when I asked her about the phone call she didn’t give she said they had the part and went ahead a fixed it( that wasn’t the agreement) and basically had a attitude of what am I going to do about it? Needless to say they can keep it & will never get my business again.

GREAT small business to deal with. Best service ever, they replace the screen in my HTC U11. Ordered on Tuesday, they went out of their way to track it and make sure I could work the repair into my travel plans, installed on Friday. You cant even tell the phone has been touched. They also sell NICE anker charge cables and many accessories.

Wisp is my first go to for all my electronics woes. iPad not working, computer acting weird, and Broken cell phone screens, yes screens I have the worse luck. They are efficient, explain what’s going on and what may caused it and help you to not keep making the same mistakes. Providing profession yet friendly customer service has always been my experience! Hopefully I don’t break anything soon but if I do; I’ll make my way there.

I was wrong about them. This is one of the most professional repair shops I have been to. Even when I was aggravated they stayed helpful. I went here 4 times I even accused them of not doing something right. we found out the problem was my hdmi card,and she still gave me a deal even when it was my fault. I will recommend this place to anyone. There manager even took pictures to show me how she fix it and explain to me how she fix it. Thanks again guys.!!!!!

Took my tablet here and told it couldnt be fixed and did not put the charge port back and would not give it back also took it apart and a lot of cables were not put back. Had someone else look at it and said it can be fixed and that they were being lazy. It was about 2 months ago its an Asus t100ha

Very professional and very nice

I had my iPad screen service therr at least 3 occasions, having to change out the lcd panel and screen. Twice the technician left the film covering the front facing camera and when she had to redo it, they took glass screen protector out that I purchased from them . And when she was finished she put it back on leaving so many bubbles and debris that was on the screen protector. Also, she had put too much glue on the screen to hold it down that the power button was also been glued down. The more recent screen that I had them replaced I brought it to a shop in Metairie to replace it and the guy asked me “who put your screen on “. As soon as I told him, he said they did a horrible job and he had to clean it up and placed the new screen on. This was not only the first time it had happened. I had a technician in Houston to redo the screen and he had also told me it was a messy job . Although they seem nice, I gave them plenty of business to do the job right. That was my last time I will go to them and definitely I will be going to the repair shop in Metairie. The guy did an excellent job and the cost for same day service was 60 dollars less then WISP. Also he did a great job on the screen. I a, very disappointed with WISP. I even paid expedited service in which the guy in Metairie does expedited for a lot less.

I brought my Girl friend laptop to get looked at to be possible repaired. They said the GPU had failed and it could not be repaired. They gave us back the laptop which sat for a month. Soon I purchased a new laptop and was plaining on using the SSD inside the broken computer..When i opened it up The SSD was gone. A employee at WISP stole the SSD to possible use it for a future replacement. Im very upset and plan to go to WISP tomorrow to see how they handle this situation.

Highly recommend. I took 3 laptops to them to add more memory and they had them ready the same day. Their customer service is excellent and they fully explained everything.

The staff is knowledgeable and has a great turnaround period for fixing computers, I like that I wasnt given a song and dance they were straight about the time frame and no switch and bait practice.

Appreciate the honest work, but I think their parts are low quality and it broke. i feel like it was their mistake. so I had to replace my back screen twice within 2 weeks. Come to find out i had to pay the same price as the first time. Edit: got a call from the company and i think the manager solved my problem. May give it a third try if something breaks.

Ive been a customer here for several years, and honestly like half the time I come in they dont charge me. Free diagnostics, even when I am begging to pay them because their service is so good. Mr. Jamal diagnosed my power supply issue in less time than anticipated and its saved me tons of time and a huge headache. I cant recommend these folks enough.

Go elsewhere. Had my phone repaired two weeks ago, the screen just fell in my lap. They also ruined my home button, which they did the repairs on previously. Brought my computer in when I picked up my phone, was told to throw away a 2500$ machine, took it to a reputable repair shop down the street and it was fixed for less than 200$. I dont know what happened to this place, but the quality of service is in the trash. Id give it 0 starts if I could.

They are able to explain tech in a simple manner that any person that lacks a lot of tech knowledge can understand. The staff was awesome and I will comeback for all my computer needs. If you are purchasing a home desktop, consult with them to build your PC. Named brand or proprietary PCs are limited on upgrade options for the changes in future technology, a custom built system will provide more options for upgrades as technology changes. I am glad that I have found them.

These folks are great! They were very honest and reasonably-priced in salvaging my pictures, etc. From my phone that I had not uploaded. Its a long story, but suffice it to say They did a great job. I highly recommend WISP.

Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly. I was using a claim on my Square Trade warranty, a first for me. It was all very seamless. The results are fantastic. I’m so happy with my experience at Wisp, and while I hope I don’t need their repair services anytime soon, I’m glad to know where to go. (And I’ll be using them with or without my warranty!) I know they have additional services as well, so they’ll be the first I call with anything they do.

Wisp (especially John the pixel guy) is amazing!!! They first fixed my Google pixel speakers when they stopped working. Then when the battery was being difficult they replaced it as well. I didnt even hesitate contacting them when my Surface Pro 3 stopped turning on. After they worked their magic my tablet is back home working away for me like new! I tell everyone I know with electronics issues to go talk to Wisp!!

This place is awesome. Fixed my Xbox One and more recently added a new battery to my iPhone that lasts 30% longer. My phone now makes it an entire business day on one charge.I dropped my phone off on a Saturday at 11:30. I went and had lunch and when I got back 45 minutes later the phone was done.Service reps are kind and knowledgeable. This is truly the BEST phone repair place in town! I’ve broken mine sooo many times that even the insurance dropped me, but their team was able to transfer ALL my years of photos and data from an Android to an iPhone, so I was truly impressed with their skills and customer service.

Friendly intake clerk. However, tech did not install screen protector correctly and phone was dropped and defective screen that was installed on my phone is now cracked and shop will not make amends. They should have put back my original screen and waited to install a non damaged screen. Wont go back.

Something was wrong with the power supply on my PS4. Took it to uBreakiFix and they wanted to charge me 150 and said it would take about a week to fix, found Wisp after seeing if I could find something cheaper and they only charged me 87 and fixed it the same day! Staff was very friendly too. Love this place already.
