Very horrible experience at this Verizon location. I bought a brand new pair beats headphones and the left side went out and it only been 9 days at the most. I was refused an exchange. I left location and headed home which is 35-46 min away. Spoke with customer care associate online and was told the policy was 30 days. So drove back to the location another 45 minutes to only be told the system was shut down 20 mins before closing and would have to come back tomorrow. Horrible service and will be returning all of 3 lines of service tomorrow. Verizon I had enough of the way you treat you customers.

Eric did an awesome job getting the family set up on new phones. Knowledgeable, polite and quick. Made one of my least enjoyable activities very pleasant. Made phone calls to get new phones and transfer accounts. Worked a great deal that got our bill significantly reduced. Very pleased. Thanks Eric.

You walk in and everyone avoids you...the store was empty and everyone turned there backs when I walked in. Had to go up to someone and just start speaking and they seemed so bothered. Just left and resolved the issue elsewhere.

3 weeks ago, the staff ignored us when we came in. Then when they looked up my number, they told me they would be right with me. After a few minutes, an entirely different staff member came out and promptly assumed that we couldnt afford a $500+ phone and told us to check Walmart or Best Buy. But I knew what phone I wanted, I knew the price, and I had the $. I just wasnt giving them my $500 when they were so rude. I took my $ to another store, bought the phone I wanted, and wasnt treated like a bother. Dont assume things about ppl u dont know. It costs u $, and looks horrible for the store. I should have paid more attention to the reviews before I bothered. U couldnt pay me to deal with these jerks again.

I went in today to see about changing over service from sprint. The sales associate was not helpful, and seemed to be put off by trying to get any help. I really felt like I was bothering him. Not at all what I expected. Extremely disappointed by this. I finally just walked out after feeling embarrassed.

This was my second time there with my phone with issues . My first visit my speaker was sounding like it was muffled out the employee used the compressed air they use to blow off the computer and blew my speaker out completely . Then told me that there was nothing they could do about it . So on my second visit I seen another tech and they checked it out, they told me that my phone was still under factory warranty and had one delivered to my house . It was refurbished and had nothing but trouble with it . Battery only lasted for a half day, it was slow always freezing up . I upgraded to the new Google pixel 3 XL . Love the upgrade . awesome phone .

I was in yesterday because my LG v10 completely went crazy on me. This wasnt the first time Ive had issues with my phone. It had seemed like every 4 to 6 months I was having to send the device back for them to send me a new one the same one. So when I had another issue yesterday and knew I was going to have to go through the same thing I was very frustrated. Ever since the 1st few issues Ive had with it I wanted a different phone. The manager could see how many times they had to send me a refurbished lg v10. He is the only person that has ever helped me with this case. He was able to have a Samsung phone sent to me at no cost which is what Ive always used and never had these kind of issues nor sending the phone back several times. I think his name was Erich but I could be wrong. I know it was the solutions manager. I just want to say thank you so much for your help even though I may have seen frustrated. Phone issues annoy me as we all know we cant live without our phones now a days. I will definitely be back to this Verizon for any of my purchases or anything. My new phone is arriving today and the order wasnt put in till 6pm yesterday!!!

I came in angry and left pleased. The customer service agent took the time to solve my problem and help me find everything I was looking for. She was patient and did not give up when we encountered problems as we worked through the issue. I really appreciate that type of kindness and service.

The staff was ok, I came in did an insurance claim that was fairly easy. But I still have not received my new phone. The representative put in the wrong address and I called the next day and they still did not put in the correct address in the system, I had to call again and still waiting for my phone. I cannot believe that this is the way business is handled by Verizon. Very dissapointed the people on the phone and assurance wireless.
Earlier this year they sold me a phone at full price, the following month they gave that phone out free and would not take it back. This month they talked me into a phone cover that developed bubbles within 4 days and would not exchange or take it back despite a return policy of 14 days to return items. Never visit this store, better service at Best Buy

Staff was super helpful, got me in and out! Needed a new phone charger for my Google Pixel and a screen protector, they put it on without any questions asked.
Outstanding service compared to AT&T. My wife has AT&T I went with her and the sales lady was actually very rude. I wanted to let the manager know but the wife said no.
I think it was the manager on the day I came. His customer service was horrible! But, the agent who checked me out, over heard him and more than compensated for his lack in customer relations!

Never I mean never go here in the morning hours when they open. TERRIBLE customer service here. I have been in the afternoons and the people working were much better people, and helped alot more, I had this type of phone since 2011, and I got a replacement phone within the year, and I went today and I am getting a 2rd replacement phone???? This place is good around nighttime in the morning it is NOT worth the effort.
GREAT everywhere except in Belle Chasse. No providers work south of the post office on Belle Chasse Hwy. Especially on the Navy base. Might have to buy one of those signal boosters for a few hundred bucks.

The worst Verizon store. Even corporate tried to help me and got nowhere. If this store is representative for all of Verizon its a reason to switch to another carrier.Corporate was very helpful but I will never go there again and filed a complaint.
Just about the worst idea was to switch my business to Verizon. After 10 years with att we were offered a great deal that turned into horrible customer service. Don’t trust any local business guys. They won’t even return emails or calls. The call center is even worse. Unorganized and honestly the worst company to go with. Having lawyers looking at all the misconduct and contract breaking so we can go back to att. Specifically, This area’s business reps. Once Stephen and Jason sell, their support is ignoring you and nothing at all.
